Núcleo prefabricado para la construcción de viviendas, que esencialmente se caracteriza porque en él se incluyen todas las instalaciones de fontanería, electricidad y climatización, al tiempo que el propio núcleo incorpora la totalidad de las puertas y ventanas que ha de poseer la vivienda, de tal modo que la constitución de este núcleo comprende una zona central en la que se ubican todas las puertas de acceso a las distintas habitaciones, y en los laterales de esta zona de distribución, se hallan los espacios destinados a cuarto de aseo y cocina respectivamente.
