Claims (10)
- Vliesstoff, bestehend aus Viskosefasern, umfassend- 40-60 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,6-1,8 dtex und eine Länge von 38-42 mm aufweisen; und- 40-60 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 0,9-1,4 dtex und eine Länge von 38-42 mm aufweisen.
- Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 1, umfassend- 45-55 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,6-1,8 dtex und eine Länge von 38-42 mm aufweisen; und- 44-55 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,2-1,4 dtex und eine Länge von 38-42 mm aufweisen.
- Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bestehend aus 50 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,6-1,8 dtex aufweisen, und 50 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,2-1,4 dtex aufweisen.
- Vliesstoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, bestehend aus 50 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,7 dtex aufweisen, und 50 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,3 dtex aufweisen.
- Vliesstoff nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, der weiter bis zu 20 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern umfasst, die lineare Dichte, die sich von 0,9-1,4 und 1,6-1,8 dtex unterscheidet, und/oder eine Länge aufweisen, die sich von 38-42 mm unterscheidet.
- Vliesstoff nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, der einen Trocken-Weichheitswert von 0,4-0,7 N/10 cm und einen Nass-Weichheitswert von 0,3-0,5 N/10 cm aufweist, wobei die Weichheitswerte wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben gemessen werden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Vliesstoffs, der aus Viskosefasern besteht, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte umfasst zum- Bereitstellen eines Gemisches aus Viskosefasern, wobei das Gemisch umfasst:- 40-60 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 1,6-1,8 dtex und eine Länge von 38-42 mm aufweisen; und- 40-60 Gew.-% an Viskosefasern, die eine lineare Dichte von 0,9-1,4 dtex und eine Länge von 38-42 mm aufweisen;- Kardieren der Fasern und Bilden eines Fasernetzes auf einer Drahtstütze,- Wasserstrahlverfestigen der gebildeten Bahn unter Verwendung von mindestens einer ersten und einer zweiten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit, wobei eine Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie in der ersten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit geringer ist als die Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie in der zweiten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit,- Entwässern der wasserstrahlverfestigten Bahn, und- Trocknen der entwässerten Bahn bei einer Temperatur von 120-150 °C.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie an der ersten Einheit 30-40 % der gesamten Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie beträgt und die Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie an der zweiten Einheit 60-70 % der gesamten Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie beträgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, das weiter die Verwendung einer dritten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit umfasst, wobei die kumulative Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie in der dritten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit höher ist als die kumulative Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie in der ersten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit und niedriger als die kumulative Wasserstrahlverfestigungsenergie in der zweiten Wasserstrahlverfestigungseinheit.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7-9, das weiter Vorbefeuchten der Fasern nach dem Kardieren und vor dem Wasserstrahlverfestigen umfasst.
