Description

Self-adjustable distance stabiliser for the installation of sidings, mouldings, building partitions and wall plug used in self-adjustable distance stabiliser
The object of the invention is a self-adjustable distance stabiliser for the installation of sidings, mouldings, building partitions and wall plug used in a self-adjustable distance stabiliser for use in construction.
There are various types of stabilisers.
An adjustable distance stabiliser is known from patent PL 230556, in which a bolt fixed with a washer and a locknut passes through the construction plate, and the free end of the thread enters the sleeve of the expansion bolt and is protected against uncontrolled screwing of the bolt with a nut and a washer.
From the German patent No. DEI 02006014084, a solution is known in which the plate supporting the siding is connected to a screw fixed in the ground. The gap from the ground is adjusted by screwing or removing the screw into the sleeve of the expansion bolt.
From the European patent No. EP2159345, a solution is known in which the plate is articulated to the chassis through a cylindrical element, which makes it possible to change the position of the plate relative to the articulation analogous to the hinges.
A stabiliser is known from the invention no. P 419915, in which construction plate to mounting siding is placed on a construction fastener screwed into the base surface and is stabilised by a spring locking element extending between the fastener head and the pad.
From the patent description PL230332, an adjustable distance connector is known, which includes a support element, expansion element and a multidimensional quick spread wall plug, where the support element has notches and is integrated with a mounting bracket, through which it is connected to the expansion element by rotation in the range from 15° to 380°.
Known solutions are characterised by a number of inconveniences that extend the time of work and generate additional costs when installing the sidings. The most time-consuming solutions are those with unmovable, motionless construction plates, which must be mounted with high precision, for example using a laser curtain. Solutions with movable plates are complicated and expensive to manufacture.
The solution of the invention overcomes the inconveniences of the prior art. The stabiliser according to the invention allows for quick and effective installation of facade siding in particular. The solution according to the invention adapts to the shape of the mounted elements, eliminates unevenness of the base surface, especially when mounting multidimensional sidings.
The essence of the self-adjustable distance stabiliser for the installation of sidings, mouldings, building partitions is that in the construction plate (fastener) having a through hole in the axis of the construction plate, flat and plastic socket is placed around the hole, whereby around the hole, the internal part of the construction plate is pressed forming a recess with inclined walls and a flat bottom, whereas the hole is used to conduct double-thread with preferably hexagonal thrust ring and/or a thrust spacer ring higher than the thickness of the material which the construction plate is made, whereby the double-thread and/or bolt is mounted without a washer and secured with a self-locking nut on the other side of the fastener, wherein the through hole has the shape of a circle slightly smaller than the diameter of the thrust ring, but larger than the thrust spacer ring, while the pressure nut has a built-in rim that replaces the thrust spacer ring by pressing against the thrust ring on the construction fastener passing through the stabiliser socket; wherein the construction fastener with the thrust ring and the thrust spacer ring is topped with a nut; wherein an external connector, preferably in the form of a screw, is located in the through hole and compatible an internal connector therewith, preferably in the form of a connector nut, where the connector passes through a through hole and internal connector allowing for compact, parallel connection of construction plates with each other.
The essence of the wall plug used in self-adjustable distance stabiliser is that in the upper part of the body of the expansion sleeve it has an thrust element with an internal thread and two thrust claws, when the stabiliser is screwed into the expansion sleeve, stabilise it and prevent the body from recessing in the base surface; wherein in the lower part of the body of the expansion sleeve it comprises embossings directed towards the centre of the body correspondings to the notch on the thimble with an internal thread terminated with a cone; and the thimble is a conical thimble on the surface of which there are notches perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the thimble, wherein in the lower part of the body the expansion sleeve has embossings directed to the centre of the body correspondings to the thimble with an internal thread of a shape known in the prior art.
The self-adjustable stabiliser for the installation of sidings, mouldings and building partitions in the embodiment of the invention includes a known fastener, in particular a construction plate, moulding or snap mechanisms mounter in a flat surface with a through hole in which is a construction fastener selected from bolts, nails, pipes or mandrel bar, and at least one thrust element is provided on the surface of the fastener, in the form of a nut and a washer, or a construction fastener of the mandrel bar with the thrust ring. The through hole is enlarged so that the fastener is slidably mounted between the pressing thrust elements, in particular with a variable height inside the fastener, thanks to which, after mounting the thrust element in the form of low nut (nakrqtka (korzystnie) niska), the thrust element is an external counterpart and allows the fastener to rotate with respect to its own axis without the possibility of unfolded.
When the through hole is enlarged so that it has the shape of a circle slightly larger than the diameter of the thrust element integrated with the mandrel bar or mounted separately forming in fact a thrust-pressing element. When a pressure nut is placed over the thrust element on the mandrel bar with a plate, which presses the construction plate while resting on the thrust element, it automatically counteracts.
The surface of the fastener is straight or pressed at the location of the through hole, wherein the pressed - central part of the fastener is lowered in relation to the rest of its surface by at least half the diameter of the head of the fastener placed in the through hole. The head of the connector is equipped with a tool socket for screwing in, screwing out or sticking the connector.
When the fastener is in the form of a plate with a flat surface, the rim of which is preferably pressed and forms a stiffening rib (zebro usztywniajqce) to which it is screwed with bolts or glued to the siding.
In the flat plastic socket, is mounted a bolt or a double-thread with a mounted self-locking nut or a nut known in the art flooded with thread glue, which allows the bolt/double-thread to rotate around its own axis.
The wall plug has a double-thread with a thrust ring. On the surface of the bolt or doublethread, there are embossments that are compatible with notches on the thimble. On the other hand, the external surface of the wall plug body includes thrust deformations to prevent the body from twisting, and the upper part of the double-thread or bolt has thrust flange to prevent the body from recessing into the ground. In the upper part of the expansion sleeve body, it has a thrust element with an internal thread and two thrust claws, which after screwing the stabiliser into the expansion sleeve, stabilise it and prevent the body from recessing into the ground.
The expansion sleeve may have a conical thimble shape or a prior art shape. The lower body portion of the expansion sleeve includes embossments directed toward the centre of the body corresponding to a notch on the thimble with internal thread. In the embodiment of the invention, instead of a construction plate, a snap-on profile known from the prior art may be used, to which assembly profiles known from the prior art, in particular with a c-section, are attached.
In the embodiment of the invention, the construction plate upward is used to siding installation and / or gip strip and, when fitted with the reverse side of the rim, it forms a snap-in component for building profiles known from the state of the art. A bolt located in a geometric centre of construction plate is self-aligning, and thanks to the thrust element, which is located on a mandrel above the pressure element, assembly element for cladding and profiles may rotate around its axis, but pressure nut is not able to rotate as it is clamped on the thrust piece.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bolt/double-thread may be provided with an anchor into which an internally threaded sleeve preferably tapered is inserted. The outer surface of the body includes abutment deformations to prevent the body from twisting. The upper part of the body is formed into an element preventing the body from sinking into the ground.

Example 1
The self-aligning stabiliser for siding installation, profiles and building partition in the embodiment of the invention comprises a prior art construction plate (1) with a through hole (10) in which a construction fastener (two-thread) (3) is arranged. A pressure nut in the form of a ring (6) preferably hexagonal and a thrust-spacer (7) under the thread in contact with the thrust ring, on which we apply the construction plate (1), is permanently located on the surface of the fastener (3). Above the thrust-spacing ring (7) there is a thread (8) and above it a nut (9). The through hole (10) has the shape of a circle with a diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of the thrust ring (6) and the nut (9) but larger than the thrust-spacer ring (7), which allows it to rotate around its own axis and allows the nut to be locked so that it does not unscrew when the plate is turned. The construction plate (1) is attached slidably between the pressing elements.
The surface of the construction plate (1) around the through hole (10) is pressed, the central part of the construction plate (1) is lowered in relation to the rest of its surface by half the diameter of the head of the connector placed in the through hole (10).
The head of the connector is equipped with a mounting socket for screwing in, unscrewing or driving in the connector (Leb Iqcznika wyposazony jest w gniazdo narz^dzia do wknjcenia, wykr^cenia albo do wbicia Iqcznika).
The construction plate (1) has a flat surface, the rim of which is pressed and forms a stiffening rib (zebro usztywniajqce).
The plate (1) has mounting sockets (13) and fittings (4) similar in shape to the letter T. At the ends of the fittings (4) there are outer arms (5).
Example 2
The self-aligning distance stabiliser as a double-sided structural element enabling the assembly of construction elements includes a construction plate (1) with a shape similar to a circle. The plate (1) has cut-out mounting sockets (13) at its edges, limited by fittings (4) similar to the letter T. T-shaped fittings (4) are arranged so that the distance of the ends of the outer arms (5) corresponds to the internal width of the mounted profile. A double-thread (3) with a hexagonal thrust ring (6) and/or a screw with a fixed thrust-spacer ring (7) is provided in the through hole (10).
The double-thread (2) is mounted so that the surface ended with fittings (4) and arms (5) is facing upwards. The external connector (screw) (11) located in the through hole (10) operates self-adjusting, using the flexibility of the sheet metal. The use of a screw or double-thread (3) with a thrust ring (6) and an additional thrust-spacer ring (7) means that after tightening the nut to the thrust-spacer, the construction plate (1) can be rotated without the risk of unscrewing the set. An additional ring is the thrust element.
Example 3
The self-aligning distance stabiliser as a structural element enabling the assembly of building elements includes a construction plate in the shape of a quadrilateral. The rectangular construction plate (1) has a flat inner surface. The construction plate (1) is preferably equipped with two fittings (4) similar in shape to the letter T. The fittings (4) are arranged so that the profiles known from the prior art can be mounted. The arms (5) of the fittings (4) are arranged so that a prior art profile can be mounted. A self-locking screw (3) is mounted in the through hole (10). The screw (3) in the through hole (10) is self-aligning, using the flexibility of the sheet metal. The use of a screw or two-thread (3) with a thrust ring 6) and an additional thrust-spacing ring (7) means that after tightening the nut to the thrust-spacing element, the square construction plate (1) can be rotated without the risk of unscrewing the set.
Example 4
The self-aligning distance stabiliser as a structural element allowing the assembly of the building elements constructed as in Example 1 or 2, except that instead of a two-thread (2) it comprises an external connector (screw) (11) that passes through a through hole (10). From above, the internal connector (coupling nut) (12) is screwed onto the external connector (11). An insulating plate (23) is placed above the plate (1). Another external connector (1 1 ) is screwed (from above) to the internal connector in the form of a coupling nut (12) known in the art, on which another plate (1) is installed, and an insulation board (18) above it.
In this way, it is possible to form a multi-level system of stabilisers and plates / linings between which there is free space.
Example 5
The wall plug used in the self-aligning distance stabiliser has a body formed in the form of an expansion sleeve (14) in which the thread (8) is inserted. A double-thread or screw (3) with a self-adjusting nut is screwed into the expansion sleeve (14), which is inserted into the internally threaded bushing (15), preferably conical, on the surface of which the notches (16) are located. The notches are preferably made at equal intervals and are perpendicular to the axis of the screw /double-thread (3). The outer surface of the expansion sleeve (14) includes thrust deformations to prevent the body from twisting. The thrust deformations allow the body to snap into place in the element into which it has been screwed. The thrust deformations have a shape known from the prior art. The upper part of the expansion sleeve body (14) is formed into a stop flange preventing the expansion sleeve body (14) from recessing into the ground.
In the upper part of the body of the expansion sleeve (14), two thrust claws (17) are placed, which, after screwing the screw into the expansion sleeve (14), stabilise it and prevent the body (former 14) from recessing into the ground. Thrust claws (17) when driven into the ground prevent the screw from unscrewing and cause it to lock. - construction plate - plastic socket - construction fastener (double-threaded or self-locking screw) - T-shaped fittings - outer arms - thrust ring - thrust spacer ring - - thread - nut - through hole 1 - external connector - internal connector - mounting socket - sleeve of the expansion bolt 5 - threaded bushing 6 - notches (naci^cia) - thrust claws (pazurki oporowe) 8 - insulation board
