Abstract

1. Dispositivo de montaje de porta-herramientas perfeccionado, más concretamente porta-herramientas, porta-pinzas y porta- fresas, destinado al montaje y desmontaje de los mismos, caracterizado esencialmente porque comprende un cuerpo de jaula (1), que constituye el cuerpo principal de soporte de un cojinete de agujas (2), una tapa (3), una jaula de rodillos (4), unos rodillos (5), una tapa superior (6) y unos tornillos (7) de sujeción de la misma, presentando el cuerpo de jaula (1) un orificio escalonado pasante en el fondo del cual se alojan el cojinete de agujas (2) y la tapa (3), mientras que la jaula (4) es recibida en el interior de dicho orificio y sobre el cojinete de agujas (2) y la tapa (3), facilitando éstas el giro suave de dicha pieza, siendo los rodillos (5) aptos para ser recibidos en las cavidades determinadas entre la jaula (4) y el cuerpo de jaula (1), teniendo éste mecanizados en su interior unas cavidades en forma de media luna que actúan a modo de rampa para los citadosrodillos (5), disponiéndose en la parte superior del conjunto la tapa superior (6) que se halla directamente sujeta al cuerpo de jaula (1) mediante los tornillos (7).
