Abstract

1. Barbacoa a gas perfeccionada, del tipo constituido por una base con patas desmontables para cocinar a la brasa sobre una parrilla caracterizado porque la base (1) presenta en su interior alojado un quemador (2) circular de gas, el cual está conectado a la bombona de suministro por un tubo (9) o conducto rígido en cercanía de dicho quemador y flexible en cercanía a la bombona, presentando dicho conducto en un punto intermedio un mando o válvula reguladora del caudal de gas y en el extremo libre un regulador (10) o adaptador automático a las válvulas de salida de bombonas de gas butano y/o propano; porque el quemador (2) presenta solidario tres soportes (3) superiores aptos para la sujeción de un trípode (5) o enrejado en coincidencia, para soporte de una parrilla (6) superior, olla, cazuela o cafetera, siendo esta parcilla (6) también circular y presentando su superficie superior estriada, encontrándose a un lado un mango (11) de asido y en su contorno un canal (7) de recogidaade aceitesy grasas, el cual desemboca en un vertedor lateral; y porque la base (1) presenta en parte de su contorno lateral un paravientos (4) o protector del fuego, unido por tornillos, palometas u otro sistema cuya altura sobrepasa la altura del conjunto del quemador (2), el soporte (3) de la rejilla 0 trípode, dicha rejilla (5) y la parrilla (6), estando dicha base (1) anclada temporalmente sobre tres patas (8) telescópicas y regulables en altura.
