Description

A barrier well
Technical Field
The invention relates to a barrier well, specifically to an anti-flood barrier well for storing technological means and devices, especially electrical and electronic technological means and devices.
State of the Art
Currently, electrical and electronic technological means of outdoor equipment, which include, for example, components of railway security equipment, are located within the interior of relay rooms, which are part of railway infrastructure buildings. These electronic devices serve to control transport routes. The disadvantage of this solution is the high investment costs associated with their implementation.
Furthermore, the positioning of electrical and electronic technological devices in outdoor above-ground switchboards, which are located beside railway tracks, is known. Their disadvantages are that they take up space, can easily be damaged and are also exposed to the constant influence of the outdoor environment. All this significantly shortens their working life, while highly sensitive electronic devices cannot even be placed in these above-ground switchboards.
From the point of view of protection against damage and the effects of the surrounding environment, it is advantageous to use small structures located, for example, beside railway tracks. Their disadvantage is again that they take up space. The disadvantage is also that they are again an expensive investment.
From the patent document CS216420, a watertight assembled shaft is known, in which plates are arranged on a base plate and gaskets are placed between them. The disadvantage of this shaft is that it does not protect the technology located inside against flooding.
From another patent document EP2388877, a subsurface shaft for energy and/or telecommunications distribution is known with a cover which is hingedly fixed on the frame of the shaft on one side, while an airtight cover is arranged under the cover which can be tilted from a horizontal position in the shaft to a raised position, in which it protrudes out of the shaft. The cover, in a horizontal position, overlaps the power distribution and/or telecommunications elements from above, while it is fixed to the hatch so that it is hinged together with the hatch. The cover is immovably fixed on the cover, the cover having an access opening which is laterally offset relative to the cover. From the outside of the shaft, a hose leads out from the inside of the shaft to pump water out of the shaft. The disadvantage is a very complex construction, which, moreover, does not protect the technologies mounted within against flooding.
Patent document US3466308A describes an underground enclosure for the protection of cable equipment especially telephone cables. A watertight bell vessel is mounted in the sunken well to protect the device against unauthorised entry, foreign bodies and especially water. The square vertical shaft, open from above, is provided with a lid, while on the opposite sides of the shaft, vertical guide rails are formed for the vertical movement of the bell vessel. The disadvantage of this design solution is that there is no water and moisture drainage at all, which means a significant reduction in the lifetime of the telephone cables mounted within this enclosure, and which also excludes the use of this design for storing electrical and electronic components.
The main disadvantage of current technology is that there is no technical solution for the simple and inexpensive storage of electrical and electronic technological devices within a stable and safe environment that does not take up outdoor space.
The goal of the invention is the construction of a device for the placement of electrical and electronic technological means of outdoor devices, which will be low on investment, while enabling the extension of the lifetime of the technology located in outdoor spaces, so that the technology can be as close as possible to the controlled periphery, with the proposed solution not disturbing the external visual impact of the environment.
The stated shortcomings are largely eliminated and the goals of the invention are fulfilled by a barrier well, specifically by an anti-flood barrier well for storing technological means and devices, especially electrical and electronic technological means and devices, characterised by that, according to the invention, it contains a housing in which the load-bearing a structure on which a bell is pushed onto from above, which is a container closed from above and open from below, while a device for removing moisture and/or water is mounted within the housing. The advantage of this design is that it allows simple placement in the ground with a stable environment suitable for both electrical and information technology, while at the same time providing protection against flooding. A great advantage is that the space for storing electrical and electronic technological devices has a stable temperature and humidity. Another advantage is that moisture and water can be continuously removed, allowing for longterm trouble-free storage of sensitive electrical and electronic components. There is also actively controlled air circulation, which allows moisture to dissipate better and increases the temperature stability of the entire space.
It is to advantage if the housing is an open container from above.
Furthermore, it is also to advantage if the housing has a sloped bottom. The advantage is that the condensate is simply led to one place, from which it can be easily pumped out.
It is to great advantage if the supporting structure is stored within the housing in a retractable manner. The advantage is simple and precise manipulation.
In an advantageous design, the supporting structure in the housing is mounted extend-ably on at least one bearing guide. This simplifies the handling of the supporting structure, which is housed in the bell.
Furthermore, it Is to advantage if the supporting structure is mounted within the housing in a retractable manner on at least one retractable rod, while at least one of the other retractable rods is preferably rotatably mounted by threading within the supporting structure. It is also advantageous if some extension rods are only sliding, which allows the improvement of the overall stability of the extension.
The bell may be of any suitable shape, with a cylindrical shape being most preferred.
It is also to advantage if the bell contains a shaped recess for routing cable bundles. The shaped recess can be circular or straight, or it can have another suitable shape, so that the cable bundles have space between the bell and the housing of the well for their routing and storage.
The housing is most preferably buried in the ground. The advantage is a stable temperature inside the housing.
Furthermore, it is to advantage if the open end of the housing is provided with a cover, which is advantageously designed to be closable. It is aiso to advantage if the housing contains an opening for the entry of the cabling, which can alternatively also open directly into the cable head with clamps for connecting the cables.
It is to advantage when the opening for the entry of the cabling is arranged in the side wall of the housing. Alternatively, the opening for the entry of the cabling can also be levelled out in such a way that the precipitated moisture flows towards the well housing.
To advantage, the supporting structure is connected to a drive mechanism.
The main advantage of the barrier well design, according to the invention, is that it occupies a minimum of external space, while thanks to the most common location in the ground, it can take advantage of the temperature stability of the surrounding soil and thus ensure the stability of the internal temperature with resistance to rapid temperature changes. Therefore, it can be placed, for example, within the track system. A great advantage of this construction is its resistance to flooding, even during floods, and water condensation. The barrier well, according to the invention, can be advantageously used to place power supply and data communication in the immediate vicinity of the peripheral, while providing optimal conditions for the batteries.
Overview of the Figures
The invention will be explained in closer detail with the help of the drawing, in which fig. 1 schematically shows a barrier well with a side opening for the entry of cables, fig. 2 schematically shows a barrier well with an opening for the entry of cables connected to a cable head, fig. 3 shows a side view of the bell , fig. 4 shows a top view of the bell, which has a straight-shaped recess for routing cable bundles, fig. 5 shows a top view of the bell, which has a circular-shaped recess for routing cable bundles, and fig. 6 schematically shows a barrier well connected to the securing device at the moment when the bell with the supporting structure is extended for service intervention.
