Protector de manos para el corte de piezas cárnicas curadas, de los destinados a evitar accidentes producidos de forma involuntaria e incontrolada durante el corte de las piezas cárnicas curadas en lonchas finas, y dimanados de la actuación accidental e incontrolada generada por una herramienta de corte, tal y como puede ser un cuchillo o similar, caracterizado por estar constituido a partir de un cuerpo monobloque (1) que presenta una pronunciación (6) de planta pentagonal dotada de una abertura longitudinal (8) en el lado externo, incorporando en el lado opuesto un rehundido (9) semicircular, teniendo la zona interna hueca y provista de resaltes (7) antideslizantes, emergiendo de uno de los extremos un protector estético (2), con radios acordes con las esquinas, formando un cuerpo monobloque con la empuñadura hueca (6), disponiendo en el vértice opuesto al dotado de una pieza (4) configurada como una lija o similar para el afilado de la hoja del cuchillo o herramienta de aplicación similar, disponiendo en dos de los lados del protector (2), un resalte (3) protector.
