Un nuevo aparato para pescar que se caracteriza por lo que sigue: 1.- Por componerse de una armadura metálica en forma de pirámide truncada, forrada de tela metálica por sus cuatro lados, menos por uno que solo se reviste en su mitad superior contigua a la base menor, siendo la tela metálica más clara desde la base mayor hasta media pirámide y más espesa desde el medio hasta el vértice. 2.- Por ir sujeto por un vértice con dos pernios situados en el frontil del tubo de comunicación que se describe a continuación y con unos "estais" que le amarran al barco y le dejan completamente sujeto en las posiciones convenientes. 3.- Por que va provisto en su base menor de un tubo que pone en comunicación el agua del mar con un compartimento dentro del barco, en el cual el agua se mantiene por medio de unas rejillas al mismo nivel que el de la superficie del mar. 4.- Por que el pescado entra en el aparato obligado por la velocidad del barco y entra por el tubo descrito al compartimento del buque donde están dispuestas las redes que le capturan.
