Abstract

1. Cetárea sumergible controlada, especialmente concebida para cultivo y/o engorde de crustáceos, moluscos bivalvos, peces y algas, en el fondo marino, aguas intermedias o superficie, caracterizada porque comprende: - Una superficie poligonal regular (1) que conforma el área de cultivo y/o engorde propiamente dicho, provisto de jaulas independientes y móviles, o de bandejas apilables, según especies, siendo accesible para laboreo y limpieza en la posición emergida, quedando en posición sumergida entre aguas o depositada en el fondo marino, permitiendo el cultivo y/o engorde de crustáceos, moluscos bivalvos, peces y algas, por medios naturales o por dosificadores automáticos de piensos adecuados a las especies a cultivar. - Un sistema de maniobra formado por flotadores cilíndricos (2) en número de cuatro a ocho, según peso de la cosecha, unidos al área de cultivo (1), que al ser anegados o achicados, permite la inmersión o emersión, teniendo una compartimentación interior que evita la escoras por desplazamiento de lastre líquido. - Un peso muerto (3) suspendido del área de cultivo (1) por tramos de cadena, con la doble función de asegurar la estabilidad del artefacto en superficie, al bajar el Centro de Gravedad del conjunto y apoyado en el fondo marino en la operación de cultivo (inmersión) y regular la profundidad a la que se puede situar el artefacto, al definir su distancia al fondo marino, según la longitud de los tramos de cadena que lo suspenden. - Una boya de conexión, flotante (4) a través de la cual, permite a la embarcación de apoyo (si es necesario) incidir en la operación de anegado/achicado de los flotadores (2) mediante la conexión a través de mangueras neumáticas (5) que la conecta al distribuidor y tuberías montados en el área de cultivo (1). Un cable fiador (6) cuya función es evitar que las mangueras (5) estén bajo tracción. - Un sistema de amarre y fondeo materializado por pesos muertos de hormigón (8), unidos a la estructura de área de cultivo (1) y a la boya de conexión (4), mediante cadenas (7) para guiar al artefacto en inmersión al lugar de fondeo para cultivo, sirviendo, en posición emergida, como sistema de amarre para controlar el borneo de la cetárea en laboreo.
