Abstract
Aparato para el corte de vendajes enyesados, que consiste en un armazón constituido por un cuerpo tubular en el interior del cual gira, accionado por un electromotor directamente acoplado a aquel, el elemento cortante formado por una fresa cilíndrica con estriado helicoidal, teniendo lugar el cortado del vendaje en la zona en que dicha fresa incide, en ángulo menor de 90° con respecto a la horizontal, sobre una horquilla unida a una varilla solidaria del cuerpo tubular, estando dotada dicha horquilla de una escotadura en la que se introduce parcialmente el extremo de la mencionada herramienta cortante.
