Abstract
Dispositivo de apertura de claraboya, caracterizado por el hecho de que está constituido por una palanca fijada a un punto de oscilación sobre el cerco del marco de una claraboya y prevista para apoyarse por un extremo en una guía sobre la parte que abre, mientras que en el otro extremo recibe la acción de un muelle fijado al cerco, encontrándose el extremo sobre el que se ejerce la acción del muelle separado del eje que pasa por el punto de apoyo de la palanca sobre la parte que abre y el punto de apoyo, en una distancia tal que el brazo de palanca así dispuesto con relación al punto de oscilación o de apoyo sea suficiente para provocar el impulso de partida y, por otra parte, separado del punto de oscilación en una distancia tal que, durante la rotación y desde que empieza la apertura, la fuerza decreciente del muelle volviendo a su posición de reposo queda compensada al menos en una parte del recorrido por un aumento del brazo de palanca debido a la rotación, manteniendo así en cualquierposición intermedia de la claraboya una fuerza de apertura casi constante hasta una abertura predeterminada a partir de la cual esta fuerza disminuye, haciendo finalmente el muelle de tope.
