EL PREPARADO CONTIENE 5''-FOSFODIESTERASA Y 5''-NUCLEOTIDASA, EXTRAIDAS DE BROTES DE MALTA DE CEBADA, EN UNA PROPORCION MINIMA DE 7:1. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN MEZCLAR CON AGUA BROTES DE MALTA DE CEBADA MOLIDOS, SEPARAR LAS PARTICULAS MOLIDAS DE MAYOR TAMAÑO, DEJANDO UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSA DE BROTES FINAMENTE DIVIDIDOS, SEPARAR ESTOS ULTIMOS PARA PROPORCIONAR UN EXTRACTO ENZIMATICO ACUOSO CON MENOS DE 1% EN PESO DE SOLIDOS INSOLUBLES EN AGUA, CONCENTRAR DICHO EXTRACTO POR ULTRAFILTRACION Y CALENTARLO A 60-65GC, A PH 4,3-5,4, DURANTE 15-60 MINUTOS. EL PREPARADO RESULTANTE ES UTIL PARA CATALIZAR LA OBTENCION DE 5''-NUCLEOTIDOS HIDROLIZANDO ACIDO RIBONUCLEICO, MEJORAR LA FILTRABILIDAD DE CALDOS MICROBIANOS Y REDUCIR SU TENDENCIA A ENSUCIAR RESINAS DE INTERCAMBIO IONICO AL PASAR A SU TRAVES.
