The shear beam load cell (3) is connected to a control module (5) comprising a communication module (6). The base elements (7) are attached to the supporting structure (2). The supporting structure (2) comprises catches (8). The device comprises a supporting structure (9), with the catch engaging means (10) on the sides of said supporting structure. A display (11) is installed on top of the supporting structure (9) of the device. The supporting structure (9) is fitted with lighting (12).
