Claims (15)
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) für einen Behälter (8), umfassend einen einteiligen Körper (2), wobei der einteilige Körper (2) eine ringförmige Seitenwand (6) umfasst, wobei die ringförmige Seitenwand (6) eine ringförmige Schürze (10), einen Sicherheitsring (8) sowie einen ersten Haltestreifen (12) und einen zweiten Haltestreifen (14) zur dauerhaften Verbindung der ringförmigen Schürze (10) mit dem Sicherheitsring (8) umfasst, wobei der Sicherheitsring (8) eine Bezugsachse (A) des einteiligen Körpers (2) definiert, wobei der einteilige Körper (2) eine erste Einschnittlinie (30) und eine zweite Einschnittlinie (50) aufweist, die nicht zueinander konvergierend verlaufen, wobeisich die orthogonalen Projektionen, in Richtung der Bezugsachse (A), von einem oder mehreren ersten Liniensegment(en) (36) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) und von einem oder mehreren ersten Liniensegment(en) (56) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) in Umfangsrichtung (CD) des Verschlusses (1; 1.1; 1.2) zumindest teilweise überlappen, wobei das eine oder die mehreren ersten Liniensegment(e) (36) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) und das eine oder die mehreren ersten Liniensegment(e) (56) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) den ersten Haltestreifen (12) definieren,sich die orthogonalen Projektionen, in Richtung der Bezugsachse (A), von einem oder mehreren zweiten Liniensegment(en) (38) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) und von einem oder mehreren zweiten Liniensegment(en) (58) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) in Umfangsrichtung (CD) des Verschlusses (10) zumindest teilweise überlappen, wobei das eine oder die mehreren zweiten Liniensegment(e) (38) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) und das eine oder die mehreren zweiten Liniensegment(e) (58) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) den zweiten Haltestreifen (14) definieren,die erste Einschnittlinie (30) ein oder mehrere erste zwischenliegende Liniensegmente (40) aufweist, die nicht zu den ersten und zweiten Liniensegmenten (36, 38) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) gehören und deren orthogonale Projektion, in der Richtung der Bezugsachse (A), nicht mit der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) überlappt,die zweite Einschnittlinie (50) ein oder mehrere zweite zwischenliegende Liniensegmente (62, 64) aufweist, die nicht zu den ersten und zweiten Liniensegmenten (56, 58) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) gehören und deren orthogonale Projektion, in der Richtung der Bezugsachse (A), nicht mit der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) überlappt,das eine oder die mehreren ersten zwischenliegenden Liniensegment(e) (40) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) durch eine oder mehrere erste brechbare Brücken (60) zwischen der ringförmigen Schürze (10) und dem Sicherheitsring (8) definiert sind,das eine oder die mehreren zweiten zwischenliegenden Liniensegment(e) (62, 64) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) durch eine oder mehrere zweite brechbare Brücken (66) zwischen der ringförmigen Schürze (10) und dem Sicherheitsring (8) definiert sind,die ringförmige Schürze (8) mit Innengewinden oder Stollen (18) versehen ist, die eine Abschraubdrehrichtung (LR) um die Bezugsachse (A) definieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasssich der erste Haltestreifen (12) und der zweite Haltestreifen (14) in der Abschraubdrehrichtung (LR) ausgehend von einem entsprechenden ersten Verbindungsbereich (12-1, 14-1) mit dem Sicherheitsring (8) zu einem entsprechenden zweiten Verbindungsbereich (12-2, 14-2) mit der ringförmigen Schürze (10) hin erstrecken.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach Anspruch 1, wobeisich die ersten und zweiten Liniensegmente (36, 56) der ersten und der zweiten Einschnittlinien (30, 50) ohne brechbare Brücken ganz durch die ringförmige Seitenwand (6) erstrecken; und/oderjede der ersten und der zweiten brechbaren Brücken (60, 66) der ersten und der zweiten Einschnittlinien (30, 50) auf einer zugehörigen Bezugsebene (P1, P2, P3, P4) liegt, die orthogonal zu der Bezugsachse (A) ist.
- Verschluss (1; 1,1; 1,2) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobeidie meisten der ein oder mehreren ersten zwischenliegenden Liniensegmente (40) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) auf einer gemeinsamen zweiten Bezugsebene (P2) liegen, die orthogonal zu der Bezugsachse (A) ist; undvorzugsweise: zumindest eine der zweiten brechbaren Brücken (66) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) auf der zweiten Bezugsebene (P2) liegt.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach Anspruch 3, wobei zumindest eine der zweiten brechbaren Brücken (66) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) auf einer ersten Bezugsebene (P1) liegt, die orthogonal zu der Bezugsachse (A) ist und in einem Abstand von der zweiten Bezugsebene (P2) angeordnet ist.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die erste Einschnittlinie (30) über einen Winkel von mehr als 180° und weniger als 270° in Umfangsrichtung (CD) um die Bezugsachse (A) von einem ersten Ende (32) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) zu einem zweiten Ende (34) der ersten Einschnittlinie (30) erstreckt.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobeisich die orthogonalen Projektionen, in Richtung der Bezugsachse (A), von einem oder mehreren ersten Liniensegment(en) (36, 56) der ersten und der zweiten Einschnittlinien (30, 50) einander über einen Winkel von mehr als 5°, vorzugsweise mehr als 10°, und weniger als 60°, vorzugsweise weniger als 30°, um die Bezugsachse (A) überlappen;sich die orthogonalen Projektionen, in Richtung der Bezugsachse (A), von einem oder mehreren zweiten Liniensegment(en) (38, 58) der ersten und der zweiten Einschnittlinien (30, 50) einander über einen Winkel von mehr als 5°, vorzugsweise mehr als 10°, und weniger als 60°, vorzugsweise weniger als 30°, um die Bezugsachse (A) überlappen; undsich das eine oder die mehreren zweiten zwischenliegenden Liniensegmente (62, 64) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) über einen Winkel von mehr als 30° und weniger als 90° um die Bezugsachse (A) erstrecken.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die zweite Einschnittlinie (50) über einen Winkel von weniger als 180° in Umfangsrichtung (CD) um die Bezugsachse (A) von einem ersten Ende (52) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) zu einem zweiten Ende (54) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) erstreckt.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sicherheitsring (8) mit zumindest einer ersten Lasche (72) versehen ist, die zu der ringförmigen Schürze (10) hin hervorsteht, und die ringförmige Schürze (10) mit zumindest einer zweiten Lasche (74) versehen ist, die zu dem Sicherheitsring (8) hin hervorsteht.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach Anspruch 8, wobei zumindest eine der ersten und der zweiten Laschen (72, 74) durch ein oder mehrere dritte Liniensegmente (68) der ein oder mehreren zweiten zwischenliegenden Liniensegmente (62, 64) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) definiert ist.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die ein oder mehreren dritten Liniensegmente (68) der ein oder mehreren zweiten zwischenliegenden Liniensegmente (62, 64) der zweiten Einschnittlinie (50) zumindest eine der ein oder mehreren brechbaren Brücken (66) beinhalten.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem der Ansprüche, wobei zumindest einige, und vorzugsweise alle, der ersten und der zweiten Liniensegmente (36, 56) und/oder der ersten und der zweiten zwischenliegenden Liniensegmente (60, 62, 64) der ersten und/oder der zweiten Einschnittlinien (30, 50) aneinander angrenzende Einschnittseitenwände aufweisen.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der einteilige Körper (2) ferner eine obere Wand (4) umfasst, von der die ringförmige Schürze (10) hervorsteht, um eine Kappe oder einen Deckel (11) des Verschlusses (1; 1.1) zu bilden.
- Verschluss (1.2) nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 11, wobei die ringförmige Seitenwand (6) Teil einer Basis (3) des Verschlusses (1.2) ist, der ferner eine Kappe oder einen Deckel (90) umfasst, der scharnierbeweglich an der Basis (3) angelenkt ist wobei vorzugsweise: die Kappe oder der Deckel (90) und die Basis (3) Teile des einteiligen Körpers (2) sind.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sicherheitsring (8) mit hakenförmigen elastischen Abschnitten (20) versehen ist, die in Richtung der Bezugsachse (A) hervorstehen.
- Verschluss (1; 1.1; 1.2) nach einem beliebigen der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei jede der ersten und der zweiten Einschnittlinien (30, 50) eine unterbrochene Linie ist, die aus einer Reihe von aufeinander folgenden Liniensegmenten besteht, von denen jeweils Abschnitte auf einer zugehörigen Schneidenebene liegen.
