Abstract

1. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa configurado para impedir la migración de sustancias desde papel o cartón que contiene fibras recicladas, caracterizada porque dicha película o recubrimiento es una película o un recubrimiento polimérico que comprende hemicelulosa, en la que dicha película o recubrimiento está dispuesto para formar una capa barrera a la migración para impedir la migración global de sustancias desde papel o cartón que contiene fibras recicladas en al menos el 80%, preferentemente en al menos el 90%, con un grosor igual a o menor de 50 μm, preferentemente entre 1-25 μm, más preferentemente entre 1-20 μm, aún más preferentemente entre 1-15 μm, aún más preferentemente entre 2-15 μm, aún más preferentemente entre 2-10 μm y de la forma más preferente entre 2-5 μm ó 5-10 μm. 2. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, que comprende además plastificante. 3. Película o recubrimiento de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1 ó 2, que comprende además carga. 4. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2 ó 3, en la que dicho plastificante se selecciona entre el grupo constituido por agua, ácido cítrico, azúcares, glicerol, xilitol, sorbitol y maltitol, etilenglicol, propilenglicol, butanodiol, glicerina y urea. 5. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 3, en la que dicha carga se selecciona entre el grupo constituido por sílice, talco, arcilla, carbonato cálcico, mica, caolín, wollastonita, montmorillonita, feldespato, baritas, fibras de vidrio y fibras de carbono. 6. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, dispuesta para impedir la migración de al menos una sustancia seleccionado entre un grupo constituido por: aminas aromáticas primarias, 4,4'-bis(dimetilamino)-benzofenona, ftalatos, benzofenona, bisfenol A, hidrocarburos alifáticos, diisobutirato de 2,2,4-trimetil-1,3-pentanodiol (TXIB), laurato de isopropilo (IPL), diisopropilnaftaleno (DIPN), y ésteres de ácidos grasos. 7. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en la que dicha película o recubrimiento tiene un contenido de hemicelulosa en % en peso seco del 10-100%, preferentemente el 20-70%. 8. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemiceluosa de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, que comprende además almidón, donde preferentemente el contenido en % en peso seco de hemicelulosa en relación con el contenido en % en peso seco de almidón está en el intervalo de 2:1 a 1:1. 9. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con una cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en la que dicha hemicelulosa es arabinoxilano, o glucuronoxilano o glucomanano. 10. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque está comprendida en un laminado de papel o cartón y donde dicho laminado de papel o cartón comprende al menos el 25% de fibras recicladas, preferentemente al menos el 50% y más preferentemente al menos el 75% en % en peso seco. 11. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque el laminado de papel o cartón tiene un gramaje por encima de 100 g/m2 y la cantidad de carga está entre el 10-60%, preferentemente el 20-50% en % en peso seco. 12. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque dicha película o revestimiento tiene un contenido de hemicelulosa en % en peso seco del 10-40%. 13. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 12, caracterizada porque el laminado de papel o cartón tiene un gramaje por encima de 200 g/m2, preferentemente por encima de 300 g/m2 y la cantidad de carga está entre el 30-60%, preferentemente el 30-50%. 14. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque el laminado de papel o cartón se refiere a un sustrato que tiene un gramaje inferior a 100 g/m2 y la cantidad de carga es menor del 30%, preferentemente menor del 20%. 15. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con la reivindicación 14, caracterizada porque dicha película o revestimiento tiene un contenido de hemicelulosa en % en peso seco del 40-70%. 16. Película o revestimiento barrera a la migración que comprende hemicelulosa de acuerdo con cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 10, 14 ó 15, caracterizada porque el laminado de papel o cartón tiene un gramaje inferior a 100 g/m2 y la cantidad de plastificante está entre el 30-60%, preferentemente el 40-50%.
