Abstract
Máquina desolladora, para cuerpos de reses bovinas, caracterizada esencialmente por estar constituída por un cuerpo de configuración general en forma aproximada de L, consistiendo en un bastidor formado ventajosamente por perfiles metálicos que define un circuito cerrado para una cadena deslizante sobre rodillos, cuyos eslabones llevan montados a intervalos regulares unos apéndices formantes de ganchos, los cuales describen un circuito curvilíneo ascendente y su retorno vertical descendente, con propulsión de la cadena mediante un grupo motor y reductor de potencia y velocidad adecuadas y su guiado mediante ruedas con dispositivos de tensado, protegiéndose el mecanismo contra la introducción de cuerpos extraños y líquidos inconvenientes mediante una envolvente en forma de caja que posee centralmente y en disposición longitudinal una hendidura para permitir el deslizamiento de los ganchos solidarios de la cadena, con protecciones laminares complementarias en el remate del cuerpo del aparato.
