PREFERIBLEMENTE, HAY HASTA 5% EN PESO DE SILICE DE PIROLISIS Y, SOBRE CADA CARA DE LA CAPA DE SOPORTE, UNA CAPA DE CUBIERTA QUE TIENE UN ESPESOR DE 25-125 G/M2 Y COMPRENDE UNA MATRIZ DEADHESIVO EXENTA DE MICROESFERAS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE PREPARAR UNA COMPOSICION ADHESIVA CONSTITUIDA POR UNA MATRIZ DE POLIMERO ADHESIVO, MATERIALES DE CARGA Y DISOLVENTE, INTRODUCIR Y TRANSPORTAR LA COMPOSICION POR UN EXTRUSOR DE DOBLE HUSILLO, SEPARAR EL DISOLVENTE EN UNA O MAS UNIDADES SEPARADORAS Y EXTRUIR LA COMPOSICION EXENTA DE DISOLVENTE COMO CAPA DE SOPORTE, EVENTUALMENTE JUNTO CON CAPAS DE CUBIERTA.
