Prenda de vestir para enfermos sin movilidad, caracterizada por estar compuesta, por una prenda de características estéticas diferentes, dotada de un cuello cerrado, que permite la colocación por introducción de la cabeza por dicho cuello, en la que su espalda queda abierta verticalmente, desde las inmediaciones del cuello hasta el borde inferior, para permitir el acceso a espalda y zona baja en los cuidados médicos higiénicos del enfermo, estando dotada esta abertura de medios de fijación en sus bordes para cerrar la misma cuando sea preciso.
