GAFAS CON PATILLAS INTERCAMBIABLES DESCRIPCiÓN 5 OBJETO DE LA INVENCiÓN La invención, tal como expresa el enunciado de la presente memoria descriptiva, se refiere a unas gafas con patillas intercambiables que aporta, a la función a que se destina, ventajas y caracteristicas, que se describirán en detalle más adelante, que suponen una alternativa 10 mejorada al estado actual de la técnica. Más concretamente, el objeto de la invención se centra en unas gafas cuya montura presenta una innovadora configuración donde las patillas se unen a la parte frontal de la misma mediante una pinza que permite recambiarlas de manera rápida y sencilla, sin 15 necesidad de utilizar herramientas de ningún tipo para ello, permitiendo intercambiar las patillas, bien por motivos puramente estéticos, o por motivos funcionates, o bien por deterioro o rotura de las mismas, las cuales, por su parte, puede ser del mismo o de distinto color y/o material que el de la parte frontal de la montura. 20 CAMPO DE APLICACiÓN DE LA INVENCiÓN 25 El campo de aplicación de la presente invención se enmarca dentro del sector de la industria dedicada a la fabricación de gafas, centrándose concretamente en el ámbito de las monturas. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCiÓN Como referencia al estado actual de la técnica, cabe señalar que, si bien se conocen en el mercado gafas con monturas de patillas desmontables, al menos por parte del solicitante, se 30· desconoce la existencia de ningunas que presenten unas características técnicas, estructurales y constitutivas iguales o semejantes a las que presentan las gafas que aquí se preconiza y según se reivindica. 35
EXPLICACiÓN DE LA INVENCiÓN Las gafas con patillas intercambiables que la invención propone se configuran, pues, como una novedad dentro de su campo de aplicación, estando los detalles caracterizadores que 5 las distinguen convenientemente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan a ta presente descripción. De manera concreta, lo que la invención propone, como se ha apuntado anteriormente, son unas gafas que se distinguen por contar con una montura de configuración innovadora 10 donde las patillas se unen a la parte frontal de la misma mediante una pinza que permite cambiarlas de manera rápida y sencilla, sin necesidad de utilizar herramientas de ningún tipo para ello, permitiendo intercambiarlas por otras, bien por motivos puramente estéticos, de manera que el usuario pueda poner una y otras de un surtido del que podrá ser provisto al adquirirlas, o por motivos funcionales, para poner patillas más largas o más cortas o más 15 o menos curvas, según le convenga o según prefiera para que se adapten mejor a su fisonomía o a sus necesidades, o bien por motivos de deterioro o rotura de las mismas, en cualquier caso, de manera que podrá incorporar a la parte frontal de la montura, diferentes tipos de patillas que podrán ser idénticas en color, estampado o material a dicha parte frontal o totalmente distintas, incluyendo la opción de contar con patillas personalizadas ylo 20 de materiales reciclados y ecológicos. En cualquier caso, una de las características esenciales que distingue las gafas de la invención es el hecho de que la mencionada pinza se sitúa en un punto distinto a la articulación de la patilla con la parte frontal de la montura, con lo cual, de hecho una porción 25 proximal de la patilla es fija y una porción distal es la que se puede intercambiar, pudiendo ser más o menos larga, en función de la posición en que se incorpora dicha pinza. Así, en una posible opción de realización, la pinza se sitúa próxima a dicha articulación, con objeto de que la parte distal intercambiable de la patilla sea lo más larga posible. Y, en otra 30 opción de realización, la pinza se sitúa en un punto más alejado de dicha articulación, con objeto de que la parte proximal fija cuente con un espacio para incorporar la marca de las gafas o cualquier otro elemento ornamental. Finalmente cabe destacar que, en la realización preferida, la parte frontal de la montura 35 también está articulada en la zona del puente central, permitiendo que pueda guardarse, en
cualquier bolsillo, ocupando un mínimo espacio. Las descritas gafas con patillas intercambiables presentan, pues, una estructura innovadora de características estructurales y constitutivas desconocidas hasta ahora, razones que 5 unidas a su utilidad práctica, la dotan de fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad que se solicita. DESCRIPCiÓN DE LOS DIBUJOS 10 Para complementar la descripción que se está realizando y con objeto de ayudar a una mejor comprensión de las caracteristicas de la invención, se acompaña a la presente memoria descriptiva, como parte integrante de la misma, de un juego de planos, en los que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente: 15 La figura número 1.-Muestra una vista en perspectiva de un ejemplo de las gafas con patillas intercambiables, objeto de la invención, las cuales, representadas en posición abierta y con una de sus patillas sin acoplar, incorporan la pinza de unión situada a cierta distancia del punto de articulación con la parte frontal de la montura. 20 La figura número 2.-Muestra una vista ampliada del detalle A señalado en la figura 1, donde se aprecia la configuración de la pinza de unión de las patillas a la montura, la cual está en posición abierta. La figura número 3.-Muestra una vista de la pinza con que cuentan las gafas de la 25 invención, similar a la de la figura 2, en este caso representada en posición cerrada. y la figura número 4.-Muestra una vista en perspectiva de un segundo ejemplo de las gafas con patillas intercambiables, según la invención, en este caso con la pinza de unión situada junto al punto de articulación con la parte frontal de la montura, parte frontal que, a su vez, 30 también es articulada. REALIZACiÓN PREFERENTE DE LA INVENCiÓN A la vista de las mencionadas figuras, y de acuerdo con la numeración adoptada, se puede 35 observar en ellas sendos ejemplos no limitativos de las gafas con patillas intercambiables
preconizadas, las cuales comprenden las partes y elementos que se indican y describen en detalle a continuación. Así, tal como se observa en dichas figuras, las gafas (1) en cuestión, se configuran, de 5 manera convencional, a partir de una montura (2), de cualquier material y forma, conformada por una parte frontal (3) con dos cercos (3a), para alojar las lentes (4), unidos por un puente (3b) central, y dos patillas (5) que se articulan, en ambos laterales de la parte frontal (3), mediante respectivas bisagras (6), con la particularidad de que, dichas patillas (5), al menos en una porción distal (5a) de las mismas, se unen a la parte frontal (3) de la 10 montura (2), de manera extraíble, mediante sendas pinzas (7) de unión rápida, la cuales permiten cambiarlas o intercambiarlas o sustituirlas por otras de manera rápida, sin necesidad de utilizar herramientas para ello. Preferentemente, las mencionadas pinzas (7) se sitúan en un punto distinto a las bisagras 15 (6) de articulación de las patillas (5) con la parte frontal (3) de la montura (2), de modo que una porción proximal (5b) de cada una de las patillas (5) es fija a la montura (2), es decir, no es intercambiable, y solamente la porción distal (5a) de las patillas (5), que se une a la porción proximal (5b) a través de la pinza (7), es extraíble e intercambiable. 20 Atendiendo a la figura 1, se observa, cómo, en una opción de realización, las pinzas (7) se sitúan en un punto alejado de la bisagra (6) de articulación, con objeto de que la parte proximal (5b) de las patillas (5) cuente con un espacio (8) de unos dos centímetros para incorporar una marca o un elemento ornamental. 25 Y, en la figura 3, se observa otra opción de realización, donde las pinzas (7) se sitúan en un punto próximo a la bisagra (6) de articulación, con objeto de que la parte distal (5a) que es intercambiable de las patillas (5) sea lo más larga posible. Opcionalmente, dicha parte frontal (3), como muestra el ejemplo de la figura 3, también está 30 provista de una bisagra adicional (6') de articulación en el puente (3b) central para doblar ambos cercos (3a) sobre sí mismos y poder plegar las gafas (1) ocupando un minimo espacio. En cualquier caso, como se aprecia en las figuras 2 y 3, las pinzas (7) de unión rápida están 35 constituidas por dos brazos (7a) articulados entre sí mediante una unión (7Ib).
Descrita suficientemente la naturaleza de la presente invención, así como la manera de ponerla en práctica, no se considera necesario hacer más extensa su explicación para que cualquier experto en la materia comprenda su alcance y las ventajas que de ella se derivan, haciéndose constar que, dentro de su esencialidad, podrá ser llevada a la práctica en otras 5 formas de realización que difieran en detalle de la indicada a título de ejemplo, y a las cuales alcanzará igualmente la protección que se recaba siempre que no se altere, cambie o modifique su principio fundamental.

EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION The glasses with interchangeable pins that the invention proposes are thus configured as a novelty within its field of application, the characterizing details distinguishing them conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description. Specifically, what the invention proposes, as noted above, are glasses that are distinguished by having an innovative configuration frame 10 where the pins are attached to the front of the same through a clamp that allows them to change them quickly and easily, without using tools of any kind to do so, allowing them to be exchanged for others, either for purely aesthetic reasons, so that the user can put one and the other of an assortment that can be provided when purchased, or by functional reasons, to put longer or shorter pins or more 15 or less curves, as it suits you or as you prefer so that they adapt better to your physiognomy or your needs, or for reasons of deterioration or breakage thereof, in any case, so that you can incorporate to the front part of the mount, different types of pins that may be identical in color, pattern or material to said part f Rontal or totally different, including the option of having personalized pins and 20 recycled and ecological materials. Thus, in a possible embodiment, the clamp is positioned close to said joint, so that the interchangeable distal part of the pin is as long as possible. And, in another embodiment, the clip is located at a point farther from said joint, so that the fixed proximal part has a space to incorporate the brand of the glasses or any other ornamental element. Finally, it should be noted that, in the preferred embodiment, the front part of the mount 35 is also articulated in the area of the central bridge, allowing it to be stored, in
any pocket, occupying a minimum space. The described glasses with interchangeable pins, therefore, have an innovative structure of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now, reasons that, together with their practical utility, provide it with sufficient grounds to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the aforementioned figures, and according to the numbering adopted, it is possible to observe in them two non-limiting examples of the glasses with interchangeable pins
recommended, which include the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below. Thus, as observed in said figures, the glasses (1) in question are configured, in a conventional manner, from a frame (2), of any material and shape, formed by a front part (3) with two fences (3a), to accommodate the lenses (4), joined by a central bridge (3b), and two pins (5) that are articulated, on both sides of the front (3), by respective hinges (6) , with the particularity that, said pins (5), at least in a distal portion (5a) thereof, are attached to the front part (3) of the mount (2), removably, by means of two clips (7) of quick union, which allow to change or exchange or replace them with others quickly, without using tools for it. Preferably, the said tweezers (7) are located at a different point than the hinges 15 (6) of articulation of the pins (5) with the front part (3) of the mount (2), so that a proximal portion ( 5b) of each of the pins (5) is fixed to the mount (2), that is, it is not interchangeable, and only the distal portion (5a) of the pins (5), which joins the proximal portion ( 5b) through the clamp (7), it is removable and interchangeable. 20 According to Figure 1, it is observed how, in an embodiment option, the clamps (7) are located at a point away from the hinge (6) of articulation, so that the proximal part (5b) of the sideburns (5) have a space (8) of about two centimeters to incorporate a mark or an ornamental element. 25 And, in Figure 3, another embodiment option is observed, where the clamps (7) are located at a point close to the hinge (6) of articulation, so that the distal part (5a) that is interchangeable from the pins (5) be as long as possible.
