Abstract
New polypeptides and glycoproteins possessing human granulocyte colony stimulating factor (CSF) activity are obtained by culture of a cell line secreting the factor into the culture medium (such as human cancer cell line CHU-2/CNCM-I-483), or of a transformant microorganism containing a recombinant vector incorporating a gene coding for the CSF. The transformant organism, recombinant vector and gene sequence are all claimed as new.

The gene encoding the polypeptide interleukin-2, recombinant DNA containing this gene, cell lines having this recombinant DNA, and process for the preparation of interleukin-2 using said cells
Meth. for the preparation of therapeutically active human granulocyte macrophage "colony-stimulating" factor proteins (GM-CSF), bacterial expression vector capable of expressing GM-CSF, and bacterial cell containing the vector
DNA sequence containing the DNA sequence coding for human tissue plasminogen activator originating from human normal cells, recombinant DNA incorporating the DNA sequence, host cells transformed with the recombinant DNA, and process for producing human tissue plasminogen activator by use of the host cells
