Titre : Elément de garnissage intérieur de véhicule automobile
L’invention concerne un élément de garnissage intérieur de véhicule automobile.
Il est connu de réaliser un élément de garnissage intérieur de véhicule automobile - tel qu’un tapis ou un panneau de garniture de porte -, ledit élément comprenant un complexe multicouche, ledit complexe comprenant :
• une couche de revêtement supérieure à base de matériau thermoplastique,
• une couche de support inférieure associée à ladite couche de revêtement, ladite couche de support présentant une masse surfacique minimale de 400g/m2 et étant au choix à base : o de matériau fibreux poreux, o ou de matériau plastique flexible étanche pourvu d’une charge minérale représentant au moins 50% en masse de ladite couche de support.
Usuellement, une couche de support à base de matériau plastique étanche, tel qu’évoquée ci-dessus, est disposée sur une couche de ressort élastiquement compressible de sorte que l’élément apporte une isolation acoustique basée sur un principe de « masse/ressort ».
Un certain nombre d’exigences doivent être prises en compte pour réaliser un élément de garnissage tel que décrit ci-dessus.
En particulier, la couche de revêtement doit présenter :
• une masse minimisée, ladite couche étant souvent à base de matériau coûteux,
• une brillance minimisée, afin de lui conférer un aspect avantageux, • une polarité importante (tension de surface élevée), de manière à adhérer fortement à la couche de support,
• éventuellement une aptitude à l’extrusion, en vue de son dépôt par extrusion suivie d’un calandrage sur la couche de support,
• éventuellement la possibilité d’être à base de matériau issu de recyclage, afin de minimiser le coût et l’impact environnemental.
L’invention a pour but de proposer un élément de garnissage prenant en compte ces diverses contraintes.
A cet effet, et selon un premier aspect, l’invention propose un élément de garnissage intérieur de véhicule automobile, ledit élément comprenant un complexe multicouche, ledit complexe comprenant :
• une couche de revêtement supérieure à base de matériau thermoplastique,
• une couche de support inférieure associée à ladite couche de revêtement, ladite couche de support présentant une masse surfacique minimale de 400g/m2 et étant au choix à base : o de matériau fibreux poreux, o ou de matériau plastique flexible étanche pourvu d’une charge minérale représentant au moins 50% en masse de ladite couche de support, ladite couche de revêtement :
• comprenant au moins 85% en masse de thermoplastique vulcanisé (TPV),
• présentant une masse surfacique inférieure à 600 g/m2.
Dans cette description, les termes de positionnement dans l’espace (supérieur, inférieur, dessous, ...) sont pris en référence à l’élément de garnissage mis en place dans le véhicule. On rappelle ici que les thermoplastiques vulcanisés (TPV) sont des matériaux oléfiniques biphasiques (alliages) comportant :
• une phase rigide en polypropylène (homopolymère et/ou copolymère),
• et une phase souple réticulée en éthylène propylène diène monomère (EPDM).
Avec l’agencement proposé, la présence de TPV dans la couche de revêtement permet :
• de minimiser sa masse, ceci en raison de la très grande résistance à l’abrasion du TPV qui autorise la réalisation de ladite couche en très fine épaisseur,
• de minimiser sa brillance, le TPV étant de nature mate,
• de maximiser sa polarité, le TPV étant un matériau fortement polaire,
• de lui conférer une bonne aptitude à l’extrusion, notamment en fine épaisseur, le TPV présentant lui-même une bonne aptitude à être extrudé,
• l’utilisation de matériaux issus de recyclage, le TPV pouvant lui-même être issu d’une telle filière.
D’autres particularités et avantages de l’invention apparaîtront dans la description qui suit, faite en référence aux figures jointes, dans lesquelles : [Fig.1] est une vue schématique en coupe partielle d’un élément selon une réalisation,
[Fig .2] est une vue schématique en coupe d’une fibre de liaison bi-composant.
En référence aux figures, on décrit un élément 1 de garnissage intérieur de véhicule automobile - tel qu’un tapis ou un panneau de garniture de porte -, ledit élément comprenant un complexe 2 multicouche, ledit complexe comprenant :
• une couche de revêtement 3 supérieure à base de matériau thermoplastique,
• une couche de support 4 inférieure associée à ladite couche de revêtement, ladite couche de support présentant une masse surfacique minimale de 400g/m2 et étant au choix à base : o de matériau fibreux poreux - par exemple à base de feutre aiguilleté -, o ou de matériau plastique flexible - par exemple un élastomère (par exemple d’éthylène propylène diène monomère,...), un plastomère, de l’éthylène-acétate de vinyle mélangé à du polyéthylène, ... - étanche pourvu d’une charge minérale représentant au moins 50% - notamment au moins 75 % - en masse de ladite couche de support, ladite couche de revêtement :
• comprenant au moins 85% en masse de thermoplastique vulcanisé (TPV),
• présentant une masse surfacique inférieure à 600 g/m2.
Selon une réalisation, la couche de revêtement 3 comprend en outre moins de 15% en masse de charge dispersée (par exemple du carbonate de calcium), de manière à baisser son coût tout en conservant une bonne résistance de ladite couche à l’abrasion.
Selon une réalisation, la couche de revêtement 3 :
• présente une masse surfacique comprise entre 300 et 400 g/m2, de manière à minimiser l’utilisation de thermoplastique vulcanisé (TPV),
• provient d’une extrusion suivie d’un calandrage sur la couche de support 4.
La minimisation de l’utilisation de TPV est notamment motivée par des considérations de nature économique, le TPV étant un produit onéreux.
En vue de minimiser encore l’impact économique de l’utilisation d’un tel produit et de favoriser une démarche environnementale, on peut avantageusement utiliser du TPV issu de recyclage.
Il est à noter que le TPV présente une bonne adhésion à chaud, sa tension de surface à température ambiante étant déjà supérieure à 45 dyn selon la norme ISO 8296:2003. Il en résulte que le TPV présente une très bonne aptitude à être laminé sur une couche de support 4 à laquelle il adhère fortement.
En outre, la très bonne résistance à l’abrasion du TPV permet de prévoir le dépôt en couche très fine de la couche de revêtement 3 sur la couche de support 4, ladite couche de support permettant un maintien de la forme de ladite couche de revêtement malgré sa finesse.
Selon diverses réalisations, la couche de revêtement 3 peut être grainée sur sa face d’aspect, soit avant soit après son association à la couche de support 4.
Selon la réalisation représentée en figure 1 , la couche de support 4 est à base de matériau plastique flexible étanche pourvu d’une charge minérale représentant au moins 50% en masse de ladite couche, l’élément 1 comprenant en outre une couche de ressort 5 élastiquement compressible disposée en- dessous de ladite couche de support, de sorte que ledit élément forme un système d’isolation acoustique de type « masse/ressort », la couche de masse dudit système étant formée par le complexe 2.
La couche de ressort 5 est notamment à base :
• de mousse élastiquement compressible, notamment de polyuréthanne, présentant notamment une masse volumique comprise entre 50 et 100 g/m3,
• ou de matériau fibreux poreux, par exemple sous forme de feutre aiguilleté,
• ou d’un mélange de flocons de mousse (par exemple de polyuréthanne) élastiquement compressible liés entre eux par des fibres de liaison bi- composant 6, lesdites fibres de liaison comprenant une âme 7 à haut point de fusion (par exemple en polyester) et une gaine 8 à point de fusion moindre (par exemple en polyester modifié), la fusion de ladite gaine assurant la liaison desdits flocons entre eux.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Elément (1 ) de garnissage intérieur de véhicule automobile, ledit élément comprenant un complexe (2) multicouche, ledit complexe comprenant :
• une couche de revêtement (3) supérieure à base de matériau thermoplastique,
• une couche de support (4) inférieure associée à ladite couche de revêtement, ladite couche de support présentant une masse surfacique minimale de 400g/m2 et étant au choix à base : o de matériau fibreux poreux, o ou de matériau plastique flexible étanche pourvu d’une charge minérale représentant au moins 50% en masse de ladite couche de support, ledit élément étant caractérisé en ce que ladite couche de revêtement :
• comprend au moins 85% en masse de thermoplastique vulcanisé (TPV),
• présente une masse surfacique inférieure à 600 g/m2.
2. Elément selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que la couche de revêtement (3) comprend en outre moins de 15% en masse de charge dispersée, de manière à conserver une bonne résistance à l’abrasion.
3. Elément selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche de revêtement (3) :
• présente une masse surfacique comprise entre 300 et 400 g/m2, de manière à minimiser l’utilisation de thermoplastique vulcanisé (TPV),
• provient d’une extrusion suivie d’un calandrage sur la couche de support (4).
4. Elément selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, quand la couche de support (4) est à base de matériau plastique flexible étanche pourvu d’une charge minérale représentant au moins 50% en masse de ladite couche, ledit élément comprend en outre une couche de ressort (5) élastiquement compressible disposée en-dessous de ladite couche de support, de sorte que ledit élément forme un système d’isolation acoustique de type « masse/ressort », la couche de masse dudit système étant formée par le complexe (2).
5. Elément selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la couche de ressort (5) est à base :
• de mousse élastiquement compressible, • ou de matériau fibreux poreux,
• ou d’un mélange de flocons de mousse élastiquement compressible liés entre eux par des fibres de liaison bi-composant (6), lesdites fibres de liaison comprenant une âme (7) à haut point de fusion et une gaine (8) à point de fusion moindre, la fusion de ladite gaine assurant la liaison desdits flocons entre eux.
