Definitions

  • the present disclosure relates to the technical field of washing apparatus, and specifically provides a drum washing machine, a control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus, and a washing apparatus.
  • Washing machines are common household clothing washing apparatuses. According to the washing method, the washing machines can be roughly divided into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines.
  • water is first injected between inner and outer cylinders, so that a water level is higher than the inner cylinder, and the clothing is soaked in the water; the clothing is then washed by rotating the inner cylinder to "beat" the clothing.
  • bacteria will inevitably breed between the inner and outer cylinders. This may lead to secondary contamination of the clothing when the user uses the washing machine again to wash the clothing, which is not advantageous for health.
  • the present disclosure aims to solve the above technical problem, that is, to solve the problem in the washing method of existing drum washing machines that the bacteria between the inner and outer cylinders would adhere to the clothing to cause secondary contamination of the clothing.
  • the present disclosure provides a control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine, which includes an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, and a spray device; the inner cylinder is rotatably arranged inside the outer cylinder, and is used to accommodate clothing to be washed; a gap chamber is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; the spray device is arranged to be capable of spraying toward an interior of the inner cylinder; and the control method includes the following steps: S1: alternately controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate, so that the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder is flushed with running water; S2: obtaining an actual water level height in the gap chamber after the spray device is activated; and S3: controlling the gap chamber to drain water when the actual water level height is higher than a preset water level height, so that the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder.
  • the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean and will not be reused.
  • the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder.
  • water and/or washing liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing and rinsing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.
  • step S1 specifically includes: S11: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; S12: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically; and S13: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • the clothing to be washed can be dispersed when the inner cylinder rotates, avoiding piling up of the clothing and allowing the sprayed water and/or washing liquid to be sprayed more evenly on the clothing to be washed, and on the other hand, a jogging water inflow mode can be used to ensure the accuracy of the water level of inflow water entering the gap chamber, ensuring precise control of drainage and avoiding contact between the inner cylinder and the water in the gap chamber caused by untimely drainage.
  • step S13 further includes: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • step S1 specifically includes: S110: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; S120: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically; and S130: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • step S110 further includes: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • the step of "controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder” further includes: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • control method further includes: supplying hot air or water vapor into the outer cylinder at the same time of or after spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • the activity of enzymes contained in the washing liquid dispensed into the inner cylinder can be activated, better integrating with the clothing and promoting stain removal and cleaning, while also reducing the amount of washing liquid used and the number of times of rinsing, making the clothing easier to be rinsed clean during the rinsing stage and improving washing cleanliness.
  • the clothing since the clothing is in a vapor-state environment, compared to the prior art in which the clothing is soaked in water, the clothing can be heated more evenly, with higher energy transfer efficiency.
  • the environment of the inner cylinder and the clothing inside the inner cylinder can also be sterilized and disinfected while washing.
  • the drum washing machine further includes a drying system
  • the step of "supplying hot air into the outer cylinder” specifically includes: controlling the drying system to supply hot air into the outer cylinder; and/or the drum washing machine further includes a heating element arranged at an inner bottom of the outer cylinder, and the step of "supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder” specifically includes: controlling the heating element to heat washing water at the inner bottom of the outer cylinder to generate water vapor.
  • control method further includes: performing normal washing water inflow and obtaining an actual change amount of water level in the gap chamber before the spray device is activated; and controlling the spray device to be activated normally when the actual change amount of water level exceeds a preset change amount of water level.
  • the present disclosure aims to solve the above technical problem, that is, to solve the problem in the washing method of existing washing apparatuses that the bacteria between the inner and outer cylinders would adhere to the clothing to cause secondary contamination of the clothing.
  • the step of "controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate” specifically includes: S11: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; S12: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically; and S13: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • the step of "controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate” specifically includes: S110: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; S120: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically; and S130: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • steps S110 and S120 are first executed cyclically for multiple times, and then steps S120 and S130 are executed cyclically for multiple times.
  • the step of "controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate" specifically includes: first controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; then controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder is fully soaked.
  • the step of "controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder” further includes: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean.
  • the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder.
  • the inner cylinder When the inner cylinder rotates, the water inside the gap chamber will not enter the inner cylinder again with the rotation of the inner cylinder, which can prevent bacteria inside the gap chamber from being brought into the inner cylinder and adhered to the clothing to be washed, and will not cause secondary contamination of the clothing. Moreover, since the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder, during rotation, the inner cylinder does not need to overcome the resistance caused by contact with water; therefore, compared with existing drum washing machines, power consumption is reduced. In addition, by using spraying to wash the clothing, water and/or washing liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.

Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of washing machines. Particularly provided are a drum washing machine, an isolated washing control method for a washing device, and a washing device, which aim to solve the problem of the secondary contamination of laundry caused by bacteria between an inner drum and an outer drum being attached to the laundry in a washing mode of existing drum washing machines. For this purpose, the present control method comprises: controlling, in an alternating manner, a spray apparatus to spray water and/or a washing liquid onto laundry to be washed in an inner drum (1), and controlling the inner drum (1) to rotate; after the spray apparatus is started, acquiring an actual water level in a gap cavity; and when the actual water level is higher than a preset water level, controlling the gap cavity to drain water, such that the water in the gap cavity never comes into contact with the inner drum (1). Therefore, it is ensured that water and/or a washing liquid, which is sprayed onto laundry to be washed, is always clean and not reused, such that bacteria in a gap cavity can be prevented from being brought into an inner drum (1) and attached to said laundry, and the secondary contamination of said laundry is thus avoided.

  • TECHNICAL FIELD
  • The present disclosure relates to the technical field of washing apparatus, and specifically provides a drum washing machine, a control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus, and a washing apparatus.
  • TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
  • Washing machines are common household clothing washing apparatuses. According to the washing method, the washing machines can be roughly divided into pulsator washing machines and drum washing machines. In the washing method of existing drum washing machines, typically, water is first injected between inner and outer cylinders, so that a water level is higher than the inner cylinder, and the clothing is soaked in the water; the clothing is then washed by rotating the inner cylinder to "beat" the clothing. After the washing machine is used for a long time, bacteria will inevitably breed between the inner and outer cylinders. This may lead to secondary contamination of the clothing when the user uses the washing machine again to wash the clothing, which is not advantageous for health.
  • Accordingly, there is a need for a new technical solution in the art to solve the above problem.
  • SUMMARY First solution: CN202211543213.X
  • In a case of adopting the above technical solution, during washing and rinsing stages, the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean and will not be reused. At the same time, the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder. When the inner cylinder rotates, the water inside the gap chamber will not enter the inner cylinder again with the rotation of the inner cylinder, which can prevent bacteria inside the gap chamber from being brought into the inner cylinder and adhered to the clothing to be washed, and will not cause secondary contamination of the clothing. Moreover, since the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder, during rotation, the inner cylinder does not need to overcome the resistance caused by contact with water; therefore, compared with existing drum washing machines, power consumption is reduced.
  • In addition, by using spraying to wash and rinse the clothing, water and/or washing liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing and rinsing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, step S1 specifically includes: S11: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; S12: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically; and S13: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.

  • In a case of adopting the above technical solution, by alternately controlling the spraying and the rotation of inner cylinder, on one hand, the clothing to be washed can be dispersed when the inner cylinder rotates, avoiding piling up of the clothing and allowing the sprayed water and/or washing liquid to be sprayed more evenly on the clothing to be washed, and on the other hand, a jogging water inflow mode can be used to ensure the accuracy of the water level of inflow water entering the gap chamber, ensuring precise control of drainage and avoiding contact between the inner cylinder and the water in the gap chamber caused by untimely drainage.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, step S13 further includes: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, step S1 specifically includes: S110: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; S120: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically; and S130: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, in step S1, steps S110 and S120 are first executed cyclically for multiple times, and then steps S120 and S130 are executed cyclically for multiple times.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, step S110 further includes: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, step S1 specifically includes executing the following steps alternately: S1100: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; and S1200: controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine described above, the control method is used for a washing stage of the drum washing machine, and step S1 specifically includes: first controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; then controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder is fully soaked.

  • The present disclosure aims to solve the above technical problem, that is, to solve the problem in the washing method of existing washing apparatuses that the bacteria between the inner and outer cylinders would adhere to the clothing to cause secondary contamination of the clothing.
  • In a first aspect, the present disclosure provides a control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus, which includes an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder, and a spray device; the inner cylinder is rotatably arranged inside the outer cylinder, and is used to accommodate clothing to be washed; a gap chamber is formed between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder; the spray device is arranged to be capable of spraying toward an interior of the inner cylinder; and the control method includes the following steps: controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder, and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate; supplying hot air into the outer cylinder at the same time of or before or after spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder; and controlling the water in the gap chamber to never come into contact with the inner cylinder throughout the entire washing process.
  • In a specific implementation of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus described above, the step of "controlling the water in the gap chamber to never come into contact with the inner cylinder throughout the entire washing process" specifically includes: obtaining an actual water level height in the gap chamber in real time throughout the entire washing process; and controlling the gap chamber to drain water when the actual water level height is higher than a preset water level height, so that the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder.

  • In a second aspect, the present disclosure also provides a washing apparatus, which includes a controller configured to perform any of the control methods for isolated washing described above.
  • In a case of adopting the above technical solution, throughout the entire washing process, the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean. In addition, by using spraying to wash the clothing, water and/or washing liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.
  • By supplying hot air to fumigate the clothing, during the washing stage, the activity of enzymes contained in the washing liquid dispensed into the inner cylinder can be activated, better integrating with the clothing and promoting stain removal and cleaning, while also reducing the amount of washing liquid used and the number of times of rinsing, making the clothing easier to be rinsed clean during the rinsing stage and improving washing cleanliness. Moreover, since the clothing is in a vapor-state environment, compared to the prior art in which the clothing is soaked in water, the clothing can be heated more evenly, with higher energy transfer efficiency. At the same time, the environment of the inner cylinder and the clothing inside the inner cylinder can also be sterilized and disinfected while washing.

They are only used for ease of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, or must be constructed or operated in a specific orientation; therefore, they should not be considered as limitations to the present disclosure.
  • In addition, it should also be noted that in the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise clearly specified and defined, term "connection" should be understood in a broad sense; for example, the connection may be a fixed connection, or a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it may be a mechanical connection, or an electrical connection; it may be a direct connection, or an indirect connection implemented through an intermediate medium. For those skilled in the art, the specific meaning of the above term in the present disclosure can be interpreted according to specific situations.
  • It should also be noted that in the description of the present disclosure, although the various steps of the control method of the present disclosure are described in specific orders in the present application, these orders are not limiting, and those skilled in the art can execute these steps in different orders without departing from the basic principles of the present disclosure.
  • First solution: CN202211543213.X, FIGS. 1 to 4, first embodiment. First embodiment
  • First, reference is made to FIG. 1, which is a schematic structural view of the drum washing machine of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1, the drum washing machine of the present disclosure includes an inner cylinder 1, an outer cylinder 2, and a spray device (not shown in the figure). The inner cylinder 1 is rotatably arranged inside the outer cylinder 2, and the inner cylinder 1 is used to accommodate clothing to be washed. A gap chamber (not shown in FIG. 1) is formed between the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2. An open end of a front structure of the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a window gasket 3, and the spray device is installed on the window gasket 3 and arranged to be capable of spraying toward an interior of the inner cylinder 1.
  • Then, reference is made to FIG. 2, which is a flowchart of main steps of the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine of the present disclosure; the control method is used for the washing stage and rinsing stage of the drum washing machine. As shown in FIG. 3, the control method of the present disclosure includes:
    • step S1: alternately controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate, so that the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 is flushed with running water;
    • step S2: obtaining an actual water level height in the gap chamber after the spray device is activated; and
    • step S3: controlling the gap chamber to drain water when the actual water level height is higher than a preset water level height, so that the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1.
  • A water level sensor (not shown in the figure) is arranged in the gap chamber to detect the actual water level height in the gap chamber.
  • During the washing and rinsing stages, the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder 1 to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean and will not be reused. At the same time, the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1. When the inner cylinder 1 rotates, the water inside the gap chamber will not enter the inner cylinder 1 again with the rotation of the inner cylinder 1, which can prevent bacteria inside the gap chamber from being brought into the inner cylinder 1 and adhered to the clothing to be washed, and will not cause secondary contamination of the clothing. Moreover, since the water in the gap chamber never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1, during rotation, the inner cylinder 1 does not need to overcome the resistance caused by contact with water; therefore, compared with existing drum washing machines, power consumption is reduced.
  • In addition, by using spraying to wash and rinse the clothing, water and/or washing liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing and rinsing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.
  • Next, reference is made to FIG. 3, which is a specific flowchart of steps in step S1 in the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine of the present disclosure during the washing stage. As shown in FIG. 3, step S1 specifically includes:
    • step S11: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • step S12: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically; and
    • step S13: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • During the washing stage, steps S11 and S12 are first executed cyclically for multiple times to soak the clothing to be washed, and then steps S12 and S13 are executed cyclically for multiple times so that the washing liquid is adhered to the clothing to be washed.
  • Specifically, in the process of executing steps S11 and S12 for one time, the spray device is first controlled to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and then the inner cylinder 1 is controlled to rotate cyclically; this process is repeated for multiple times until a preset spraying volume of water and a preset number of times of spraying are met. Similarly, in the process of executing steps S12 and S13 for one time, the spray device is first controlled to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and then the inner cylinder 1 is controlled to rotate cyclically; this process is repeated for multiple times until a preset spraying volume of washing liquid and a preset number of times of spraying are met.
  • In the above steps, by alternately controlling the spraying and the rotation of inner cylinder 1, on one hand, the clothing to be washed can be dispersed when the inner cylinder 1 rotates, avoiding piling up of the clothing and allowing the sprayed water and/or washing liquid to be sprayed more evenly on the clothing to be washed, and on the other hand, a jogging water inflow mode can be used to ensure the accuracy of the water level of inflow water entering the gap chamber, ensuring precise control of drainage and avoiding contact between the inner cylinder 1 and the water in the gap chamber caused by untimely drainage.
  • Preferably, step S13 further includes:
    step S14: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, where the mixed solution of washing liquid and water has been pre-mixed before entering the spray device.
  • It should be noted that the above-mentioned washing liquid can be a separate detergent, such as a clothing washing liquid, or a diluted mixture of detergents with a certain concentration. The present disclosure does not impose limitations on this.
  • Specifically, in an example in which the above-mentioned washing liquid is a separate detergent, when executing step S13, the following way can be adopted by those skilled in the art: for example, water is first sprayed onto the clothing to be washed so that the clothing to be washed is in a fully soaked state, and then the washing liquid is sprayed onto the clothing to be washed so that the washing liquid is adhered to the clothing to be washed. When executing step S14, the following way can be adopted by those skilled in the art: for example, water is first sprayed onto the clothing to be washed so that the clothing to be washed is in a wet state, and then a mixed solution of washing liquid and water is sprayed onto the clothing to be washed so that the clothing to be washed is fully soaked and adhered with the washing liquid. In this way, the clothing to be washed is first put into a wet but not fully soaked state, and then is put into a fully soaked state under the action of a mixture of washing liquid and water, so that the washing liquid can be better and more evenly adhered to the clothing to be washed, ensuring the subsequent washing effect on the clothing, while also saving the amounts of washing liquid and water used.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S1 specifically includes:
    • step S110: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • step S120: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically; and
    • step S130: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • In step S1, steps S110 and S120 are first executed cyclically for multiple times, and then steps S120 and S130 are executed cyclically for multiple times.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S110 further includes:
  • controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S1 specifically includes executing the following steps alternately:
    • step S1100: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • step S1200: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically.
  • The control method is used for the washing stage of the drum washing machine.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S1 specifically includes:
    • first controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • then controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • controlling the inner cylinder to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder is fully soaked.
  • The step of "controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1" further includes:
    controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative embodiment, the control method is used for the washing stage of the drum washing machine, and step S1 specifically includes:
    • first controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • then controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 is fully soaked.
    • first controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder is fully soaked.
  • Next, reference is made to FIG. 4, which is a specific flowchart of steps in step S1 in the control method for isolated washing of a drum washing machine of the present disclosure during the rinsing stage. As shown in FIG. 4, during the rinsing stage of the drum washing machine, the step of "controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate" specifically includes:
    step S15: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically at the same time of spraying water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • During the rinsing stage of the drum washing machine, in an alternative embodiment, the step of "controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate" specifically includes:
    step S16: alternately spraying water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically.
  • Specifically, during the rinsing stage, after each time of rinsing is completed, the inner cylinder 1 rotates rapidly to dry the clothing by spinning, and then the next time of rinsing is performed; this process is repeated for multiple times until a set number of times of rinsing is completed or the clothing is detected to be rinsed clean; then the process is ended.
  • The drum washing machine of the present disclosure further includes a drying system for supplying hot air into the outer cylinder 2. The control method of the present disclosure further includes:
    controlling the drying system to supply hot air into the outer cylinder 2 at the same time of or after spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative embodiment, the drum washing machine of the present disclosure further includes a heating element arranged at an inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2, and the heating element is used to heat the washing water at the inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2 to generate water vapor. The control method of the present disclosure further includes:
    controlling the heating element to heat the washing water at the inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2 to generate water vapor at the same time of or after spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • In order to prevent the heating element from heating in a dry-out state, when the actual water level height in the gap chamber is lower than a dry-out water level height, water is replenished into the gap chamber.
  • The temperature at which the hot air or water vapor is supplied into the outer cylinder 2 as described above is not limited in the present disclosure, and can be set by those skilled in the art based on the optimal activity temperature that can be achieved by the washing liquid actually used in practical applications.
  • In the above steps, by supplying hot air or water vapor to fumigate the clothing, during the washing stage, the activity of enzymes contained in the washing liquid dispensed into the inner cylinder 1 can be activated, better integrating with the clothing and promoting stain removal and cleaning, while also reducing the amount of washing liquid used and the number of times of rinsing, making the clothing easier to be rinsed clean during the rinsing stage and improving washing cleanliness. Moreover, since the clothing is in a vapor-state environment, compared to the prior art in which the clothing is soaked in water, the clothing can be heated more evenly, with higher energy transfer efficiency. At the same time, the environment of the inner cylinder 1 and the clothing inside the inner cylinder 1 can also be sterilized and disinfected while washing.
  • In addition, since the supply of hot air or water vapor is carried out at the same time of or after spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, it can be ensured that the activity of enzymes contained in the washing liquid is gradually activated, avoiding the deactivation of activity due to overly high temperature during the spraying of washing liquid, which would affect the cleaning effect.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 1, in order to ensure the spraying effect of the spray device, it is necessary to detect the water pressure. Before the spray device is activated, the control method of the present disclosure further includes:
    • step S4: performing normal washing water inflow and obtaining an actual change amount ΔL of water level in the gap chamber; and
    • step S5: controlling the spray device to be activated normally when the actual change amount ΔL of water level exceeds a preset change amount ΔL' of water level.
  • Specifically, step S4 includes:
    • step S41: controlling the gap chamber to drain to an empty state and obtaining a first water level L1;
    • step S42: controlling the inflow of water into the gap chamber for a preset time t1 and obtaining a second water level L2; and
    • step S43: calculating the actual change amount ΔL of water level;
      where the formula of calculating the actual change amount ΔL of water level is:
      ΔL = L 2 L 1 / t 1 .
  • In the above steps, the present disclosure detects water pressure by using the change amount of water level, which has a higher accuracy.
  • With continued reference to FIG. 1, before the spray device is activated, the control method of the present disclosure further includes:
    • step S6: obtaining the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • step S7: determining the amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid based on the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed.
  • Exemplarily, in step S6, the weight of the clothing to be washed can be obtained by a weight sensor provided on the inner cylinder 1, and the material of the clothing to be washed can be obtained by using AI camera recognition technology, spectral analysis technology, etc. The present disclosure does not impose limitations on this.
  • In step S7, those skilled in the art will store the mapping relationship between different materials and weights of the clothing and the amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid in advance, and then match the corresponding amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid based on the actually obtained weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed. For example, the larger the weight of the clothing to be washed is, the larger the amounts of water and/or washing liquid required for spraying will be, and the longer the spraying duration will be. Under the same weight, clothing made of different materials has different corresponding amounts of water absorption. For example, cotton clothing requires larger amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid than chemical fiber clothing. Correspondingly, cotton clothing requires a longer spraying duration of water and/or washing liquid than chemical fiber clothing.
  • In the above steps, by controlling the amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid based on the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed, the cleaning effect on the clothing can be ensured and the goal of saving water can also be achieved.
  • Further, the number of times of washing and the number of times of rinsing can also be controlled based on the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed. In addition, users can also customize the number of times of washing and/or the number of times of rinsing according to their actual cleaning needs.
  • After rinsing is completed, users can choose whether to dry the clothing according to their needs.
  • Second solution: CN202310173417.7 , FIGS. 5 to 7, second to seventh embodiments.
  • Second embodiment
  • The present disclosure provides a control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus. In the present disclosure, the washing apparatus may be a drum washing machine or a pulsator washing machine. In the following, a drum washing machine will be used as an example for describing the control method of the present disclosure.
  • First, reference is made to FIGS. 1 and 5, which are schematic structural diagrams of the drum washing machine of the present disclosure. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, the drum washing machine of the present disclosure includes an inner cylinder 1, an outer cylinder 2, and a spray device (not shown in the figure). The inner cylinder 1 is rotatably arranged inside the outer cylinder 2, and the inner cylinder 1 is used to accommodate clothing to be washed. A gap chamber 4 is formed between the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2. A window gasket 3 is provided between an open end of a front structure of the outer cylinder 2 and a cabinet of the washing apparatus. The spray device is preferably installed on the window gasket 3 and arranged to be capable of spraying toward an interior of the inner cylinder 1. Specifically, the spray device can be configured in the form of a nozzle, which is connected to a water box and/or a washing liquid dispenser of the drum washing machine through a pipeline. A pump or another power device can be arranged on the pipeline to provide a spraying pressure. Of course, the spray device can also be installed in other positions than the window gasket 3, or configured in other forms than the nozzle, as long as it can spray toward the interior of the inner cylinder 1. The present disclosure does not limit the arrangement position and physical form of the spray device.
  • Then, reference is made to FIG. 6, which is a flowchart of main steps of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 6, the control method of the present disclosure includes:
    • step S1: during a washing stage, controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and controlling the inner cylinder to rotate;
    • step S2: during a rinsing stage, alternately spraying water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate; and
    • step S3: throughout the entire program, controlling the water in the gap chamber 4 to never come into contact with the inner cylinder 1.
  • In the washing stage, step S1 specifically includes the following steps:
    • step S11: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • step S12: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically; and
    • step S13: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Preferably, steps S11 and S12 are first executed cyclically for multiple times to soak the clothing to be washed, and then steps S12 and S13 are executed cyclically for multiple times so that the washing liquid is adhered to the clothing to be washed.
  • Of course, in the process of executing steps S11 and S12 for one time, it is also possible to control the spraying of water and the rotation of inner cylinder 1 to be carried out simultaneously, or to first control the inner cylinder 1 to rotate and then control the spray device to spray water. Similarly, in the process of executing steps S12 and S13 for one time, it is also possible to control the spraying of washing liquid and the rotation of inner cylinder 1 to be carried out simultaneously, or to first control the inner cylinder 1 to rotate and then control the spray device to spray washing liquid. The above adjustments do not deviate from the principles of the present disclosure, and therefore will also fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
  • In addition, the above-mentioned washing liquid can be an original washing liquid, or a mixture of the original washing liquid and water, and the present disclosure does not impose limitations on this. For example, water may be first sprayed onto the clothing to be washed so that the clothing to be washed is in a fully soaked state, and then a high concentration washing liquid is sprayed onto the clothing to be washed so that the washing liquid is adhered to the clothing to be washed. It is also possible to first spray water onto the clothing to be washed so that the clothing to be washed is in a wet state, and then spray a low concentration washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed so that the clothing to be washed is fully soaked and adhered with the washing liquid. In this way, the clothing to be washed is first put into a wet but not fully soaked state, and then is put into a fully soaked state under the action of the washing liquid, so that the washing liquid can be better and more evenly adhered to the clothing to be washed, ensuring the subsequent washing effect on the clothing, while also saving the amounts of washing liquid and water used.
  • Preferably, step S13 further includes:
    step S131: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • In step S2, by alternately controlling the spraying and the rotation of inner cylinder 1 for rinsing, on one hand, the clothing to be washed can be dispersed when the inner cylinder 1 rotates, avoiding piling up of the clothing and allowing the sprayed mixed solution to be sprayed more evenly on the clothing to be washed, and on the other hand, a jogging water inflow mode can be used to ensure the accuracy of the water level of inflow water entering the gap chamber 4, ensuring precise control of drainage and avoiding contact between the inner cylinder 1 and the water in the gap chamber 4 caused by untimely drainage.
  • After each time of rinsing is completed, the inner cylinder 1 rotates rapidly to dry the clothing by spinning, and then the next time of rinsing is performed; this process is repeated for multiple times until a set number of times of rinsing is completed or the clothing is detected to be rinsed clean; then the process is ended.
  • Step S3 specifically includes the following steps:
    • step S31: obtaining an actual water level height in the gap chamber 4 in real time throughout the entire program; and
    • step S32: controlling the gap chamber 4 to drain water when the actual water level height is higher than a preset water level height, so that the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1.
  • In this embodiment, a water level sensor (not shown in the figure) is arranged inside the gap chamber 4 to detect the actual water level height in the gap chamber 4. The preset water level height is a water level height at which the water never comes into contact with a cylinder edge of the inner cylinder 1.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S3 specifically includes the following step:
    step S33: maintaining the gap chamber 4 in a drainage state throughout the entire program, so that the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1. The drainage state of the gap chamber 4 can be maintained by constantly opening a drainage port communicated with the gap chamber 4 and using the principle of gravity drainage to drain water. It is also possible to use the principle of power drainage to drain water by constantly activating a drainage pump on a drainage pipeline communicated with the gap chamber 4.
  • Throughout the entire washing process, the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder 1 to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber 4, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber 4, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean. At the same time, the liquid in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1. When the inner cylinder 1 rotates, the water inside the gap chamber 4 will not enter the inner cylinder 1 again with the rotation of the inner cylinder 1, which can prevent bacteria inside the gap chamber 4 from being brought into the inner cylinder 1 and adhered to the clothing to be washed, and will not cause secondary contamination of the clothing. Moreover, since the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1, during rotation, the inner cylinder 1 does not need to overcome the resistance caused by contact with water; therefore, compared with existing washing apparatuses, power consumption is reduced. In addition, by using spraying to wash the clothing, liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.
  • It should be noted that the phrase "throughout the entire program" in step S3 means in the process of running the entire washing program, including not only the washing stage, but also the rinsing stage and spinning stage.
  • Third embodiment
  • The third embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that step S1 specifically includes the following steps in the washing stage:
    • step S110: controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • step S120: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically; and
    • step S130: controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Preferably, steps S110 and S120 are first executed cyclically for multiple times so that the washing liquid is adhered to the clothing to be washed, and then steps S120 and S130 are executed cyclically for multiple times to soak the clothing to be washed.
  • Specifically, in the process of executing steps S110 and S120 for one time, the spray device is first controlled to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and then the inner cylinder 1 is controlled to rotate cyclically; this process is repeated for multiple times until a preset spraying volume of washing liquid and a preset number of times of spraying are met. Similarly, in the process of executing steps S120 and S130 for one time, the spray device is first controlled to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and then the inner cylinder 1 is controlled to rotate cyclically; this process is repeated for multiple times until a preset spraying volume of water and a preset number of times of spraying are met.
  • Of course, in the process of executing steps S110 and S120 for one time, it is also possible to control the spraying of washing liquid and the rotation of inner cylinder 1 to be carried out simultaneously, or to first control the inner cylinder 1 to rotate and then control the spray device to spray washing liquid. Similarly, in the process of executing steps S120 and S130 for one time, it is also possible to control the spraying of water and the rotation of inner cylinder 1 to be carried out simultaneously, or to first control the inner cylinder 1 to rotate and then control the spray device to spray water. The above adjustments do not deviate from the principles of the present disclosure, and therefore will also fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
  • Preferably, step S110 further includes:
    step S1101: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Fourth embodiment
  • The fourth embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that step S1 specifically includes the following steps in the washing stage:
    • step S1100: controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • step S1200: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically.
  • Steps S1100 and S1200 are executed alternately, and this process is repeated for multiple times until a preset spraying volume and a preset number of times of spraying are met.
  • In the above steps, by alternately controlling the spraying and the rotation of inner cylinder 1 for washing, on one hand, the clothing to be washed can be dispersed when the inner cylinder 1 rotates, avoiding piling up of the clothing and allowing the sprayed mixed solution to be sprayed more evenly on the clothing to be washed, and on the other hand, a jogging water inflow mode can be used to ensure the accuracy of the water level of inflow water entering the gap chamber 4, ensuring precise control of drainage and avoiding contact between the inner cylinder 1 and the water in the gap chamber 4 caused by untimely drainage.
  • Fifth embodiment
  • The fifth embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that step S1 specifically includes the following steps in the washing stage:
    • first controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • then controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 is fully soaked.
  • Preferably, the "controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1" further includes:
    controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Sixth embodiment
  • The sixth embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that step S1 specifically includes the following steps in the washing stage:
    • first controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1;
    • then controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 is fully soaked.
  • Preferably, the "controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1" further includes:
    controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Seventh embodiment
  • The seventh embodiment differs from the second embodiment in that step S1 specifically includes the following steps in the washing stage:
    • first controlling the spray device to spray a mixed solution of washing liquid and water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 is fully soaked.
  • In practice, compared with the mixed solutions in the second, third, fifth and sixth embodiments, the concentration of the mixed solutions in the fourth and seventh embodiments is much lower, since water is no longer sprayed separately in the implementations of the fourth and seventh embodiments, and the water required for washing is completely mixed with the washing liquid. The specific value of concentration can be flexibly set by those skilled in the art as needed, and the present disclosure does not impose any limitations on this, as long as it can ensure the cleanliness degree of washing and the cleanliness degree of subsequent rinsing.
  • In the above fifth, sixth and seventh embodiments, by adopting the washing mode of spraying first and then rotating, it can be ensured that the clothing to be washed fully absorbs water and/or washing liquid, and then the clothing to be washed is dispersed by shaking, ensuring the washing effect. In practical operation, the above washing mode of spraying first and then rotating is suitable for situations where there is few clothing to be washed, avoiding uneven spraying onto the clothing to be washed due to excessive clothing to be washed, which would affect the washing effect.
  • Next, reference is made to FIG. 7, which is a possible complete flowchart of steps of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 7, one possible complete flowchart of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure is S11-S12-S13-S2-S3.
  • Third solution: CN202310048381.X , FIGS. 8 to 9, eighth embodiment.
  • The present disclosure provides a control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus. In the present disclosure, the washing apparatus may be a drum washing machine or a pulsator washing machine. In the following, a drum washing machine will be used as an example for describing the control method of the present disclosure. The structure of the drum washing machine can be understood by referring to the structure described in the second embodiment.
  • Reference is made to FIG. 8, which is a flowchart of main steps of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure. The control method is used for the entire washing process of the washing apparatus, which includes all the operation processes of washing, rinsing, and spinning. As shown in FIG. 8, the control method of the present disclosure includes:
    • step S1: controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate;
    • step S2: supplying hot air into the outer cylinder 2 at the same time of or before or after spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • step S3: controlling the water in the gap chamber 4 to never come into contact with the inner cylinder 1 throughout the entire washing process.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, throughout the entire washing process, the spray device directly sprays toward the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, so that the sprayed water and/or washing liquid first enters the inner cylinder 1 to contact the clothing to be washed, then enters the gap chamber 4, and finally is discharged through the gap chamber 4, so that the water and/or washing liquid sprayed onto the clothing to be washed is always clean and will not be reused. At the same time, the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1. In addition, by using spraying to wash the clothing, water and/or washing liquid can be sprayed more evenly on the clothing, ensuring the washing effect on the clothing, while also having a water saving effect.
  • In the washing stage, step S1 specifically includes the following step:
    alternately controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate, so that the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 is flushed with running water. That is, first, the spray device is controlled to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 1 is controlled to rotate cyclically, and this process is repeated for multiple times; then, the spray device is controlled to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and the inner cylinder 1 is controlled to rotate cyclically, and this process is repeated for multiple times.
  • It should be noted that although the above description is based on operating the inner cylinder 1 and the spray device alternately, this is not limiting. As needed, those skilled in the art can also control the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically while the spray device sprays water and/or washing liquid, or control the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically after the clothing to be washed is fully soaked. The above adjustments do not deviate from the principles of the present disclosure, and therefore will also fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
  • The "controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1" specifically includes the following steps: first controlling the spray device to spray water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 to soak the clothing to be washed, and then controlling the spray device to spray washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 so that the washing liquid is adhered to the clothing to be washed.
  • It should be noted that the above-mentioned washing liquid can be a separate detergent, such as a clothing washing liquid, or a diluted mixture of detergents with a certain concentration. The present disclosure does not impose limitations on this.
  • During the rinsing stage, step S1 specifically includes the following step:
    step S11: controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically at the same time of spraying water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative embodiment, during the rinsing stage, step S1 specifically includes the following step:
    step S12: alternately performing the following two operations: spraying water onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate cyclically.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, during the rinsing stage, after each time of rinsing is completed, the inner cylinder 1 rotates rapidly to dry the clothing by spinning, and then the next time of rinsing is performed; this process is repeated for multiple times until a set number of times of rinsing is completed or the clothing is detected to be rinsed clean; then the process is ended.
  • The washing apparatus further includes a drying system, which is a heat pump drying system and/or an electric heating and drying system. The heat pump drying system includes a fan, a compressor, an evaporator, and a condenser. When the air passes through the condenser, it is heated and delivered into the inner cylinder. The addition of the electric heating and drying system on the basis of the heat pump drying system can increase the temperature rising speed. The "supplying hot air into the outer cylinder 2" in step S2 specifically include the following step:
    step S21: controlling the drying system to supply hot air into the outer cylinder.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by supplying hot air to fumigate the clothing, during the washing stage, the activity of enzymes contained in the washing liquid dispensed into the inner cylinder 1 can be activated, better integrating with the clothing and promoting stain removal and cleaning, while also reducing the amount of washing liquid used and the number of times of rinsing, making the clothing easier to be rinsed clean during the rinsing stage and improving washing cleanliness.
  • Further, in order to ensure the heat transfer efficiency of hot air, improve energy utilization, quickly increase the temperature of the clothing during the washing process, and reduce the frequent operation of the drying system that would lead to reduced component life, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the drying system is first controlled to be activated so that it quickly heats to a set temperature range before stopping heating. The selection of this temperature range depends on the weight and material of the washed clothing. The heavier the weight of the washed clothing is, the better the water absorption corresponding to the material of the washed clothing will be, and the higher the set upper limit of temperature will be. Then, the clothing is heated using the residual heat inside the cylinder, and the temperature change inside the cylinder is monitored in real time. When the actual temperature is lower than a set temperature, the drying system is controlled to work again. When the actual temperature reaches or exceeds the set temperature, the drying system is controlled to stop working. In addition, for washing-drying integrated machines, if users have drying requirements, heating the clothing first before entering the drying program after spinning is completed can increase the surface temperature of the clothing and improve drying efficiency.
  • In addition, during the drying process, due to the presence of condensed water, it should be ensured that the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder.
  • Step S3 specifically includes the following steps:
    • step S31: obtaining an actual water level height in the gap chamber 4 in real time throughout the entire washing process; and
    • step S32: controlling the gap chamber 4 to drain water when the actual water level height is higher than a preset water level height, so that the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a water level sensor (not shown in the figure) is arranged inside the gap chamber 4 to detect the actual water level height in the gap chamber 4. The preset water level height is a water level height at which the water never comes into contact with a cylinder edge of the inner cylinder 1.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S3 specifically includes the following step:
    step S33: maintaining the gap chamber 4 in a drainage state throughout the entire washing process, so that the water in the gap chamber 4 never comes into contact with the inner cylinder 1.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the drainage state of the gap chamber 4 can be maintained by constantly opening a drainage port communicated with the gap chamber 4 and using the principle of gravity drainage to drain water. It is also possible to use the principle of power drainage to drain water by constantly activating a drainage pump on a drainage pipeline communicated with the gap chamber 4.
  • In order to ensure the spraying effect of the spray device, it is necessary to detect the water pressure. Before step S1, the control method of the present disclosure further includes:
    • step S4: performing normal washing water inflow and obtaining an actual change amount ΔL of water level in the gap chamber 4 before the spray device is activated; and
    • step S5: controlling the spray device to be activated normally when the actual change amount ΔL of water level exceeds a preset change amount ΔL' of water level.
  • Specifically, step S4 includes the following steps:
    • step S41: controlling the gap chamber 4 to drain to an empty state and obtaining a first water level L1;
    • step S42: controlling the inflow of water into the gap chamber 4 for a preset time t1 and obtaining a second water level L2; and
    • step S43: calculating the actual change amount ΔL of water level;
    where the formula of calculating the actual change amount ΔL of water level is:
    ΔL = L 2 L 1 / t 1 .
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, water pressure is detected by using the change amount of water level, which has a higher accuracy.
  • Before step S1, the control method of the present disclosure further includes:
    • step S6: obtaining the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 before the spray device is activated; and
    • step S7: controlling the amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid based on the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by controlling the amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid based on the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed, the cleaning effect on the clothing can be ensured and the goal of saving water can also be achieved.
  • Next, reference is made to FIG. 9, which is a possible complete flowchart of steps of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 9, one possible complete flowchart of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure is S4-S5-56-S7-S1-S2-S31-S32. Steps S1-S2-S31-S32 involve all the operational processes of washing, rinsing and spinning of the washing apparatus.
  • Based on the above method embodiments, the present disclosure also provides a washing apparatus, which includes a controller configured to be capable of performing the control method for isolated washing as described above.
  • Fourth solution: CN202310338633.2 , FIGS. 10 to 12, ninth embodiment.
  • Then, reference is made to FIG. 11, which is a flowchart of main steps of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 11, the control method of the present disclosure includes:
    • step S1: controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1, and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate;
    • step S2: supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder when the spray device stops spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder and the gap chamber stops draining; and
    • step S3: controlling the water in the gap chamber 4 to never come into contact with the inner cylinder 1 throughout the entire program.
  • It should be noted that the phrase "throughout the entire program" in step S3 means in the process of running the entire washing program, including not only the washing stage, but also the rinsing stage and spinning stage.
  • It should be noted that the above-mentioned washing liquid can be an original washing liquid, or a mixture of the original washing liquid and water, and the present disclosure does not impose limitations on this.
  • As shown in FIG. 10, the washing apparatus also includes a heating element 5 arranged at an inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2. The inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a groove 21, and the heating element 5 is an electric heating tube arranged in the groove 21. Specifically, the "supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder 2" in step S2 is to control the heating element 5 to heat the washing water at the inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2 to generate water vapor.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by supplying water vapor to fumigate the clothing, during the washing stage, the activity of enzymes contained in the washing liquid dispensed into the inner cylinder 1 can be activated, better integrating with the clothing and promoting stain removal and cleaning, while also reducing the amount of washing liquid used and the number of times of rinsing, making the clothing easier to be rinsed clean during the rinsing stage and improving washing cleanliness.
  • Further, step S2 specifically includes the following steps:
    • S21: first controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate after the spray device is controlled to stop spraying water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1; and
    • S22: supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder 2 when the gap chamber 4 is in a state of stopping draining.
  • Alternatively, in an alternative implementation, step S22 specifically includes the following step:
    S23: if the gap chamber 4 is in a drainage state, supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder 2 at the same time or after the gap chamber 4 stops draining.
  • In the above steps, at least during water inflow or drainage of the washing apparatus, the heating element 5 does not work, which means that water vapor is not supplied into the outer cylinder 2 at this time. This is because the washing water level in the gap chamber 4 is unstable during water inflow or drainage of the washing apparatus. If heating is carried out at this time, the washing water that has been freshly heated will be discharged during drainage or the heating temperature will not be sufficient to continue heating during water inflow to generate water vapor. This will cause energy waste and cannot maximize the utilization of energy. Therefore, in order to improve energy utilization, the heating element 5 only works when the washing apparatus of the present disclosure stops water inflow and drainage, that is, the heating element 5 supplies water vapor into the outer cylinder 2.
  • When supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder 2, water droplets may still fall into the gap chamber 4 during the washing and beating process of wet clothing, causing the water level in the gap chamber 4 to rise. In order to ensure that the water inside the gap chamber 4 does not come into contact with the inner cylinder, drainage is required to maintain the water level height. Then, the water level in the gap chamber 4 will be in an unstable state. Therefore, in order to ensure that water vapor is supplied in a case of maintaining the stability of the water level in the gap chamber 4, in a preferred implementation, the clothing is beaten for a period of time after water inflow of the washing apparatus is completed, and then water vapor is supplied after the water level is in a stable state. Specifically, in step S22, after the inner cylinder 1 rotates for a period of time and beats the clothing to be washed, if there is no change in the water level in the gap chamber 4 or if there is a change in the water level but there is no need to control the gap chamber 4 to drain, water vapor supply is directly carried out. In step S23, after the inner cylinder 1 rotates for a period of time and beats the clothing to be washed, if the water level in the gap chamber 4 changes and drainage is required, water vapor supply is carried out at the same time or after drainage is completed.
  • Further, when supplying water vapor, in order to ensure the heat transfer efficiency of water vapor, quickly increase the temperature of the clothing during the washing process, and reduce the frequent heating of the heating element 5 that would lead to reduced component life, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the heating element 5 is first controlled to be activated so that it quickly heats to a temperature range for rapid evaporation of water vapor before stopping heating. The temperature range for rapid evaporation is, for example, 70°C~90°C, and the selection of this temperature range depends on the weight of the washed clothing. The heavier the weight of the washed clothing is, the higher the set upper limit of temperature for rapid evaporation will be. Then, the clothing is heated using the residual heat inside the cylinder, and the temperature change inside the cylinder is monitored in real time. When the actual temperature is lower than a set temperature, the heating element 5 is controlled to work again. When the actual temperature reaches or exceeds the set temperature, the heating element 5 is controlled to stop heating. In addition, for washing-drying integrated machines, if users have drying requirements, heating the clothing using water vapor first before entering the drying program after spinning is completed can increase the surface temperature of the clothing and improve drying efficiency.
  • Preferably, in step S32, the step of "controlling the gap chamber 4 to drain water" further includes:
    • step S321: controlling the gap chamber 4 to drain water intermittently.
    • Step S321 specifically includes alternately executing the following steps:
    • step S3211: controlling the gap chamber 4 to drain water for a first preset time; and
    • step S3212: controlling the gap chamber 4 to stop draining for a second preset time.
  • In the above steps, when the water level in the gap chamber rises, intermittent drainage is performed on the gap chamber 4 to form a jogging drainage mode, avoiding the emptying of the washing water in the gap chamber 4 and preventing a siphon phenomenon. For example, the first preset time is 1.5 seconds, and the second preset time is 3 seconds.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the principle of power drainage is used to drain water by intermittently activating a drainage pump on a drainage pipeline communicated with the gap chamber 4.
  • In the embodiment of the present disclosure, by controlling the amounts of sprayed water and/or washing liquid based on the weight and/or material of the clothing to be washed, the cleaning effect on the clothing can be ensured while also achieving the goal of saving water.
  • Next, reference is made to FIG. 12, which is a possible complete flowchart of steps of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 12, one possible complete flowchart of the control method for isolated washing of a washing apparatus of the present disclosure is:
    • S101: controlling the spray device to spray water and/or washing liquid onto the clothing to be washed inside the inner cylinder 1 and controlling the inner cylinder 1 to rotate;

    • if yes, executing step 103;
    • if not, executing step 108;
    • S103: supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder 2;
    • S104: obtaining the actual water level height in the gap chamber 4 in real time;
    • S105: judging whether the actual water level height is higher than the preset water level height;
    • if yes, executing step 106;
    • if not, executing step 104;
    • S106: controlling the gap chamber to drain water for the first preset time;
    • S107: controlling the gap chamber to stop draining for the second preset time; and
    • S108: not supplying water vapor into the outer cylinder 2.
  • Hitherto, the technical solutions of the present disclosure have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of protection of the present disclosure is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Without departing from the principles of the present disclosure, those skilled in the art can make equivalent changes or replacements to relevant technical features, and all the technical solutions after these changes or replacements will fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
