Abstract

Dispositivo de alumbrado para vehículos automóviles, regulable por medio de un sistema de mando, y caracterizado por el hecho de que comprende una lámpara de, filamento, un espejo elíptico de revolución cuya excentricidad está comprendida entre 0, 4 y 0, 6 y en que un primer foco está más cerca del fondo del espejo que el segundo, estando situado el filamento de la lámpara de tal manera sensiblemente en dicho primer foco, que una imagen real del filamento, que se mantiene sensiblemente en una esfera de, aproximadamente, 1 cm de diámetro, es formada sensiblemente en el lugar del segundo foco, una fracción de espejo parabólico de revolución, cuyo parámetro es importante, por ejemplo p = 10 cm 4 5 cm, y situada a un solo lado de un plano que pasa por el eje de revolución de este espejo, que forma sensiblemente un semiángulo recto con el eje del espejo elíptico, cuyo segundo foco coincide de tal manera con el foco del espejo parabólico que éste devuelve los rayos procedentes de la imagen real de modo sensiblemente paralelo a su eje de revolución, por lo menos un elemento de ocultación que es mandado de tal manera por un órgano de accionamiento sometido a la acción de dicho sistema de mando que, interpuesto sensiblemente en dicho segundo foco, pueda reducir la superficie de la imagen real.
