Abstract
1. Protector para embalajes, del tipo que consiste en espumas expandidas de polímeros, especialmente de polietileno, poliestireno, poliuretano, y otros, que se fabrican preferentemente en forma de placas de grosor determinado y con densidades acorde con la aplicación en concreto, cuyas placas se troquelan para obtener las piezas correspondientes de diversos tamaños y configuraciones, las cuales son aplicables como protectores de embalajes en forma de pequeñas piezas sueltas, o bien en forma de piezas relativamente pequeñas que se acoplan a determinadas partes del objeto o artículo a acoplar, o bien formando marcos con rehundidos en algunas de sus caras en las que encajan el artículo u objeto a proteger, al objeto de amortiguar durante su transporte y manipulación, caracterizado porque comprende una placa (1) que en al menos una parte de al menos una de las caras (1a, 1b) está provista de una pluralidad de cortes (C, C''), de profundidad menor que el espesor de la placa (1), acoplándose la placa (1) por la zona de cortes (Z, Z'') a la parte (2, 3) correspondiente del artículo (S) a proteger.
