Abstract

La présente invention concerne des polynucléotides comprenant une séquence nucléotidique codant pour une molécule biologique (telle que l'α-galactosidase A humaine), une séquence nucléotidique codant pour un promoteur (tel qu'un promoteur spécifique aux hépatocytes ou un promoteur bispécifique hépatocytes-myocytes), ou une séquence nucléotidique codant pour une cassette d'expression (telle qu'une cassette d'expression de l'α-galactosidase A humaine).
