Claims (17)
- Kopplungssystem zum Koppeln eines Stuhlteils (106) eines Stuhls (100) an eine Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) des Stuhls (100), umfassend:einen Aufnahmeträger (204), der an einem Verbindungselement (120) des Stuhlteils (106) und/oder der Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) vorzusehen ist,einen Einführanschluss (202), der an dem anderen zwischen dem Verbindungselement (120) des Stuhlteils (106) und der Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) vorzusehen ist,wobei der Einführanschluss (202) einen ersten Stift (210) und einen zweiten Stift (212) umfasst,wobei sich in einer Gebrauchsposition des Stuhls (100), in der das Stuhlteil (106) über das Kopplungssystem (200) an die Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) gekoppelt ist,der erste Stift (210) und der zweite Stift (212) horizontal von einer vertikalen Fläche (214) des Einführanschlusses (202) erstrecken,wobei der Aufnahmeträger (204) eine Längsträgerführung (206) mit einem Anschlag (216) an einem ersten Ende der Längsträgerführung (206) und einer Stifteinführöffnung (218) und einer Aussparung (220) an einem zweiten Ende der Längsträgerführung (206) vorsieht,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdas Stuhlteil (106) und die Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) so konfiguriert sind, dass sie ein Kopplungsverfahren ermöglichen, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Anordnen des Stuhlteils (106) in Bezug auf die Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108), so dass der erste Stift (210) in die Stifteinführöffnung (218) eingeführt wird,Bewegen (300) des Stuhlteils (106) in Bezug auf die Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108), bis der erste Stift (210) an dem Anschlag (216) anliegt und der zweite Stift (212) in die Stifteinführöffnung (218) eingeführt wird, undSchwenken (302) des Stuhlteils (106) um den ersten Stift (210), so dass der zweite Stift (212) in die Aussparung (220) eingeführt wird, und dadurch, dass ein Abstand zwischen dem Anschlag (216) und der Aussparung (220) im Wesentlichen gleich einem Abstand zwischen dem ersten Stift (210) und dem zweiten Stift (212) ist, so dass der zweite Stift (212) in die Aussparung (220) eingeführt werden kann, wenn der erste Stift (210) an dem Anschlag (216) anliegt.
- Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Längsträgerführung (206) in einem vertikalen Wandabschnitt (222) des Aufnahmeträgers (204) ausgebildet ist.
- Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Längsträgerführung (206) als ein einziger Längsschlitz in dem vertikalen Wandabschnitt (222) des Aufnahmeträgers (204) ausgebildet ist.
- Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Einführanschluss (202) einen dritten Stift und einen vierten Stift umfasst,wobei sich in der Gebrauchsposition des Stuhls (100) der dritte Stift und der vierte Stift horizontal von einer weiteren vertikalen Fläche des Einführanschlusses (202) erstrecken, wobei die weitere vertikale Fläche der vertikalen Fläche (214) gegenüberliegt, und sich der dritte Stift und der vierte Stift von der weiteren vertikalen Fläche in einer Richtung entgegengesetzt zu einer Richtung erstrecken, in der sich der erste Stift (210) und der zweite Stift (212) von der vertikalen Fläche (214) erstrecken,wobei der Aufnahmeträger (204) eine weitere Längsträgerführung (208) mit einem Anschlag an einem ersten Ende der weiteren Längsträgerführung (208), einer Stifteinführöffnung an einem zweiten Ende der weiteren Längsträgerführung (208) und einer Aussparung in der Nähe des zweiten Endes vorsieht, wobei ein Abstand zwischen dem Anschlag und der Aussparung im Wesentlichen gleich einem Abstand zwischen dem dritten Stift und dem vierten Stift ist, sodass der vierte Stift in die Aussparung einführbar ist, wenn der dritte Stift an dem Anschlag anliegt.
- Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 4, wobei die weitere Längsträgerführung (208) in einem weiteren vertikalen Wandabschnitt (224) des Aufnahmeträgers (204) ausgebildet ist, wobei der weitere vertikale Wandabschnitt (224) dem vertikalen Wandabschnitt (222) gegenüberliegt.
- Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 5, wobei die weitere Längsträgerführung (208) als ein einziger Längsschlitz in dem weiteren vertikalen Wandabschnitt (224) des Aufnahmeträgers (204) ausgebildet ist.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4-6, wobei die weitere Längsträgerführung (208) im Wesentlichen die gleiche Form wie die Längsträgerführung (206) aufweist und beabstandet und parallel zu der Längsträgerführung (206) ist.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kopplungssystem so konfiguriert ist, dass sich die Längsträgerführung (206) in der Gebrauchsposition des Stuhls (100) von dem zweiten Ende zu dem ersten Ende in einer absteigenden Richtung erstreckt.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kopplungssystem so konfiguriert ist, dass sich die Aussparung (220) in der Gebrauchsposition des Stuhls (100) von einer unteren Kante der Längsträgerführung (206) nach unten erstreckt.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kopplungssystem so konfiguriert ist, dass in der Gebrauchsposition des Stuhls (100) eine untere Kante der Aussparung (220) im Wesentlichen die gleiche Höhe wie eine untere Kante des ersten Endes der Längsträgerführung (206) aufweist.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Aufnahmeträger (204) so konfiguriert ist, dass er an der Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) als separates Element vorgesehen werden soll, und eine Montagestruktur zum Koppeln des Aufnahmeträgers mit einem Rückenträger (118) der Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) vorsieht.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Einführanschluss (202) an dem Verbindungselement (120) des Stuhlteils (106) als separates Element vorgesehen werden soll und eine Montagestruktur zum Koppeln des Einführanschlusses (202) mit dem Verbindungselement (120) vorsieht.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1-11, ferner umfassend das Verbindungselement (120) des Stuhlteils (106), wobei der Einführanschluss (202) an dem Verbindungselement (120) vorgesehen ist und einstückig mit dem Verbindungselement ausgebildet ist.
- Kopplungssystem nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Kopplungssystem (200) eine Verriegelungsvorrichtung (250) umfasst, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (250) dazu konfiguriert ist, eine Bewegung des Einführanschlusses (202) in Bezug auf den Aufnahmeträger (204) zu verriegeln, sobald der erste Stift (210) an dem Anschlag (216) anliegt und der zweite Stift (212) in die Aussparung (220) eingeführt ist.
- Kopplungssystem nach Anspruch 14, wobei die Verriegelungsvorrichtung (250) einen federbelasteten Haltezahn (252) am Einführanschluss (202) und eine passende Ratschenkante (256) am Aufnahmeträger (204) umfasst.
- Verfahren zum Koppeln eines Stuhlteils (106) eines Stuhls (100) mit einer Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) des Stuhls (100), wobei der Stuhl (100) mit dem Kopplungssystem (200) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche versehen ist, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
Anordnen des Stuhlteils (106) in Bezug auf die Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108), so dass der erste Stift (210) in die Stifteinführöffnung (218) eingeführt wird,- Bewegen (300) des Stuhlteils (106) in Bezug auf die Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108), bis der erste Stift (210) an dem Anschlag (216) anliegt und der zweite Stift (212) in die Stifteinführöffnung (218) eingeführt wird, und- Schwenken (302) des Stuhlteils (106) um den ersten Stift (210), sodass der zweite Stift (212) in die Aussparung (220) eingeführt wird. - Stuhl, umfassendeine Stuhlbasisanordnung (102),einen Stuhlsitz (104),eine Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108), die den Stuhlsitz (104) an die Stuhlbasisanordnung (102) koppelt,eine Rückenlehne (106) und/oder eine Armlehne (306, 506), die mit einem Verbindungselement (120, 320) versehen ist, undein Kopplungssystem (200) nach einem der Ansprüche 1-15,wobei der Aufnahmeträger (204) des Kopplungssystems (200) an dem Verbindungselement (120) und/oder der Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) vorgesehen ist und der Einführanschluss (202) des Kopplungssystems (200) an dem anderen zwischen dem Verbindungselement (120) und der Stuhlsitzträgerstruktur (108) vorgesehen ist.
