Abstract

Contenedor para ostricultura y similares, concretamente uno de los constituidos por un cuerpo hueco, preferentemente tubular, que está formado por una superficie reticular realizada en un material resistente al agua de mar, tal como un material plástico sintético, y que, en condiciones de uso, adopta una configuración tubular substancialmente paralelepipédica y presenta firmemente cerrada una de sus dos bases abiertas, generalmente coincidentes con las caras menores, mientras que la otra base lo está en forma practicable, caracterizado porque comprende un dispositivo de cierre practicable para al menos una de las bases abiertas del cuerpo hueco reticular, que está constituido por un cuerpo rígido de tapa que dispone de medios para su adaptación ajustada al interior de la boca de la base abierta del cuerpo hueco reticular y de medios para su fijación practicable a la misma.
