Abstract

Pinza para la ropa monopieza, fabricable de material auto-flexible, termoplástico, con un mínimo de tres brazos de sujeción o apriete dispuestos, vistos del lado frontal de la pinza, uno al lado del otro, que se unen en sus extremos superiores en una zona maciza que sirve como asidero, de los cuales al menos uno, visto del lado lateral de la pinza, transcurre arqueado en forma de una curva de oscilación y, para formar un extremo de pinza en forma de pico, lleva una zona final curvada hacia fuera, caracterizado porque los brazos de apriete, que actúan uno contra el otro, aproximadamente en el tercio superior de su longitud, medido desde la desembocadura en la zona asidero, forman una zona elástica, abombada, rodeando un canal cerrado a la entrada de la cuerda de la ropa, a continuación de esta zona sigue una zona de apriete abombada, que rodea otro canal para la recepción de la cuerda de la ropa y que abarca aproximadamente la zona central de los brazos de apriete, continuando, a su vez, hacia el extremo de la pinza formando la zona de los brazos de apriete en forma de pico, y porque por las dimensiones que se le da a la sección transversal de los brazos de apriete en la sección de la zona elástica y/o un solapado de los brazos de apriete en la sección entre la zona elástica y la zona de apriete se evita que se salga la cuerda de la ropa desde el canal de apriete hacia el canal de la zona elástica.
