Abstract

Varilla igualadora o extendedora envuelta con alambre para producir la extensión uniforme de composiciones de recubrimiento sobre substratosque consiste esencialmente en (A) una varilla sobre la cual está (B) un primer enrollamiento helicoidal apretado de al menos un alambreestando las vueltas en contacto lateral(C) siendo el primer enrollamiento una capa de espesoraproximadamentede dicho diámetro de alambrey que tiene sobre ella (D) un segundo enrollamiento helicoidal de un alambre alojado en huecos formados por el primer enrollamiento (E)teniendo el alambre en el segundo enrollamiento un diámetro sustancialmente mayor que 1/4 del diámetro del alambre ene l primer enrollamientoy (F) estando las vueltas adyacentes del alambre en el segundo enrollamiento no más próximas entre sí en cualquier punto que una distancia igual a aproximadamente 1/10 del diámetro del alambre en dicho segundo enrollamiento.
