Abstract
Una esclusa a presión mejorada para la introducción por gravedad de material en forma de partículas, la cual comprende una tolva sometida a presión, un primer conjunto de válvula conectado con la parte superior de dicha tolva y un segundo conjunto de válvula conectado con la parte inferior de dicha tolva, caracterizada porque cada uno de los conjuntos de válvula incluye una envoltura dispuesta sustancialmente en forma vertical que comunica con dicha tolva, un elemento de válvula cóncavo-convexo montado de manera pivotante en las paredes laterales superiores de dicha envoltura para que pueda tener un movimiento oscilante alrededor de un eje sustancialmente horizontal, un tubo de alimentación situado en la parte superior de dicha envoltura para conducir el material en forma de partículas hasta dicha envoltura encima de dicho elemento de válvula que se extiende hacia abajo hasta un punto por debajo de dicho eje horizontal, pudiendo oscilar dicho elemento de válvula selectivamente desde una posición en la que su superficie cóncava está enfrentada con la extremidad inferior de dicho tubo de alimentación hasta una posición completamente en un lado de dicho tubo de alimentación, y una válvula de macho que incluye una válvula de macho cilíndrico y un asiento de válvula de macho dispuestos de manera sustancialmente horizontal en la porción inferior de dicha envoltura, teniendo dicho asiento de válvula de macho un pasillo vertical que lo atraviesa, y teniendo dicha válvula de macho un orificio adaptado para enfrentarse con dicho pasillo de asiento de válvula de macho pudiendo dicha válvula de macho ser girada selectivamente para situar dicho orificio frente a dicho pasillo de asiento de válvula.
