Claims (9)
- Verkleidungsanordnung (14) zur Befestigung an einer Karosseriestruktur (12), die einen Teil einer Innendecke (24) eines Fahrzeugs (10), insbesondere eines Schienenfahrzeugs, bildet, wobei die Verkleidungsanordnung (14) eine obere Platte (34) und eine untere Platte (36) in einer vertikalen Richtung (V) des Fahrzeugs (10) umfasst, wobei die obere Platte (34) und die untere Platte (36) Profile sind, die sich in einer Längsrichtung (L) senkrecht zur vertikalen Richtung (V) erstrecken, wobei die untere Platte (36) und die obere Platte (34) im Schnitt in einer zur Längsrichtung (L) senkrechten Ebene (P) jeweils ein unteres Profil (42) und ein oberes Profil (41) bilden, wobei:- das untere Profil (42) ein erstes Ende (46) und ein zweites Ende (48) aufweist, die einander in einer in der Ebene (P) liegenden Erstreckungsrichtung (E) gegenüberliegen, wobei das zweite Ende (48) einen Haken (57) mit einem konvexen Abschnitt (58) bildet, dessen Konvexität zur Oberseite der Verkleidungsanordnung (14) hin ausgerichtet ist,- das obere Profil (41) ein drittes Ende (68) und ein viertes Ende (70) aufweist, die einander in Verlängerungsrichtung (E) gegenüberliegen, wobei das dritte Ende (68) eine Aufnahme (78) bildet, die zur Aufnahme des Hakens (57) geeignet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der konvexe Abschnitt (58) einer Regenrinne (38) in der unteren Platte (36) entspricht, die Rinne (38) eine Mehrzahl von in Längsrichtung (L) angeordneten Öffnungen (40) definiert, die den Durchgang eines Luftstroms (61) durch die untere Platte (36) von der Oberseite der Verkleidungsanordnung (14) zur Unterseite gewährleisten. - Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das vierte Ende (70) einen oberen Haken (85) bildet, der dazu bestimmt ist, an der Karosseriestruktur (12), insbesondere an einer oberen Wand (22) der Karosseriestruktur (12), befestigt zu werden.
- Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Ende (46) wenigstens einen Vorsprung (56), der dazu bestimmt ist, ein Befestigungsteil (28) der Karosseriestruktur (12) aufzunehmen, insbesondere eine Seitenwand (20) oder ein Fenster des Fahrzeugs (10).
- Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das untere Profil (42) einen Hauptteil (44) aufweist, der das erste Ende (46) und das zweite Ende (48) verbindet, wobei das untere Profil (42) wenigstens zwei Vorsprünge (50) aufweist, die aus dem Hauptteil (44) herausragen, wobei die beiden Vorsprünge (50) dazu bestimmt sind, auf eine Schiene (26) der Karosseriestruktur (12) des Fahrzeugs (10) eingerastet zu werden.
- Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das obere Profil (41) einen Hauptteil (66) aufweist, der das dritte Ende (68) und das vierte Ende (70) verbindet, wobei das obere Profil (41) wenigstens zwei Vorsprünge (72) aufweist, die aus dem Hauptteil (66) herausragen, wobei die Vorsprünge (72) dazu bestimmt sind, auf eine Schiene (26) der Karosseriestruktur (12) des Fahrzeugs (10) eingerastet zu werden.
- Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das obere Profil (41) einen Hauptteil (66) aufweist, der das dritte Ende (68) und das vierte Ende (70) verbindet, wobei das dritte Ende (68) einen Anschlag (80) aufweist, der aus dem Hauptteil (66) hervorsteht, und einen Vorsprung (82) in Verlängerung des Hauptteils (66), wobei der Anschlag (80) und der Vorsprung (82) die Aufnahme (78) begrenzen, wobei der Anschlag (80) in Verlängerungsrichtung (E) zwischen dem Vorsprung (82) und dem Hauptteil (66) angeordnet ist, wobei der Haken (57) ein Endstück (60) aufweist und der konvexe Abschnitt (58) ein distales Ende (62) aufweist, das mit dem Endstück (60) in Kontakt steht, wobei das distale Ende (62) in Verlängerungsrichtung (E) weiter von dem ersten Ende (46) entfernt ist als das Endstück (60), wobei das distale Ende (62) gegen den Anschlag (80) und das Endstück (60) gegen den Vorsprung (82) positioniert ist.
- Verfahren zum Zusammenbau einer Verkleidungsanordnung (14), wobei die Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach einem der vorhergehend en Ansprüche ausgebildet ist, wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte in dieser Reihenfolge umfasst:- Befestigung der oberen Platte (34) an der Karosseriestruktur (12),- Positionierung des Hakens (57) in der Aufnahme (78), wobei sich die Verkleidungsanordnung (14) in einer Zwischenposition der Montage befindet,- Schwenken der unteren Platte (36) relativ zur oberen Platte (34) um eine Achse (X-X) der Längsrotation (L), wobei der Haken (57) in der Aufnahme (78) verbleibt, um das untere Profil (42) in Verlängerung des oberen Profils (41) in Längsrichtung (E) zu bringen, und- Befestigung der unteren Platte (36) an der Karosseriestruktur (12).
- Fahrzeug (10), insbesondere Schienenfahrzeug, umfassend wenigstens eine Verkleidungsanordnung (14) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und einer Karosseriestruktur (12), die einen Teil einer Innendecke (24) des Fahrzeugs (10) bildet, wobei die Verkleidungsanordnung (14) an der Karosseriestruktur (12) befestigt ist.
- Fahrzeug (10) nach Anspruch 8, das ferner wenigstens eine Belüftungsvorrichtung (16) umfasst, die dazu ausgelegt ist, einen Luftstrom (61) zu erzeugen, der durch die Vielzahl (35) von Öffnungen (40) strömt.
