Claims (13)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Waschmittelzusammensetzung, wobei eine Hydrokolloidlösung, umfassend:
    a. 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% Hydrokolloid;
    b. 0,5 bis 50 Gew.-% Wirkstoff, ausgewählt unter Parfüm, Parfüm-Mikrokapseln, filmbildenden Polymeren, Fluoreszenzmitteln, Farbstoffübertragungsinhibitoren, natürlichen Ölen, Weichspülwirkstoffen, Enzymen, Schattierungsfarbstoffen und Kombinationen davon; und
    c. 50 bis 99 Gew.-% Wasser;
    in eine Härtungslösung mit einem 0,01 bis 10 molaren Salzgehalt getropft wird und die Härtungslösung eine Temperatur von 15°C bis 30°C aufweist, wobei die Partikel 5 Sekunden bis zu 1 Stunde in der Härtungslösung verbleiben;
    die verfestigten Kügelchen dann aus der Härtungslösung entfernt und trocknen gelassen werden;
    und wobei die resultierenden Partikel eine maximale lineare Abmessung in jeder Richtung von 2 bis 50 mm aufweisen.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Wirkstoff in der Hydrokolloidlösung dispergiert ist.
  3. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei der Wirkstoff von der Hydrokolloidlösung eingekapselt ist.
  4. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Zusammensetzung 0,00001 bis 3 Gew.-% Salz umfasst.
  5. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Hydrokolloidlösung durch Dispergieren des Hydrokolloids in Wasser hergestellt wird und wobei das Wasser oder das Wasser und das Hydrokolloid auf 40°C bis 100°C erhitzt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Salz einwertige Salze umfasst.
  7. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Hydrokolloid Polymere umfasst, die ausgewählt sind unter: Agar, Carrageen, Tragant, Gummi arabicum, Alginaten, Pektinen, Polyosen, Guarkernmehl, Alginat, Johannisbrotkernmehl, Stärke, Dextrinen, Gelatine und/oder Kasein, Xanthangummi, Carboxymethylcellulose und anderen Celluloseethern, Hydroxyethyl- und Hydroxypropylcellulose und Kombinationen davon.
  8. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Hydrokolloid Carrageen umfasst.
  9. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Salz ein Salz umfasst, das unter Natriumchlorid und/oder Kaliumchlorid ausgewählt ist.
  10. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die resultierenden Partikel eine maximale lineare Abmessung in jeder Richtung von 2 bis 40 mm aufweisen.
  11. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die resultierenden Partikel eine maximale lineare Abmessung in jeder Richtung von 3 bis 30 mm aufweisen.
  12. Verfahren nach einem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die resultierenden Partikel eine maximale lineare Abmessung in jeder Richtung von 4 bis 20 mm aufweisen.
  13. Verwendung des beschriebenen Verfahrens zur Herstellung einer Waschmittelzusammensetzung.
