Claims (15)

  1. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel, aufweisend
    ein aerosolbildendes Substrat in einem aerosolbildenden Substratabschnitt (16); und
    eine Substratumhüllung (24), die den aerosolbildenden Substratabschnitt (16) wenigstens teilweise umhüllt,
    wobei die Substratumhüllung (24) eine Dicke von 50 Mikrometer oder mehr aufweist,
    wobei sich die Substratumhüllung (24) in Längsrichtung des aerosolerzeugenden Artikels nicht über die Enden des aerosolbildenden Substratabschnitts (16) hinaus erstreckt,
    wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat einen Aerosolbildnergehalt von wenigstens 35 Gewichtsprozent aufweist und wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat ein oder mehrere filmbildende Mittel auf Cellulosebasis umfasst, ausgewählt aus Carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), Ethylcellulose (EC), Hydroxyethylcellulose (HEC), Hydroxyethylmethylcellulose (HEMC), Hydroxypropylcellulose (HPC), Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) und Methylcellulose (MC) mit einem Gesamtgehalt an filmbildenden Mitteln auf Cellulosebasis von größer oder gleich 15 Gewichtsprozent umfasst.
  2. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Substratumhüllung (24) eine Dicke von 60 Mikrometer oder mehr, bevorzugt 100 Mikrometer oder mehr, noch bevorzugter 120 Mikrometer oder mehr, noch bevorzugter 140 Mikrometer oder mehr aufweist.
  3. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Substratumhüllung (24) eine Dicke zwischen 140 und 155 Mikrometer aufweist.
  4. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Verhältnis der Dicke der Substratumhüllung zu dem Durchmesser des aerosolbildenden Substratabschnitts in einem Bereich von etwa 1 : 120 bis etwa 1 : 20 oder etwa 1 : 100 bis etwa 1 : 30 oder etwa 1 : 80 bis etwa 1 : 35 oder etwa 1 : 60 bis etwa 1 : 40 liegt.
  5. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Gesamtgehalt an Aerosolbildnern des aerosolbildenden Substrats wenigstens 40 Gewichtsprozent, bevorzugt wenigstens 45 Gewichtsprozent, noch bevorzugter wenigstens 50 Gewichtsprozent, noch bevorzugter wenigstens 55 Gewichtsprozent beträgt.
  6. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat Nikotin, ein oder mehrere Mittel auf Cellulosebasis, einen oder mehrere Aerosolbildner und eine oder mehrere Carbonsäuren umfasst.
  7. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach Anspruch 6, wobei die eine oder mehreren Carbonsäuren aus Fumarsäure, Maleinsäure und Apfelsäure ausgewählt sind, bevorzugt wobei die eine oder mehreren Carbonsäuren aus Fumarsäure und Maleinsäure ausgewählt sind, noch bevorzugt wobei die eine oder mehreren Carbonsäuren Fumarsäure sind.
  8. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat eine oder mehrere Carbonsäuren umfasst, die ausgewählt sind aus Essigsäure, Benzoesäure, Milchsäure und Levulinsäure.
  9. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat einen Gesamtgehalt an Mitteln auf Cellulosebasis zwischen 35 Gewichtsprozent und 50 Gewichtsprozent aufweist.
  10. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat ein oder mehrere filmbildende Mittel auf Cellulosebasis umfasst, die ausgewählt sind aus Carboxymethylcellulose und Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.
  11. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat ein oder mehrere cellulosebasierte Verstärkungsmittel umfasst, die ausgewählt sind aus Cellulosefasern, mikrokristalliner Cellulose und Cellulosepulver, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat bevorzugt einen Gehalt an cellulosebasierten Verstärkungsmitteln zwischen 5 Gewichtsprozent und 30 Gewichtsprozent, bezogen auf das Trockengewicht, aufweist.
  12. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat ein fester aerosolbildender Film ist, bevorzugt, wobei der feste aerosolbildende Film bei Erwärmung auf eine Temperatur zwischen 180 Grad Celsius und 350 Grad Celsius fest bleibt.
  13. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat in Form eines Gels vorgesehen ist.
  14. Aerosolerzeugender Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das aerosolbildende Substrat tabakfrei ist.
  15. Aerosolerzeugungssystem, umfassend den aerosolerzeugenden Artikel nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und eine Aerosolerzeugungsvorrichtung, umfassend eine Heizkammer, die für ein wenigstens teilweises Einführen des aerosolerzeugenden Artikels in die Heizkammer ausgelegt ist.
