  • Embodiment 1: As shown in FIGS. 1-2, an application assembly includes application member 110 and mounting member 120. The application member 110 includes a first end fixedly connected to the mounting member 120, and a second end provided with concave 111. The concave 111 is recessed toward the first end of the application member 110. Flocking layer 112 is provided on the concave 111. Discharge hole 113 is formed in the application member 110. Discharge channel 121 is formed in the mounting member 120. The discharge channel 121, the discharge hole 113, and the flocking layer 112 communicate with each other. That is, material 500 permeates to the flocking layer 112 through the discharge channel 121 and the discharge hole 113.
  • In a possible implementation manner, the flocking layer 112 in the application assembly comes in direct contact with a keratin layer of the user. It is to be noted that the keratin layer of the user may be skin, and may also be hair. The skin of the user includes, but is not limited to, surface skin on a face, a neck, a hand, a foot, a torso, and limbs. The hair of the user may be head hair or eyelashes. In use of the application assembly, the flocking layer 112 is configured to apply the material 500. The material 500 may be a cosmetic material, and may also be a skincare material. The application assembly is provided in a material dispenser having a storage chamber.
  • In a possible implementation manner, the material dispenser may be a makeup pen, and may also be a cosmetic brush. The material 500 in the storage chamber flows to the flocking layer 112 through the discharge channel 121 and the discharge hole 113. The flocking layer 112 is used by the user to apply the material 500. The material 500 includes, but is not limited to, a lip oil, a lip gloss or a lipstick. In the present disclosure, the second end of the application member 110 is a free end. The concave 111 is provided at the second end of the application member 110. The flocking layer 112 is provided on the surface of the concave 111. When the flocking layer 112 is used for makeup, the cambered flocking layer 112 recessed downward can better fit against the makeup region such as the lip, thereby improving the application effect of the material. When the material is the cosmetic material, the fit degree of the cosmetic material can be improved through the design, thereby improving the makeup effect. When the material is the skincare material, the skincare material can be uniformly applied to the keratin layer of the user through the design, thereby improving the skincare effect. The material 500 directly permeates to the flocking layer 112 through the discharge hole 113 to improve makeup efficiency.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, two ends of the discharge hole 113 respectively communicate with the flocking layer 112 and the discharge channel 121. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the discharge hole 113 penetrates through the concave 111, such that the material 500 directly flows to the flocking layer 112 through the discharge hole 113 to further improve the makeup efficiency.
  • Optionally, the application member 110 and the mounting member 120 are an integrally formed bicolor injection-molded member. The application member 110 is made of a first material. The mounting member 120 is made of a second material. The first material and the second material are different materials. Optionally, hardness of the first material is less than hardness of the second material. The application assembly 100 is the integrally formed bicolor injection-molded member. The bicolor injection-molded member includes the first material and the second material. The first material includes a thermoplastic material, an elastomer material, a TPE, and a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE), such as nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS), polyurethane (PU), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), and PP. The second material includes PP, polycarbonate resin, polyethylene terephthalate-1 ,4-cyclohexanedimethanol terephthalate (PETG), and high-density polyethylene (HDPE), but is not limited thereto.
  • In assembly, the application assembly 100 is fixedly provided in base 210 through the mounting member 120. The application member 110 is made of a soft material to ensure the makeup experience and the makeup effect. The mounting member 120 is made of a hard material to ensure a mounting strength between the mounting member 120 and the base 210, thereby preventing the application assembly 100 from falling off from the base 210. In the prior art, the application assembly is usually made of same plastic by injection molding. When the application assembly is made of a soft material, the connection between the application assembly and the base is loose, and the application assembly falls off from the base easily in use. When the application assembly is made of a hard material, the hard application assembly has a poor skin touch when contacting the applying part, and easily rubs the skin to cause a damage to the skin. In the present disclosure, the application assembly 100 is the bicolor injection-molded member, which not only ensures the comfortable skin touch and the makeup effect, but also improves the mounting strength of the application assembly.
  • In a possible implementation manner, the first material includes a TPE, and the second material includes PP. That is, the application member 110 is made of the TPE, and the mounting member 120 is made of the PP. Alternatively, the application member 110 is made of soft PP, and the mounting member 120 is made of hard PP. In this way, the application assembly 100 has the softness and the hardness at the same time.
  • As shown in FIG. 1, an outer sidewall of the mounting member 120 extends radially outward to form retaining ring 122, such that when the application assembly is provided on body 410, the retaining ring 122 is stopped at the body 410.
  • Embodiment 2: As shown in FIG. 3, coupling portion 123 is fixedly provided in the mounting member 120. The coupling portion 123 is embedded into the application member 110. A gap is formed between the mounting member 120 and the coupling portion 123. The first end of the application member 110 is embedded into the gap. The coupling portion 123 is inserted into the first end of the application member 110. This increases a coupling area and a coupling strength between the application member 110 and the mounting member 120.
  • Embodiment 3: As shown in FIGS. 4-6, a nib assembly includes the application assembly 100, base 210, and one-way valve 220. The mounting member 120 is fixedly provided in the base 210. The one-way valve 220 is provided in the base 210. First feed hole 211 is formed in the base 210. The one-way valve 220 is configured to control material 500 to flow from an outside of the base 210 to an inside of the base 210 through the first feed hole 211. That is, the one-way valve 220 controls a flow direction of the material 500, such that the material 500 can only flow from the outside of the base 210 to the inside of the base 210, and then permeates to the flocking layer 112 through the discharge hole 113 of the application assembly 100. In use, the nib assembly 200 is provided on the body 410. The material 500 is provided in the body 410. Under an action of an external force, the material 500 in the body 410 can enter the base 210 through the one-way valve 220 . However, the material 500 in the base 210 cannot come back to the body 410 through the one-way valve 220. This prevents the material 500 in the body from being polluted to prolong the service life of the material 500.
  • As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the one-way valve 220 is provided between the mounting member 120 and the base 210. Blocking portion 221 is fixedly provided on the one-way valve 220. The blocking portion 221 can be configured to seal the first feed hole 211. In a natural state, the blocking portion 221 blocks up the first feed hole 211 to separate the inside and the outside of the base 210 apart. In use, under the action of the external force, the material in the body 410 pushes the blocking portion 221 open, such that the blocking portion 221 is separated from the first feed hole 211. Thus, the material 500 enters the application assembly 100 through the first feed hole 211. In FIG. 5, the material 500 is filled in the discharge channel 121 and the discharge hole 113 completely. The application assembly 100 in the embodiment is the application assembly in Embodiment 1. Optionally, the one-way valve 220 is made of a flexible material. This can ensure that the blocking portion 220 can seal the first feed hole 211 on one hand. On the other hand, under an action of the material 500, this ensures that the blocking portion 220 can deform to leave away from the first feed hole 211.
  • As shown in FIG. 6, a circle of first protrusion 124 is provided on the mounting member 120. A circle of second protrusion 212 is provided on the base 210. The first protrusion 124 is in interference fit with the second protrusion 212. The outer sidewall of the mounting member 120 extends radially outward to form the first protrusion 124. An inner sidewall of the base 210 extends radially inward to form the second protrusion 212. When the mounting member 120 is provided in the base 210, the first protrusion 124 is in interference fit with the second protrusion 212 to improve the coupling strength between the mounting member 120 and the base 210.
  • Embodiment 4: As shown in FIG. 7, nib assembly 200 includes the application assembly 100, base 210, and one-way valve 220. The application assembly 100 includes the application member 110 and the mounting member 120. The embodiment differs from Embodiment 3 in: The application assembly in Embodiment 2 is used in the embodiment.
  • Embodiment 5: As shown in FIG. 8, a material dispenser includes the nib assembly 200, lid assembly 300, and body assembly 400. The nib assembly 200 is fixedly provided in the body assembly 400. The lid assembly 300 covers the body assembly 400. The nib assembly 200 in Embodiment 4 is used in the embodiment. The discharge manner of the body assembly 400 is not limited. Optionally, the discharge manner of the body assembly 400 is manual or electric. Optionally, the discharge manner of the body assembly 400 includes a tail button discharge manner, a side button discharge manner, a rotary discharge manner or a squeezing discharge manner. For the tail button discharge manner, a button is provided on a tail portion of the body, and pressing the button on the tail portion can squeeze the material in the body to the application assembly. For the side button discharge manner, a button is provided on a side of the body, and pressing the button on the side can squeeze the material in the body to the application assembly. For the rotary discharge manner, a rotary button is provided on a tail portion of the body, and rotating the rotary button can squeeze the material in the body to the application assembly. For the squeezing discharge manner, the body is made of a soft material, and directly squeezing the body can squeeze the material in the body to the application assembly.
  • In a specific implementation manner, the discharge manner of the body assembly 400 is the tail button discharge manner. As shown in FIG. 8, the body assembly 400 includes body 410, piston 420, nut 430, threaded rod 440, spring 450, ratchet 460, ratchet wheel 470, ratchet seat 480, and button 490. The material 500 is stored in the body 410. The nib assembly 200 is fixedly provided in the body 410. The nut 430 is provided in the body 410. The threaded rod 440 is provided in the nut 430. The threaded rod 440 is threadedly connected to the nut 430. The piston 420 is fixedly provided at a first end of the threaded rod 440. The piston 420 is airtightly attached to an inner sidewall of the body 410. The button 490 is sleeved on a second end of the threaded rod 440. The ratchet 460 is provided in the ratchet seat 480. Both the ratchet wheel 470 and the ratchet 460 are sleeved on the threaded rod 440. The button 490 is fixedly sleeved on the ratchet 460. The spring 450 is provided between the ratchet wheel 470 and the nut 430.
  • Initially, the spring 450 is in a natural extended state. The button 490 is pressed by the user. The button 490 drives the ratchet 460 to move. The ratchet 460 is applied to the ratchet wheel 470 to drive the threaded rod 440 and the piston 420 to move. The piston 420 squeezes the material 500 in the body 410 toward the nib assembly 200. The blocking portion 221 is pushed open through a squeezing force of the material 500, such that the blocking portion 221 leaves away from the first feed hole 211. The material 500 enters the discharge hole 113 through the first feed hole 211 and the discharge channel 121, and permeates to the flocking layer 112 through the discharge hole 113 for use. By this time, the spring 450 is compressed. When the force on the button 490 disappears, the button 490 is restored under a resilience of the spring 450.
  • It should be noted that those of ordinary skill in the art can further make variations and improvements without departing from the conception of the present disclosure. These variations and improvements all fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure shall be subject to the appended claims.
