Disco abrasivo, dei tipo de los estructurados a base de la adecuada disposición en capas, de las sustancias abrasivas, ligadas entre si y al soporte por medio de resinas idóneas, caracterizado esencialmente por comprender canalizaciones de tipo radial, uniformemente distribuidas, ase como otras canalizaciones que en disposición transversal, comunican entre si a cada pareja contigua de canalizaciones del tipo anterior, de manera que cada una de las referidas canalizaciones transversales se disponga alternativamente respecto de las contiguas del mismo tipo, formándose una malla continua de hendiduras determinativa de un recorrido laberíntico para el aire y el líquido refrigerante con lo que se facilita la refrigeración, al mismo tiempo que se potencia la efectividad abrasiva del disco.
