  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Profilanordnung, insbesondere für eine Tür, ein Fenster oder ein Fassadenelement, zur Trennung eines Innenraums von einem Außenraum, mit einem als Horizontalprofil ausgebildeten Horizontalprofilelement mit einem ersten, in Richtung eines Innenraums, IR, angeordneten, Horizontalprofilschalenteil und einem zweiten, in Richtung eines Außenraums, AR, angeordneten, Horizontalprofilschalenteil, wobei die Horizontalprofilschalenteile über ein Horizontalisolierelement, thermisch voneinander getrennt, miteinander verbunden sind, einem als Vertikalprofil ausgebildeten Vertikalprofilelement, mit einem ersten, in Richtung des Innenraums angeordneten, Vertikalprofilschalenteil und einem zweiten, in Richtung des Außenraums angeordneten, Vertikalprofilschalenteil, wobei die Vertikalprofilschalenteile über ein Vertikalisolierelement thermisch voneinander getrennt, miteinander verbunden sind, einem ersten Profilverbinderelement, und einem ersten Befestigungsmittel, um das Horizontalprofilelement und das Vertikalprofilelement unter Verwendung des ersten Profilverbinderelements miteinander zu verbinden.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik sind diverse Profilanordnungen bekannt. Eine Profilanordnung gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Patentanspruch 1 ist beispielsweise aus der EP 3 914 799 B1 bekannt.
  • Die EP 3 914 799 B1 betrifft eine Profilanordnung mit einem Horizontalprofilelement, einem Vertikalprofilelement und Profilverbinderelement, welches U-förmig ausgebildet ist. Das Profilverbinderelement weist zwei Schenkelteile sowie ein die beiden Schenkelteile an einem Ende verbindendes Basisteil auf. Das als Vertikalprofil ausgebildete Vertikalprofilelement weist im Querschnitt gesehen eine U-förmige Ausnehmung zur bereichsweisen Aufnahme des Profilverbinderelements auf. Das Profilverbinderelement weist in seinem Basisteil und das Vertikalprofilelement weist im Boden seiner U-förmigen Ausnehmung jeweils zumindest eine mit einem Befestigungskanal des als Horizontalprofil ausgebildeten Horizontalprofilelements korrespondierende Montageöffnung zur Hindurchführung eines Befestigungsmittels auf. Gemäß der Beschreibung der EP 3 914 799 B1 ist das Profilverbinderelement bevorzugt aus Stahlblech hergestellt und weist insbesondere eine Dicke von mindestens 3 mm, besonders bevorzugt eine Dicke von 4 mm, auf.
  • Nachteilig an der genannten Profilanordnung ist, dass die Profilanordnung keine vollständige thermische Isolierung zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum gewährleistet. Insbesondere an den Ecken der Profilanordnung kommt es aufgrund der verwendeten metallischen Profilverbinderelemente zu einer Aufhebung der thermischen Trennung zwischen Innen- und Außenraum.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Profilanordnung zu schaffen, die eine verbesserte, vorzugsweise vollständige, thermische Isolierung zwischen Innen- und Außenraum gewährleistet. Gleichzeitig soll negativen Effekten aufgrund verbesserter thermischer Isolierung entgegengewirkt werden.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Profilanordnung mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Demnach weist die Profilanordnung ein zweites Profilverbinderelement und ein zweites Befestigungsmittel, um das Horizontalprofilelement und das Vertikalprofilelement unter Verwendung des zweiten Profilverbinderelements miteinander zu verbinden, auf, wobei das erste Profilverbinderelement zur Verbindung des ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteils mit dem ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteil ausgebildet ist und das zweite Profilverbinderelement zur Verbindung des zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteils mit dem zweiten Vertikalprofilschalenteil ausgebildet ist, wobei das erste Profilverbinderelement und das zweite Profilverbinderelement entlang einer Verbindungslinie zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, wenn das Horizontalprofilelement und das Vertikalprofilelement über das erste Profilverbinderelement und das zweite Profilverbinderelement miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei das Horizontalisolierelement und/oder das Vertikalisolierelement einen ersten Isoliersteg mit einem ersten Isolierstegelement und einem zweiten Isolierstegelement aufweist, wobei die Isolierstegelemente, unter Verbindung des Horizontalprofilelements und des Vertikalprofilelements, in Längsrichtung des jeweilig zugehörigen Profilelements zueinander verschiebbar sind, um eine schubfreie Verbindung zwischen dem Richtung Innenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil und dem Richtung Außenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil zu gewährleisten.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Lösung wird eine Profilanordnung geschaffen, bei der thermische Brücken zwischen Innen- und Außenraum vermieden werden können. Insbesondere wird durch die Verwendung zweier, thermisch voneinander getrennter Profilverbinderelemente, wobei eines der Profilverbinderelemente die innenseitigen Profilelemente und das andere Profilverbinderelement die außenseitigen Profilelemente verbindet, eine Profilverbindung ohne thermische Leitung, zumindest aber mit verminderter thermischer Leitung, zwischen Innen- und Außenraum geschaffen.
  • Gleichzeitig wird möglichen Nachteilen aufgrund der verbesserten thermischen Isolierung, insbesondere einem Verziehen der Profilanordnung, durch die Gewährleistung von Schubfreiheit wirksam entgegengewirkt. Grundsätzlich verformen sich nämlich Türblätter usw., wenn die Temperatur im Außenraum von der im Innenraum stark abweicht, wie zum Beispiel bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung oder bei Frost. In der Folge klemmt die Tür oder lässt sich nur noch schwer öffnen und schließen. Durch die Verschiebbarkeit bzw. schubfreie Verbindung der innenseitigen Profilschalenteile gegenüber den außenseitigen Profilschalenteilen kann sich die Profilanordnung äußeren Gegebenheiten flexibel anpassen, so dass sich ein Verziehen von Türen und dergleichen mit der erfindungsgemäßen Profilanordnung aufgrund temperaturbedingter Einflüsse wirksam minimieren lässt.
  • Gleichwohl wird über die Profilverbinderelemente eine feste Verbindung zwischen den Profilelementen gewährleistet. Dementsprechend zeichnet sich die erfindungsgemäße Profilanordnung durch ihre Stabilität, Widerstandskraft gegen äußere thermische Einflüsse und thermische Isolierung aus.
  • Die Übergänge zwischen schubsteifen, schubweichen bzw. schubarmen bis hin zu schubfreien Profilanordnungen bzw. Verbindungen von Profilschalenteilen sind fließend. Grundsätzlich können die genannten Begriffe über die Durchbiegung (in mm) der Isolierelemente in Folge einer Temperaturdifferenz zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum in Abhängigkeit von der Schubfedersteifigkeit der Profilanordnung definiert werden.
  • Bei einer schubfreien Profilanordnung bleibt die Durchbiegung des Isolierelements im Wesentlichen unabhängig von der Schubfedersteifigkeit (gemessen in N/mm^2) verhältnismäßig niedrig bei nahezu 0 mm (unter 2 mm, bevorzugt unter 1,5 mm), während die Durchbiegung bei einer schubfesten Profilanordnung quasi unabhängig von der Schubfedersteifigkeit im Wesentlichen konstant verhältnismäßig hoch ist (über 10 mm). Eine schubweiche Profilanordnung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Durchbiegung mit steigender Schubfedersteifigkeit in vergleichsweise hohem Maß zunimmt. Von einer schubweichen Profilanordnung kann gesprochen werden, wenn die Durchbiegung des Isolierelements zwischen 1 mm und 9 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 1,5 mm und 7 mm beträgt. Dies ist bevorzugt bei einer Schubfedersteifigkeit zwischen 0,3 und 20 N/mm^2, bevorzugt zwischen 1 und 10 N/mm^2 der Fall. Entsprechend spricht man von einer schubfreien Profilanordnung bei einer Schubfedersteifigkeit bis ca. 0,1 N/mm^2, bevorzugt bis 0,3 N/mm^2.
  • Bei den genannten Werten bzw. Wertebereichen wird angenommen, dass die Temperaturdifferenz zwischen Innen- und Außenraum 60 K beträgt und es sich um ein ca. 30 mm breites Isolierelement handelt, dessen Stützweite (Abstand der Lagerung während der Messung der Durchbiegung) ca. 2 m beträgt. Die Breite des Isolierelements kann auch als Abstand zwischen den inneren und äußeren Profilschalenteilen im montierten Zustand betrachtet werden, welcher durch das Isolierelement jeweils überbrückt wird.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen, der Beschreibung und den Figuren.
  • Bevorzugt weist das erste Profilverbinderelement an einer seiner Seiten zumindest zwei erste Vorsprünge und das zweite Profilverbinderelement an einer seiner Seiten zumindest zwei zweite Vorsprünge auf, wobei das Horizontalprofilelement in seinem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil zumindest zwei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende erste Führungskanäle zur Aufnahme der ersten Vorsprünge des ersten Profilverbinderelements aufweist und in seinem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil einen ersten Befestigungskanal zur kraftschlüssigen oder kraftformschlüssigen Aufnahme des ersten Befestigungsmittels aufweist, und wobei das Horizontalprofilelement in seinem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil zumindest zwei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende zweite Führungskanäle zur Aufnahme der zweiten Vorsprünge des zweiten Profilverbinderelements aufweist und in seinem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil einen zweiten Befestigungskanal zur kraftschlüssigen oder kraftformschlüssigen Aufnahme des zweiten Befestigungsmittels aufweist, wobei das erste Profilverbinderelement ein mit dem ersten Befestigungskanal korrespondierendes Durchgangsloch zur Hindurchführung des ersten Befestigungsmittels aufweist und wobei das zweite Profilverbinderelement ein mit dem zweiten Befestigungskanal korrespondierendes Durchgangsloch zur Hindurchführung des zweiten Befestigungsmittels aufweist, wobei das Vertikalprofilelement in seinem ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteil eine mit dem ersten Befestigungskanal des Horizontalprofilelements korrespondierende Montageöffnung zur Hindurchführung des ersten Befestigungsmittels aufweist und das Vertikalprofilelement in seinem zweiten Vertikalprofilschalenteil eine mit dem zweiten Befestigungskanal des Horizontalprofilelements korrespondierende Montageöffnung zur Hindurchführung des zweiten Befestigungsmittels aufweist.
  • Vorteilhaft an dieser Weiterbildung ist, dass das Horizontalprofilelement und das Vertikalprofilelement passgenau miteinander verbunden werden können. Dies gilt insbesondere für die Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Horizontalschalenteil und dem ersten Vertikalschalenteil bzw. die Verbindung zwischen dem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil und dem zweiten Vertikalprofilschalenteil. Durch das Vorsehen zumindest zweier Führungskanäle für die Vorsprünge des Profilverbinderelements kann ein optimaler Sitz des Profilverbinderelements im Horizontalprofilschalenteil gewährleistet werden. Insbesondere ist ein Verdrehen des Profilverbinderelements gegenüber dem Horizontalprofilschalenteil, wie es bei lediglich einem Führungskanal und einem Vorsprung möglich wäre, in dieser Weiterbildung nicht denkbar. Der feste Sitz des Profilverbinderelements in dem Horizontalprofilschalenteil bewirkt, dass auch das zugehörige Vertikalprofilschalenteil in präziser Weise angebunden werden kann.
  • Bevorzugt sind die Vorsprünge des Profilverbinderelements gegenüber den Führungskanälen derart bemessen, dass eine Pressverbindung zwischen Profilverbinderlement und Horizontalprofilschalenteil erfolgen kann. Prinzipiell muss aber kein Kraftschluss gegeben sein. Die Vorsprünge des Profilverbinderelements können gegenüber den Führungskanälen beispielsweise auch so bemessen sein, dass ein Formschluss vorliegt.
  • In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung ist zumindest einer der ersten Vorsprünge und/oder zumindest einer der zweiten Vorsprünge nach außen hin verjüngt.
  • Eine derartige Verjüngung ermöglicht ein besonders leichtes Einführen der Vorsprünge in die dafür vorgesehenen Führungskanäle.
  • Vorzugsweise bilden einer der ersten Führungskanäle und der erste Befestigungskanal einen gemeinsamen in Umfangsrichtung geschlossenen Kanal im ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil und/oder wobei einer der zweiten Führungskanäle und der zweite Befestigungskanal bilden einen gemeinsamen in Umfangsrichtung geschlossenen Kanal im zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil.
  • Dadurch kann über das Befestigungsmittel im Befestigungskanal in direkter Weise Druck auf das Profilverbinderelement ausgeübt werden, sodass dieses noch fester in dem Horizontalprofilelement befestigt werden kann.
  • Vorzugsweise ist das erste Isolierstegelement fest und nicht verschiebbar mit dem ersten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil verbunden und das zweite Isolierstegelement ist fest und nicht verschiebbar mit dem zweiten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil verbunden ist. Mit anderen Worten ist das erste Isolierstegelement des Horizontalisolierelements fest und nicht verschiebbar mit dem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil verbunden, während das zweite Isolierstegelement des Horizontalisolierelements fest und nicht (in Längsrichtung des ersten zugehörigen Profilelements) verschiebbar mit dem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil verbunden ist. Analoges gilt für das Vertikalprofilelement.
  • Insofern wird vorliegend die schubfreie Verbindung zwischen innen- und außenseitigen Profilschalenteilen (nur) über das jeweilige Isolierelement selbst hergestellt. Eine derartige schubfreie Verbindung ist bewährt und daher vorteilhaft.
  • Das erste Isolierstegelement weist besonders bevorzugt einen Einrollkopf auf, der nach einem Einrollvorgang durch einen entsprechenden Hammer (häufig auch Einrollhammer oder Anpressleiste genannt) des ersten zugehörigen Profilschalenteils fest und nicht verschiebbar mit dem ersten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil verbunden wird. Analoges gilt vorzugsweise für das zweite Isolierstegelement.
  • Bevorzugt sind das erste Isolierstegelement und das zweite zugehörige Profilschalenteil (bei bestehender Verbindung zwischen dem Horizontalprofilelement und dem Vertikalprofilelement) berührungslos zueinander angeordnet und das zweite Isolierstegelement und das erste zugehörige Profilschalenteil sind berührungslos zueinander angeordnet.
  • Damit wird die relative Verschiebbarkeit zwischen den Profilschalenteilen, die zum Innenraum hin angeordnet sind, und dem Profilschalenteilen, die zum Außenraumhin angeordnet sind weiter unterstützt. Insbesondere können durch diese Anordnung keine unerwünschten Reibungseffekte auftreten.
  • In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Profilanordnung weist das erste Isolierstegelement eine erste Nut zur Aufnahme einer korrespondierenden ersten Nase des zweiten Isolierstegelements auf. Besonders bevorzugt weist das zweite Isolierstegelement ferner eine zweite Nut zur Aufnahme einer korrespondierenden zweiten Nase des ersten Isolierstegelements auf.
  • Folglich greifen das erste Isolierstegelement und das zweite Isolierstegelement Puzzle-artig ineinander. Dadurch kann sichergestellt werden, dass sich das erste Isolierstegelement gegenüber dem zweiten Isolierstegelement (oder umgekehrt) nur in Längsrichtung des zugehörigen Profilelements bewegen kann. Mit anderen Worten wird durch die Nut in dem einen Isolierstegelement eine Gleitschiene geschaffen entlang derer sich die Nase des anderen Isolierstegelements sicher bewegen kann.
  • In einer weiteren bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Profilanordnung weist das Horizontalisolierelement und/oder das Vertikalisolierelement einen zweiten Isoliersteg mit einem dritten Isolierstegelement und einem vierten Isolierstegelement aufweist, wobei das dritte Isolierstegelement und das vierte Isolierstegelement, unter Verbindung des Horizontalprofilelements mit dem Vertikalprofileelement in Längsrichtung des jeweilig zugehörigen Profilelements zueinander verschiebbar sind, um eine schubfreie Verbindung zwischen dem Richtung Innenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil und dem Richtung Außenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil zu gewährleisten, insbesondere wobei der zweite Isoliersteg von dem ersten Isoliersteg, insbesondere in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Verbindungslinie zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum, beabstandet angeordnet ist.
  • In einer besonders bevorzugten Weiterbildung der Profilanordnung weist das erste Profilverbinderelement an der einen Seite drei erste Vorsprünge und das zweite Profilverbinderelement weist an der einen Seite drei zweite Vorsprünge auf, wobei das Horizontalprofilelement in seinem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil drei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende erste Führungskanäle zur Aufnahme der ersten Vorsprünge des ersten Profilverbinderelements aufweist, und wobei das Horizontalprofilelement in seinem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil drei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende zweite Führungskanäle zur Aufnahme der zweiten Vorsprünge des zweiten Profilverbinderelements aufweist.
  • Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe wird auch durch ein Tür-, Fenster- oder Fassadenelement mit einer erfindungsgemäßen Profilanordnung gelöst.
  • Wie zuvor bereits angedeutet, hat ein derartiges Tür-, Fenster-, oder Fassadenelement den Vorteil, dass Innen- und Außenseite des genannten Elements eine verbesserte thermische Isolierung aufweisen, wobei trotz verbesserter Isolierung die Langlebigkeit nicht durch Verzieheffekte beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Die Erfindung wird im Folgenden beispielhaft unter Bezugnahme auf die Figuren beschrieben. Elemente mit gleicher Funktion und Wirkungsweise werden in den Figuren jeweils mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen. Es zeigen (schematisch):

  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Profilanordnung 1 in perspektivischer Ansicht. Die Profilanordnung 1 ist befindet sich vorliegend in zusammengebautem Zustand und weist ein als Horizontalprofil ausgebildetes Horizontalprofilelement 2 und ein als Vertikalprofil ausgebildetes Vertikalprofilelement 4 auf. Das Horizontalprofilelement 2 umfasst einen ersten, in Richtung eines Innenraums (IR) angeordneten, Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a und einem zweiten, in Richtung eines Außenraums (AR) angeordneten, Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b. Zwischen den beiden Horizontalprofilschalenteile 2a und 2b befindet sich ein Horizontalisolierelement, das in Fig. 1 allerdings nicht dargestellt bzw. verdeckt ist. Das Vertikalprofilelement ist in analoger Weise aufgebaut und umfasst einen ersten, in Richtung des Innenraums angeordneten, Vertikalprofilschalenteil 4a und einem zweiten, in Richtung des Außenraums angeordneten, Vertikalprofilschalenteil 4b. Zwischen den beiden Vertikalprofilschalenteile 4a und 4b befindet sich ein Vertikalisolierelement 4c. Wenngleich das Vertikalisolierelement 4c die beiden Vertikalprofilschalenteile 4a und 4b miteinander physisch verbindet, trennt es die beiden Teile thermisch voneinander bzw. isoliert sie gegeneinander.
  • Die Profilanordnung 1 weist ferner ein erstes Profilverbinderelement 5a, ein zweites Profilverbinderlement 5b sowie ein erstes Befestigungsmittel 6a und zweites Befestigungsmittel 6b auf. Dabei ist das erste Befestigungsmittel 6a dazu eingerichtet, Horizontalprofilelement 2 und das Vertikalprofilelement 4 unter Hinzunahme des ersten Profilverbinderelements 5a miteinander zu verbinden. Analoges gilt für das zweite Befestigungsmittel 6b. Genauer gesagt, ist das erste Befestigungsmittel 6a dazu eingerichtet, unter Hinzunahme des ersten Profilverbinderelements 5a, den ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a mit dem ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteil 4a zu verbinden und das zweite Befestigungsmittel 6b ist dazu eingerichtet, unter Hinzunahme des zweiten Profilverbinderelements 5b, den zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b mit dem zweiten Vertikalprofilschalenteil 4b zu verbinden.
  • Dabei sind das erste Profilverbinderelement 5a und das zweite Profilverbinderelement 5b entlang einer Verbindungslinie (nicht dargestellt) zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum voneinander beabstandet.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ausgestaltung des erfindungsgemäßen Fensterelements 10 in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Das Fensterelement 10 weist dabei eine erfindungsgemäße Profilanordnung 1 mit einem Horizontalprofilelement 2 und einem Vertikalprofilelement 4 auf. In Fig. 2 deutlich erkennbar ist das Vertikalisolierelement 4c. Ferner erkennbar ist das erste Profilverbinderelement 5a der Profilanordnung 1. Das Fensterglas des Fensterelements ist mit der Bezugsziffer 7 versehen.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine Teilansicht der Ausgestaltung der Profilanordnung 1 gemäß Fig. 1 in einer anderen, vergrößerten Perspektivansicht in teilweiser Explosionsdarstellung. Dabei sind insbesondere die Komponenten erstes Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a, erstes Profilverbinderelement 5a, ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteile 4a und erstes Befestigungsmittel 6a dargestellt.
  • Das erste Horizontalprofilschaltenteil 2a weist drei erste Führungskanäle 22a, 24a und 26a auf. Ferner weist das erste Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a einen ersten Befestigungskanal auf. Die ersten Führungskanäle 22a und 26a sind (in Umfangsrichtung) nicht abgeschlossen und sind als "Rinnen" ausgestaltet. Der erste Führungskanal 24a bildet zusammen mit dem Befestigungskanal 28a einen (in Umfangsrichtung) abgeschlossenen Kanal.
  • Das erste Profilverbinderelement 5a weist an einer seiner Seiten drei erste Vorsprünge 52a, 54a und 56a auf. Diese sind dazu eingerichtet in die ersten Führungskanäle 22a, 24a und 26a geführt zu werden, wobei der erste Vorsprung 52a dazu eingerichtet ist, in den ersten Führungskanal 22a, der erste Vorsprung 54a dazu eingerichtet ist, in den ersten Führungskanal 24a und der erste Vorsprung 56a dazu eingerichtet ist, in den ersten Führungskanal 26a geführt zu werden. Insbesondere der erste Vorsprung 54a ist dazu eingerichtet im Wesentlichen formschlüssig in dem ersten Führungskanal 54a angeordnet bzw. befestigt zu werden. Die anderen beiden ersten Vorsprünge 52a und 56a sind dazu eingerichtet, zumindest bereichsweise an den ihnen zugeordneten ersten Führungskanälen anzuliegen. Insgesamt kann so ein (verdreh)sicherer Sitz des ersten Profilverbinderelements 5a in dem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a gewährleistet werden.
  • Ein fester Sitz des Profilverbinderelements 5a in dem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a und die Anbindung des ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteils 4a wird allerdings erst durch Hinzunahme des ersten Befestigungsmittels 6a sichergestellt. Bei dem ersten Befestigungsmittel 6a handelt es sich in der dargestellten Ausgestaltung um eine Schraube. Andere Befestigungsmittel sind ebenso denkbar.
  • Das Befestigungsmittel 6a ist dazu eingerichtet, durch eine Montageöffnung 48a in dem ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteil, daran anschließend in ein Durchgangsloch 58a des ersten Profilverbinderelements 5a und daran anschließend in den ersten Befestigungskanals 28a des ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteils 2a geführt zu werden. Das Befestigungsmittel 6a bzw. die Schraube ist vorliegend selbstschneidend. Das bedeutet, dass die Schraube beim Eindrehen bzw. beim Zusammenbau der Profilanordnung 1 dazu eingerichtet ist, ein (passendes) Gewinde in das Durchgangsloch 58a und/oder den Befestigungskanal 28a (und optional die Montageöffnung 48a) zu schneiden. Prinzipiell ist aber auch denkbar, dass das Durchgangsloch 58a und/oder der erste Befestigungskanal 28a (sowie optional die Montageöffnung 48) ein Innengewinde aufweisen, dass mit dem Gewinde der Schraube korrespondiert. Vorliegend ist der Durchmesser der Schraub nur geringfügig kleiner als der Durchmesser der Montageöffnung 48a, des Durchgangslochs 58a und des Befestigungskanals 28a.
  • Fig. 4 zeigt eine Teilansicht der in Fig. 3 dargestellten Profilanordnung 1 in verbundenem (montiertem) Zustand.
  • Fig. 5A zeigt eine Ausgestaltung des Profilverbinderelements 5a der erfindungsgemäßen Profilanordnung 1 in Seitenansicht. In Fig. 5A ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass das Profilverbinderelement in dieser Ausgestaltung drei erste Vorsprünge 5as, 54a und 56a aufweist. Der mittlere der drei ersten Vorsprünge ist dabei deutlich größer ausgebildet als die beiden äußeren ersten Vorsprünge 52a und 56a. Der mittlere erste Vorsprung 54a ragt ferner weiter von der Seite, an der die drei ersten Vorsprünge angeordnet sind, nach außen als die anderen beiden Vorsprünge. Bei der Montage hat dies zur Folge, dass der mittlere erste Vorsprung 54a als erstes in einen entsprechenden Führungskanal eines entsprechenden Profilschalenteils eingeführt werden würde.
  • Fig. 5B zeigt die Ausgestaltung des Profilverbinderelements 5a gemäß Fig. 5A in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Die Durchgangslöcher 57a und 59a dienen der Materialeinsparung und sind optional.
  • Fig. 5C zeigt die Ausgestaltung des Profilverbinderelements 5a gemäß Fig. 5A in einer anderen perspektivischen Ansicht. Aus Fig. 5C geht deutlich hervor, dass die ersten Vorsprünge 52a, 54a und 56a) nach außen hin verjüngt sind. Dies wird durch abgeschrägte Außenkanten der Vorsprünge erreicht. Dadurch kann ein Einführen in die entsprechend zugeordneten Führungskanäle in den Profilschalenteilen erleichtert werden.
  • Fig. 6 zeigt eine Teilansicht der Ausgestaltung der Profilanordnung 1 gemäß Fig. 1 in einer anderen, vergrößerten, Perspektivansicht. Dabei sind insbesondere das erste Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a und das zweite Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b gezeigt. Ferner dargestellt ist das Horizontalisolierelement 2c, welches sich in Längsrichtung L2 des Horizontalprofilelements 2 (bzw. des ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteils 2a und des zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteils 2b) erstreckt. Das Horizontalisolierelement 2c isoliert die beiden Horizontalprofilschalenteile thermisch voneinander. Das Horizontalisolierelement 2c weist in der vorliegenden Ausgestaltung einen ersten Isoliersteg 22c mit einem ersten Isolierstegelement 222c und einem zweiten Isolierstegelement 224c sowie einen zweiten Isoliersteg 24c mit einem dritten Isolierstegelement 226c und einem vierten Isolierstegelement 228c auf. Der erste Isoliersteg 22c und der zweite Isoliersteg 24c sind dabei voneinander in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Längsrichtung L2 voneinander beabstandet.
  • Die Isolierstegelemente 222c und 224c sind in der Längsrichtung L2 zueinander verschiebbar, um eine schubfreie Verbindung zwischen dem ersten Profilschalenteil 2a und dem zweiten Profilschalenteil 2b zu gewährleisten. Analoges gilt für die Isolierstegelemente 226c und 228c. Dabei ist das erste Isolierstegelement 222c fest mit dem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a verbunden. Eine feste Verbindung zum zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b besteht nicht. Tatsächlich besteht zwischen diesen beiden genannten Teilen keine Berührung. Das zweite Isolierstegelement 224c ist fest mit dem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b verbunden. Eine feste Verbindung zum ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a besteht nicht. Tatsächlich besteht zwischen diesen beiden genannten Teilen keine Berührung. Das dritte Isolierstegelement 226c fest mit dem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a verbunden. Eine feste Verbindung zum zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b besteht nicht. Tatsächlich besteht zwischen diesen beiden genannten Teilen keine Berührung. Das vierte Isolierstegelement 228c ist fest mit dem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2b verbunden. Eine feste Verbindung zum ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil 2a besteht nicht. Tatsächlich besteht zwischen diesen beiden genannten Teilen keine Berührung.
  • Fig. 7 zeigt eine Ausgestaltung des Isolierstegs 22c der erfindungsgemäßen Profilanordnung in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Insbesondere zeigt Fig. 7 den Isoliersteg 22c der in Fig. 6 dargestellten Ausgestaltung der Profilanordnung 1. Die weiteren Isolierstege 24c, 42c, und 44c dieser Ausgestaltung können analog ausgestaltet sein.
  • In dieser Ausgestaltung weist der Isoliersteg 22c zwei ineinander greifende, aber in Längsrichtung L2 zueinander verschiebbare, Isolierstegelemente auf, nämlich das erste Isolierstegelement 222c und das zweite Isolierstegelement 224c. Das erste Isolierstegelement 222c weist eine erste Nut 81c und eine zweite Nase 83c auf. Das zweite Isolierstegelement 224c weist eine zweite Nut 84c und eine erste Nase 82c auf. Dabei ist die erste Nut 81c zur Aufnahme der ersten Nase 82c eingerichtet und die zweite Nut 84c ist zur Aufnahme der zweiten Nase 83c eingerichtet. Nase und Nut sind dabei in ihrer Größe und Ausgestaltung so aufeinander abgestimmt, dass die Nasen jeweils sicher in der Nut sitzen, aber dennoch entlang der Längsrichtung in der Nut verschoben werden können.

Claims (10)

  1. Profilanordnung (1), insbesondere für eine Tür, ein Fenster oder ein Fassadenelement (10) zur Trennung eines Innenraums von einem Außenraum, aufweisend
    - ein als Horizontalprofil ausgebildetes Horizontalprofilelement (2) mit einem ersten, in Richtung eines Innenraums, IR, angeordneten, Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2a) und einem zweiten, in Richtung eines Außenraums, AR, angeordneten, Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2b), wobei die Horizontalprofilschalenteile (2a, 2b) über ein Horizontalisolierelement (2c), thermisch voneinander getrennt, miteinander verbunden sind,
    - ein als Vertikalprofil ausgebildetes Vertikalprofilelement (4), mit einem ersten, in Richtung des Innenraums angeordneten, Vertikalprofilschalenteil (4a) und einem zweiten, in Richtung des Außenraums angeordneten, Vertikalprofilschalenteil (4b), wobei die Vertikalprofilschalenteile (4a, 4b) über ein Vertikalisolierelement (4c), thermisch voneinander getrennt, miteinander verbunden sind,
    - ein erstes Profilverbinderelement (5a), und
    - ein erstes Befestigungsmittel (6a), um das Horizontalprofilelement (2) und das Vertikalprofilelement (4) unter Verwendung des ersten Profilverbinderelements (5a) miteinander zu verbinden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Profilanordnung (1) ferner
    - ein zweites Profilverbinderelement (5b), und
    - ein zweites Befestigungsmittel (6b), um das Horizontalprofilelement (2) und das Vertikalprofilelement (4) unter Verwendung des zweiten Profilverbinderelements (5b) miteinander zu verbinden, aufweist, wobei
    das erste Profilverbinderelement (5a) zur Verbindung des ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteils (2a) mit dem ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteil (4a) ausgebildet ist und das zweite Profilverbinderelement (5b) zur Verbindung des zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteils (2b) mit dem zweiten Vertikalprofilschalenteil (4b) ausgebildet ist,
    das erste Profilverbinderelement (5a) und das zweite Profilverbinderelement (5b) entlang einer Verbindungslinie zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, wenn das Horizontalprofilelement (2) und das Vertikalprofilelement (4) über das erste Profilverbinderelement (5a) und das zweite Profilverbinderelement (5b) miteinander verbunden sind, und
    das Horizontalisolierelement (2c) und/oder das Vertikalisolierelement (4c) einen ersten Isoliersteg (22c, 42c) mit einem ersten Isolierstegelement (222c, 422c) und einem zweiten Isolierstegelement (224c, 424c) aufweist, wobei die Isolierstegelemente (222c, 224c, 422c, 424c), unter Verbindung des Horizontalprofilelements (2) und des Vertikalprofilelements (4), in Längsrichtung (L2, L4) des jeweilig zugehörigen Profilelements (2, 4) zueinander verschiebbar sind, um eine schubfreie Verbindung zwischen dem Richtung Innenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil (2a, 4a) und dem Richtung Außenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil (2b, 4b) zu gewährleisten.
  2. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei
    das erste Profilverbinderelement (5a) an einer seiner Seiten zumindest zwei erste Vorsprünge (52a, 54a, 56a) und das zweite Profilverbinderelement (5b) an einer seiner Seiten zumindest zwei zweite Vorsprünge (52b, 54b, 56b) aufweist,
    das Horizontalprofilelement (2) in seinem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2a) zumindest zwei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende erste Führungskanäle (22a, 24a, 26a) zur Aufnahme der ersten Vorsprünge (52a, 54a, 56a) des ersten Profilverbinderelements (5a) aufweist und in seinem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (20a) einen ersten Befestigungskanal (28a) zur kraftschlüssigen oder kraftformschlüssigen Aufnahme des ersten Befestigungsmittels (6a) aufweist, das Horizontalprofilelement (2) in seinem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2b) zumindest zwei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende zweite Führungskanäle (22b, 24b, 26b) zur Aufnahme der zweiten Vorsprünge (52b, 54b, 56b) des zweiten Profilverbinderelements (5b) aufweist und in seinem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2b) einen zweiten Befestigungskanal (28b) zur kraftschlüssigen oder kraftformschlüssigen Aufnahme des zweiten Befestigungsmittels (6b) aufweist,
    das erste Profilverbinderelement (5a) ein mit dem ersten Befestigungskanal (28a) korrespondierendes Durchgangsloch (58a) zur Hindurchführung des ersten Befestigungsmittels (6a) aufweist,
    das zweite Profilverbinderelement (5b) ein mit dem zweiten Befestigungskanal (28b) korrespondierendes Durchgangsloch (58b) zur Hindurchführung des zweiten Befestigungsmittels (6b) aufweist,
    das Vertikalprofilelement (4) in seinem ersten Vertikalprofilschalenteil (4a) eine mit dem ersten Befestigungskanal (28a) des Horizontalprofilelements (2) korrespondierende Montageöffnung (48a) zur Hindurchführung des ersten Befestigungsmittels (6a) aufweist, und
    das Vertikalprofilelement (4) in seinem zweiten Vertikalprofilschalenteil (4b) eine mit dem zweiten Befestigungskanal (28b) des Horizontalprofilelements (2) korrespondierende Montageöffnung (48b) zur Hindurchführung des zweiten Befestigungsmittels (6b) aufweist.
  3. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß Anspruch 2, wobei sich zumindest einer der ersten Vorsprünge (52a, 54a, 56a) und/oder zumindest einer der zweiten Vorsprünge (52b, 54b, 56b) nach außen hin verjüngt.
  4. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, wobei einer der ersten Führungskanäle (22a, 24a, 26a) und der erste Befestigungskanal (28a) einen gemeinsamen in Umfangsrichtung geschlossenen Kanal im ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2a) bilden und/oder wobei der einer der zweiten Führungskanäle (22b, 24b, 26b) und der zweite Befestigungskanal (28b) einen gemeinsamen in Umfangsrichtung geschlossenen Kanal im zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2b) bilden.
  5. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste Isolierstegelement (222c, 422c) fest und nicht verschiebbar mit dem ersten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil (2a, 4a) verbunden ist und das zweite Isolierstegelement (224c, 424c) fest und nicht verschiebbar mit dem zweiten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil (2b, 4b) verbunden ist.
  6. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste Isolierstegelement (222c, 422c) und das zweite zugehörige Profilschalenteil (2b, 4b) berührungslos zueinander angeordnet sind und wobei das zweite Isolierstegelement (224c, 424c) und das erste zugehörige Profilschalenteil (2a, 4a) berührungslos zueinander angeordnet sind
  7. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste Isolierstegelement (222c, 422c) eine erste Nut (81c) zur Aufnahme einer korrespondierenden ersten Nase (82c) des zweiten Isolierstegelements (224c, 424c) aufweist, insbesondere wobei das zweite Isolierstegelement (224c, 424c) eine zweite Nut (84c) zur Aufnahme einer korrespondierenden zweiten Nase (83c) des ersten Isolierstegelements (222c, 242c) aufweist.
  8. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das Horizontalisolierelement (2c) und/oder das Vertikalisolierelement (4c) einen zweiten Isoliersteg (24c, 44c) mit einem dritten Isolierstegelement (226c, 426c) und einem vierten Isolierstegelement (228c, 428c) aufweist, wobei das dritte Isolierstegelement (226c, 426c) und das vierte Isolierstegelement (228c, 428c), unter Verbindung des Horizontalprofilelements (2) mit dem Vertikalprofileelement (4) in Längsrichtung des jeweilig zugehörigen Profilelements (2, 4) zueinander verschiebbar sind, um eine schubfreie Verbindung zwischen dem Richtung Innenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil (2a, 4a) und dem Richtung Außenraum angeordneten zugehörigen Profilschalenteil (2b, 4b) zu gewährleisten, insbesondere wobei der zweite Isoliersteg (24c, 44c) von dem ersten Isoliersteg (22c, 42c), insbesondere in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der Verbindungslinie zwischen Innenraum und Außenraum, beabstandet angeordnet ist.
  9. Profilanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorigen Ansprüche, wobei das erste Profilverbinderelement (5a) an der einen Seite drei erste Vorsprünge (52a, 54a, 56a) und das zweite Profilverbinderelement (5b) an der einen Seite drei zweite Vorsprünge (52b, 54b, 56b) aufweist, wobei
    das Horizontalprofilelement (2) in seinem ersten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2a) drei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende erste Führungskanäle (22a, 24a, 26a) zur Aufnahme der ersten Vorsprünge (52a, 54a, 56a) des ersten Profilverbinderelements (5a) aufweist, und wobei
    das Horizontalprofilelement (2) in seinem zweiten Horizontalprofilschalenteil (2b) drei sich in Horizontalprofillängsrichtung erstreckende zweite Führungskanäle (22b, 24b, 26b) zur Aufnahme der zweiten Vorsprünge (52b, 54b, 56b) des zweiten Profilverbinderelements (5b) aufweist.
  10. Tür-, Fenster- oder Fassadenelement (10) mit einer Profilanordnung (1) gemäß einem der vorigen Ansprüche.
