Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft vernetzbare Massen auf der Basis von Or- ganyloxygruppen aufweisenden Organopolysiloxanen mit verbessertem Vernetzungsverhalten und Erzielung eines inhärenten, dauerhaft beständigen fungiziden Oberflächeneffektes, enthaltend (A) Organyloxygruppen aufweisende Organopolysiloxane aus Einheiten der Formel RaR1b(OR2)cSiO(4-a-b-c)/2 (I), (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (R4O)dSiR3 (4—d) (II), und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate und (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (R6O)eSiR5 (4-e) (III), und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, wobei die Reste und Indizes die in Anspruch 1 angegebene Bedeu¬ tung haben, mit der Maßgabe, dass das GewichtsVerhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1 bis 1:5 liegt, Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung.

Description

Vernetzbare Massen auf der Basis von Organyloxygruppen aufwei- senden Organopolysiloxanen Die Erfindung betrifft vernetzbare Massen auf der Basis von Or- ganyloxygruppen aufweisenden Organopolysiloxanen mit verbesser- tem Vernetzungsverhalten und Erzielung eines inhärenten, dauer- haft beständigen fungiziden Oberflächeneffektes, Verfahren zu deren Herstellung sowie deren Verwendung. Unter Ausschluss von Wasser lagerfähige, bei Zutritt von Wasser bei Raumtemperatur zu Elastomeren vulkanisierende Einkomponen- ten-Dichtmassen (RTV-1) sind seit langem bekannt. Diese Pro- dukte werden in großen Mengen zum Beispiel in der Bauindustrie als Dichtstoffe für Anschluss- oder Fassadenfugen eingesetzt oder können als elastische Beschichtungen aufgetragen werden. Die Basis dieser Mischungen sind Polymere, die mit Silylgruppen terminiert sind, die reaktive Substituenten wie OH-Gruppen oder hydrolysierbare Gruppen, wie zum Beispiel Alkoxygruppen, tra- gen. Des Weiteren können diese Dichtmassen Füllstoffe, Weichma- cher, Vernetzer, Katalysatoren sowie Additive enthalten. Hierzu sei beispielsweise auf EP-A 327847, EP-A 1865029, EP-A 1479720 und EP-A 1042400 und EP-A 3565857 verwiesen. Alkoxy-RTV-1 Mas- sen sind aufgrund ihrer neutralen und geruchlosen Vernetzung und der sehr guten Haftung auf unterschiedlichen Substraten ge- genüber anderen Neutralsystemen bevorzugt. Bei der Vernetzung und Durchhärtung wandern teilweise Vernetzer und Spaltprodukte an die Grenzflächen der Fuge und können oft zusammen mit zum Glätten verwendeter Flüssigkeiten sichtbare, nicht entfernbare Strukturen erzeugen. Auch sind diese Systeme nicht in der Lage, einen Schimmelbefall bzw. Wachstum zu verhindern. Es bestand nun die Aufgabe, vernetzbare Massen auf der Basis von Organyloxygruppen aufweisenden Organopolysiloxanen bereit- zustellen, welche die Nachteile des Standes der Technik vermei- den.
Gegenstand der Erfindung sind vernetzbare Massen enthaltend
(A) Organyloxygruppen aufweisende Organopolysiloxane aus Ein- heiten der Formel
RaR1b(OR2)cSiO(4-a-b-c)/2 (I), wobei
R gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einwertige, SiC-gebun- dene, gegebenenfalls substituierte, von aliphatischen Kohlen- stoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindungen freie Kohlenwasserstoff- reste darstellt,
R1 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einwertige, SiC-gebun- dene, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit aliphatischen Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindungen bedeu- tet,
R2 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einwertige, gegebenen- falls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste oder Wasserstoffatom bedeutet, a 0, 1 oder 2 ist, b 0 oder 1 ist und c 0, 1 oder 2 ist, mit der Maßgabe, dass in Formel (I) die Summe a+b+c≤3 ist und in mindestens einer Einheit c verschieden 0,
(B) Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel
(R4O)dSiR3 (4-d) (II), wobei
R3 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einwertige, SiC- gebundene, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste bedeutet,
R4 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und Wasserstoffatom oder einwertige, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste bedeutet, d 2, 3 oder 4, bevorzugt 3, ist, und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate und
(C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel
(R6O)eSiR5 (4_e) (III), wobei
R5 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einwertige, SiC-gebun- dene Reste mit basischem Stickstoff bedeutet,
R6 gleich oder verschieden sein kann und Wasserstoffatom oder einwertige, gegebenenfalls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste bedeutet, e 2 oder 3, bevorzugt 3, ist, und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1 bis 1:5 liegt.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung sollen von dem Begriff Or- ganopolysiloxane sowohl polymere, oligomere wie auch dimere Si- loxane mitumfasst werden.
Bei den vernetzbaren Massen handelt es sich bevorzugt um durch
Kondensationsreaktion vernetzbare Massen. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung soll die Bezeichnung „Kon- densationsreaktion“ auch einen gegebenenfalls vorangehenden Hydrolyseschritt mitumfassen. Beispiele für Reste R sind Alkylreste, wie der Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, iso-Propyl-, 1-n-Butyl-, 2-n-Butyl-, iso-Butyl-, tert.-Butyl-, n-Pentyl-, iso-Pentyl-, neo-Pentyl-, tert.-Pen- tylrest; Hexylreste, wie der n-Hexylrest; Heptylreste, wie der n-Heptylrest; Octylreste, wie der n-Octylrest und iso-Octylres- te, wie der 2,2,4-Trimethylpentylrest; Nonylreste, wie der n- Nonylrest; Decylreste, wie der n-Decylrest; Dodecylreste, wie der n-Dodecylrest; Octadecylreste, wie der n-Octadecylrest; Cy- cloalkylreste, wie der Cyclopentyl-, Cyclohexyl-, Cycloheptyl- rest und Methylcyclohexylreste; Arylreste, wie der Phenyl-, Naphthyl-, Anthryl- und Phenanthrylrest; Alkarylreste, wie o-, m-, p-Tolylreste; Xylylreste und Ethylphenylreste; und Aralkyl- reste, wie der Benzylrest, der α- und der β-Phenylethylrest. Beispiele für substituierte Reste R sind Methoxyethyl-, Ethoxy- ethyl-, Ethoxyethoxyethylrest oder Polyoxyalkylreste wie Poly- ethylenglykol- oder Polypropylenglycolreste. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R um einwertige, von alipha- tischen Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindungen freie Kohlen- wasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, die gegebenen- falls mit Halogenatomen, Aminogruppen, Ethergruppen, Estergrup- pen, Epoxygruppen, Mercaptogruppen, Cyanogruppen oder (Poly)- glykolresten substituiert sind, besonders bevorzugt um einwer- tige, von aliphatischen Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindun- gen freie Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffato- men, insbesondere um den Methylrest. Beispiele für Reste R1 sind Alkenylreste, wie lineare oder ver- zweigte 1-Alkenylreste wie der Vinylrest und 1-Propenylrest so- wie der 2-Propenylrest. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R1 um einwertige, aliphati- sche Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindungen aufweisende Koh- lenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen, die gegebe- nenfalls mit Halogenatomen, Aminogruppen, Ethergruppen, Ester- gruppen, Epoxygruppen, Mercaptogruppen, Cyanogruppen oder (Poly)glykolresten substituiert sind, besonders bevorzugt um einwertige, aliphatische Kohlenstoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbin- dungen aufweisende Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlen- stoffatomen, insbesondere um den Vinylrest. Beispiele für Reste R2 sind die für R und R1 angegebenen einwer- tigen Reste. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R2 um einwertige, gegebenen- falls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlen- stoffatomen, die durch Sauerstoffatome unterbrochen sein kön- nen, besonders bevorzugt um Alkylreste mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoff- atomen, insbesondere um den Methyl- oder Ethylrest, ganz beson- ders bevorzugt um den Methylrest. Beispiele für Komponente (A) sind (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiMe3, Me3SiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2 (MeO)2ViSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiViMe(OMe), (MeO)ViMeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiViMe(OMe) und (MeO)ViMeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, wobei Me Methylrest und Vi Vinylrest bedeutet. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Or- ganopolysiloxanen (A) um im Wesentlichen lineare, organyloxy- terminierte Organopolysiloxane, besonders bevorzugt um solche der Formel
(OR2) 3-f-hR1 fRhSi- (SiR2-O) g-SiR1 fRh (OR2) 3-f-h (IV) , wobei
R, R1 und R2 jeweils gleich oder verschieden sein können und eine der oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, g gleich 30 bis 5000 ist, f gleich 0, 1 oder 2, bevorzugt 1, ist und h gleich 0, 1, 2 oder 3, bevorzugt 0 oder 3, ist, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe f+h≤3 ist und die Verbindungen der Formel (IV) mindestens einen Rest R1 und mindestens einen
Rest OR2 aufweisen.
Obwohl in Formel (IV) nicht angegeben, können die erf indungsge- maß eingesetzten Organopolysiloxane (A) der Formel (IV) her- stellungsbedingt einen geringen Anteil an Verzweigungen, bevor- zugt bis maximal 500 ppm aller Si-Einheiten, insbesondere keine, aufweisen .

Die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzten Organopolysiloxane (A) haben eine Viskosität von bevorzugt 104 bis 106 mPas, besonders bevor- zugt 5000 bis 500000 mPas, jeweils bei 25°C. Bei den Organopolysiloxanen (A) handelt es sich um handelsübli- che Produkte bzw. können diese nach in der Siliciumchemie gän- gigen Methoden vor der Abmischung hergestellt und isoliert wer- den. Beispiele für Reste R3 sind die für R und R1 angegebenen einwer- tigen Reste. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R3 um einwertige, gegebenen- falls mit Ethergruppen, Estergruppen, (Poly)glykolresten oder Triorganyloxysilylgruppen substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, besonders bevorzugt um Alkyl- reste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Alkenylreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, insbesondere um den Methyl- oder den Vinylrest, ganz besonders bevorzugt um den Vinylrest. Beispiele für Reste R4 sind Wasserstoffatom sowie die für R und R1 angegebenen einwertigen Reste. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R4 um einwertige, gegebenen- falls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlen- stoffatomen, die durch Sauerstoffatome unterbrochen sein kön- nen, besonders bevorzugt um Alkylreste mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoff- atomen, insbesondere um den Methyl- oder Ethylrest. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den in den erfindungsgemäßen Mas- sen eingesetzten Organosiliciumverbindungen (B) um Silane mit mindestens einem Ethoxyrest oder deren Teilhydrolysate, beson- ders bevorzugt um Tetraethoxysilan, Methyltriethoxysilan, Dime- thyldiethoxysilan, Vinyltriethoxysilan, Vinyl-methyldiethoxy- silan, Phenyl-triethoxysilan, Phenylmethyldiethoxysilan, 1,2- Bis(triethoxysilyl)ethan oder deren Teilhydrolysate, insbeson- dere um Tetraethoxysilan, Methyltriethoxysilan oder Vinyltri- ethoxysilan und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, insbesondere bevor- zugt um Vinyltriethoxysilan oder dessen Teilhydrolysate. Bei den Teilhydrolysaten (B) kann es sich dabei um Teilhomohyd- rolysate handeln, d.h. Teilhydrolysate von einer Art von Orga- nosiliciumverbindung der Formel (II), wie auch um Teilcohydro- lysate, d.h. Teilhydrolysate von mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arten von Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (II). Handelt es sich bei den in den erfindungsgemäßen Massen einge- setzten Verbindungen (B) um Teilhydrolysate von Organosilicium- verbindungen der Formel (II), so sind solche mit bis zu 10 Si- liciumatomen bevorzugt. Die in den erfindungsgemäßen Massen eingesetzten Vernetzer (B) sind handelsübliche Produkte bzw. können nach in der Silicium- chemie bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Massen enthalten Komponente (B) in Mengen von vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 15,0 Gewichtsteilen, besonders bevor- zugt 0,5 bis 10,0 Gewichtsteilen, insbesondere 0,6 bis 7,0 Ge- wichtsteilen, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsteile Organopoly- siloxane (A). In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung enthält Kom- ponente (B) Verbindungen der Formel (II) mit mindestens einem Rest R4 gleich Ethylrest. Bevorzugt enthält Komponente (B) mindestens zum Teil Verbindun- gen der Formel (II) mit mindestens einem Rest R3 gleich Alke- nylrest mit 1 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen. Besonders bevorzugt besteht die erfindungsgemäß eingesetzte Komponente (B) zu 30 bis 100 Gewichtsprozent, insbesondere zu 60 bis 100 Gewichtsprozent, aus Verbindungen der Formel (II) mit mindestens einem Rest R3 gleich Vinylrest. Beispiele für Reste R5 sind Reste der Formeln H2NCH2-, H2N(CH2)2-, H2N(CH2)3-, H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)2-, H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3-, H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)3-, H3CNH(CH2)3-, C2H5NH(CH2)3-, H3CNH(CH2)2-, C2H5NH(CH2)2-, H2N(CH2)4-, H2N(CH2)5-, H(NHCH2CH2)3-, C4H9NH(CH2)2NH(CH2)2-, cyclo-C6H11NH(CH2)3-, cyclo-C6H11NH(CH2)2-, (CH3)2N(CH2)3-, (CH3)2N(CH2)2-, (C2H5)2N(CH2)3- und (C2H5)2N(CH2)2-. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R5 um H2N(CH2)3-, H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3-, H3CNH(CH2)3-, C2H5NH(CH2)3- oder cyclo- C6H11NH(CH2)3-Rest, insbesondere um den H2N(CH2)2NH(CH2)3-Rest. Beispiele für Rest R6 sind Wasserstoffatom sowie die für Rest R2 angegebenen Beispiele. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei Rest R6 um einwertige, gegebenen- falls substituierte Kohlenwasserstoffreste mit 1 bis 12 Kohlen- stoffatomen, die durch Sauerstoffatome unterbrochen sein kön- nen, besonders bevorzugt um Alkylreste mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoff- atomen, insbesondere um den Methyl- oder Ethylrest. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Organosiliciumverbindungen (C) um 3-Aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, 3-Aminopropyl-triethoxy- silan, 3-Aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilan, 3-Aminopropyl- methyldiethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxy- silan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan, N-(2-Ami- noethyl)-3-aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilan, N-Phenyl-3-aminop- ropyl-trimethoxysilan, N-Phenyl-3-aminopropyl-methyldimethoxy- silan, N-Phenyl-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan oder N-Phenyl-3- aminopropyl-methyldiethoxysilan oder weitere N-Alkyl- oder N,N- Dialkyl-Derivate des 3-Aminopropyl-trimethoxysilans, 3-Aminop- ropyl-triethoxysilans, 3-Aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilans oder 3-Aminopropyl-methyldiethoxysilans oder deren Teilhydrolysate, wobei es sich bei den genannten N-Alkylresten vorzugsweise um Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, i-Propyl-, n-Butyl-, i-Butyl-, t- Butyl-, Cyclohexyl- oder die verschiedenen verzweigten oder un- verzweigten Pentyl- oder Hexylreste handelt. Besonders bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den Verbindungen (C) um 3-Aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, 3-Aminopropyl-triethoxysilan, N- (2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan oder N-(2-Amino- ethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan, insbesondere um N-(2-Ami- noethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan oder N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3- aminopropyl-triethoxysilan. Die in den erfindungsgemäßen Massen eingesetzten Verbindungen (C) sind handelsübliche Produkte bzw. können nach in der Sili- ciumchemie bekannten Verfahren hergestellt werden. Die erfindungsgemäßen Massen enthalten Komponente (C) in Mengen von vorzugsweise 0,5 bis 20,0 Gewichtsteilen, besonders bevor- zugt 1,0 bis 16,0 Gewichtsteilen, insbesondere 1,4 bis 14,0 Ge- wichtsteilen, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsteile Organopoly- siloxane. Bevorzugt liegt das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1,5 bis 1:3, besonders bevor- zugt im Bereich von 1:1,6 bis 1:2,6. Zusätzlich zu den Komponenten (A), (B) und (C) können die er- findungsgemäßen Massen nun alle weiteren Stoffe enthalten, die auch bisher in durch Kondensationsreaktion vernetzbaren Massen eingesetzt worden sind, wie z.B. (D) Weichmacher, (E) Füll- stoffe, (F) Katalysatoren, (G) Stabilisatoren und (H) Additive. Beispiele für gegebenenfalls eingesetzte Weichmacher (D) sind bei Raumtemperatur und einem Druck von 1000 hPa flüssige, mit Trimethylsiloxygruppen terminierte Dimethylpolysiloxane, insbe- sondere mit Viskositäten bei 25°C im Bereich zwischen 5 und 5000 mPas, bei Raumtemperatur und einem Druck von 1013 hPa flüssige Organopolysiloxane, die im Wesentlichen aus -SiO3/2-, -SiO2/2- und ≡SiO1/2-Einheiten, sogenannte T-, D- und M-Einheiten, bestehen, sowie hochsiedende Kohlenwasser- stoffe, wie beispielsweise Paraffinöle oder Mineralöle beste- hend im Wesentlichen aus naphthenischen und paraffinischen Ein- heiten. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei dem gegebenenfalls eingesetzten Weichmacher (D) um lineare Polydimethylsiloxane mit Trimethyl- silylendgruppen. Falls die erfindungsgemäßen Massen Weichmacher (D) enthalten, handelt es sich um Mengen von vorzugsweise 10 bis 300 Gewichts- teilen, besonders bevorzugt 10 bis 200 Gewichtsteilen, insbe- sondere 20 bis 100 Gewichtsteilen, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Ge- wichtsteile Organopolysiloxan (A). Bevorzugt enthalten die er- findungsgemäßen Massen Komponente (D). Beispiele für Füllstoffe (E) sind nicht verstärkende Füllstof- fe, also Füllstoffe mit einer BET-Oberfläche von bis zu 50 m2/g, wie unbeschichtete Calciumcarbonate, beschichtete Calciumcarbo- nate, Quarz, Diatomeenerde, Calciumsilikat, Zirkoniumsilikat, Zeolithe, Metalloxidpulver, wie Aluminium-, Titan-, Eisen- oder Zinkoxide bzw. deren Mischoxide, Bariumsulfat, Gips, Silicium- nitrid, Siliciumcarbid, Bornitrid oder Glas- und Kunststoffpul- ver, wie Polyacrylnitrilpulver. Beispiele für verstärkende Füllstoffe, also Füllstoffe mit einer BET-Oberfläche von mehr als 50 m2/g sind pyrogen hergestellte Kieselsäure, gefällte Kie- selsäure, Ruße, wie Furnace- und Acetylenruß und Silicium-Alu- minium-Mischoxide mit großer BET-Oberfläche. Ferner können auch faserförmige Füllstoffe wie Kunststofffasern verwendet werden. Die genannten Füllstoffe können hydrophobiert sein, beispiels- weise durch die Behandlung mit Organosilanen bzw. –siloxanen, Stearinsäurederivat oder durch Veretherung von Hydroxylgruppen zu Alkoxygruppen. Falls Füllstoffe (E) eingesetzt werden, handelt es sich bevor- zugt um unbehandelte Calciumcarbonate, hydrophile, pyrogen her- gestellte Kieselsäure oder hydrophobe, pyrogen hergestellte Kieselsäure. Falls die erfindungsgemäßen Massen Füllstoffe (E) enthalten, handelt es sich um Mengen von vorzugsweise 10 bis 500 Gewichts- teilen, bevorzugt 10 bis 200 Gewichtsteilen, besonders bevor- zugt 50 bis 200 Gewichtsteilen, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Ge- wichtsteile Organopolysiloxan (A). Als Katalysator (F) können alle Härtungsbeschleuniger, die auch bisher in durch Kondensationsreaktion vernetzbare Massen einge- setzt werden, verwendet werden. Beispiele für gegebenenfalls eingesetzte Katalysatoren (F) sind organische Zinnverbindungen, wie Di-n-butylzinndilaurat und Di-n-butylzinndiacetat, Di-n-bu- tylzinnoxid, Dioctylzinndiacetat, Dioctylzinndilaurat, Dioctyl- zinnoxid sowie Umsetzungsprodukte dieser Verbindungen mit Alk- oxysilanen und organofunktionellen Alkoxysilanen, wie Tetraeth- oxysilan und Aminopropyl-triethoxysilan, bevorzugt sind Di-n- butylzinndilaurat, Dioctylzinndilaurat, Umsetzungsprodukte von Dibutyl- und Dioctylzinnoxid mit Tetraethylsilikat-Hydrolysat oder Mischhydrolysate mit Aminopropylsilanen. Falls die erfindungsgemäßen Massen Katalysatoren (F) enthalten, was bevorzugt ist, handelt es sich um Mengen von vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 3 Gewichtsteilen, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 2 Gewichtsteilen, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsteile Organopolysiloxan (A). Bevorzugte Beispiele für Stabilisatoren (G) sind Phosphorsäure, Phosphonsäuren, Phosphonsäure-alkylester und Phosphorsäure-al- kylester. Falls die erfindungsgemäßen Massen Stabilisatoren (G) enthal- ten, was bevorzugt ist, handelt es sich um Mengen von vorzugs- weise 0,01 bis 100 Gewichtsteilen, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 30 Gewichtsteilen, insbesondere 0,05 bis 10 Gewichtsteilen, je- weils bezogen auf 100 Gewichtsteile Organopolysiloxan (A). Beispiele für Additive (H) sind Pigmente, Farbstoffe, Riech- stoffe, Oxidationsinhibitoren, Mittel zur Beeinflussung der elektrischen Eigenschaften, wie leitfähiger Ruß, flammabweisend machende Mittel, Lichtschutzmittel, Fungizide, Hitzestabilisa- toren, Scavenger, wie Si-N enthaltende Silazane oder Silylami- de, Cokatalysatoren, Thixotropiermittel, wie beispielsweise Po- lyethylen-, Polypropylenglycole oder Copolymere daraus, organi- sche Lösungsmittel, wie Alkylaromaten, Paraffinöle, sowie be- liebige Siloxane, die unterschiedlich zu Komponente (A) sind. Falls die erfindungsgemäßen Massen Additive (H) enthalten, han- delt es sich um Mengen von vorzugsweise 0,01 bis 100 Gewichts- teilen, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 30 Gewichtsteilen, insbe- sondere 0,05 bis 10 Gewichtsteilen, jeweils bezogen auf 100 Ge- wichtsteile Organopolysiloxan (A). Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Massen um solche enthaltend (A) Organopolysiloxane aus Einheiten der Formel (I), (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (II) und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (III) und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, gegebenenfalls (D) Weichmacher, gegebenenfalls (E) Füllstoffe, gegebenenfalls (F) Katalysatoren, gegebenenfalls (G) Stabilisatoren und gegebenenfalls (H) Additive, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1 bis zu 1:5 liegt. Besonders bevorzugt handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Massen um solche enthaltend (A) Organopolysiloxane der Formel (IV) mit R gleich Methylrest und R1 gleich Vinylrest, (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen enthaltend mindestens eine Ver- bindung der Formel (II) mit R4 gleich Ethylrest und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (III) ausgewählt aus N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl- trimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan und deren Teilhydrolysate, (D) Weichmacher, gegebenenfalls (E) Füllstoffe, gegebenenfalls (F) Katalysatoren, (G) Stabilisatoren und gegebenenfalls (H) Additive, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1 bis 1:5 liegt. Insbesondere handelt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Massen um solche enthaltend (A) Organopolysiloxane ausgewählt aus den Verbindungen (MeO)2Me- SiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2 (MeO)2ViSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiViMe(OMe), (MeO)ViMeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiViMe(OMe) und (MeO)ViMeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen ausgewählt aus Methyltrimethox- ysilan, Dimethyldimethoxysilan, Vinyltrimethoxysilan, Vinyl-me- thyldimethoxysilan, 1,2-Bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethan, Methyltri- ethoxysilan, Dimethyldiethoxysilan, Vinyltriethoxysilan, Vinyl- methyldiethoxysilan, 1,2-Bis(triethoxysilyl)ethan und deren Teilhydrolysate, (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen ausgewählt aus N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan und deren Teilhy- drolysate, (D) Weichmacher, gegebenenfalls (E) Füllstoffe, (F) Katalysatoren, (G) Stabilisatoren und gegebenenfalls (H) Additive, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1,5 bis 1:3 liegt. In einer weiteren insbesondere bevorzugten Ausführungsform han- delt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Massen um solche enthal- tend (A) Organopolysiloxane ausgewählt aus den Verbindungen Me3SiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (MeO)2ViSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2 und (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiMe(OMe)2 (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen ausgewählt aus den Verbindungen Methyltrimethoxysilan, Vinyltrimethoxysilan, Methyltriethoxy- silan und Vinyltriethoxysilan und deren Teilhydrolysate, (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen ausgewählt aus N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan und deren Teil- hydrolysate, (D) Weichmacher, gegebenenfalls (E) Füllstoffe, (F) Katalysatoren, (G) Stabilisatoren und gegebenenfalls (H) Additive, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1,5 bis 1:3 liegt. In einer weiteren insbesondere bevorzugten Ausführungsform han- delt es sich bei den erfindungsgemäßen Massen um solche enthaltend (A) (MeO)2ViSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen ausgewählt aus den Verbindungen Methyltrimethoxysilan, Vinyltrimethoxysilan, Methyltriethoxy- silan und Vinyltriethoxysilan und deren Teilhydrolysate, (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen ausgewählt aus N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan und deren Teil- hydrolysate, (D) Weichmacher, gegebenenfalls (E) Füllstoffe, (F) Katalysatoren, (G) Stabilisatoren und gegebenenfalls (H) Additive, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1,5 bis 1:3 liegt. Bevorzugt enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Massen keine über die Komponenten (A) bis (H) hinausgehende weiteren Bestandteile. Bei den einzelnen Bestandteilen der erfindungsgemäßen Massen kann es sich jeweils um eine Art eines solchen Bestandteils wie auch um ein Gemisch aus mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arten derartiger Bestandteile handeln. Bei den erfindungsgemäßen Massen handelt es sich um flüssige oder viskose Mischungen, bevorzugt um zähflüssig bis pastöse Massen. Zur Bereitung der erfindungsgemäßen Massen können alle Bestand- teile in beliebiger Reihenfolge miteinander vermischt werden. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Ver- fahren zur Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Massen durch Mi- schen der einzelnen Komponenten in beliebiger Reihenfolge, wo- bei bevorzugt zuerst aus den Komponenten (B) und (C) eine Vor- mischung (BC) hergestellt wird, die dann mit den Komponenten (A) und gegebenenfalls (D) bis (H) vermischt wird. Dieses Vermischen kann bei Raumtemperatur und dem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also etwa 900 bis 1100 hPa, erfolgen. Falls erwünscht, kann dieses Vermischen aber auch bei höheren Temperaturen erfolgen, z.B. bei Temperaturen im Bereich von 35 bis 100°C. Weiterhin ist es möglich, zeitweilig oder ständig unter vermindertem Druck zu mischen, wie z.B. bei 30 bis 900 hPa Absolutdruck, um flüchtige Verbindungen oder Luft zu ent- fernen. Das erfindungsgemäße Mischen erfolgt bevorzugt unter Ausschluss von Luftfeuchtigkeit. Bevorzugt wird die Vormischung (BC) dadurch hergestellt, dass die Komponenten (B) und (C) unter Ausschluss von Luftfeuchtig- keit vermischt werden und diese Mischung mindestens 7 Tage bei 5 bis 30°C und unter Ausschluss von Luftfeuchtigkeit gelagert wird. Bevorzugt werden die Komponenten (A), (BC), (G) und gegebenen- falls Weichmacher (D), bevorzugt mit Trimethylsilyl-terminier- ten Organopolysiloxanen, vermischt. Dies kann unter dem Druck der Atmosphäre oder auch unter vermindertem Druck geschehen. Anschließend können Füllstoffe (E) eingemischt und unter stär- kerer Scherung bei höheren Drehzahlen im Mischer dispergiert werden. Dies geschieht in der Regel unter vermindertem Druck, um flüchtige Verbindungen, Luft und Reaktionsprodukte der Feuchtigkeit der Füllstoffe mit den Komponenten (B) und (C) zu entfernen. Weitere Bestandteile, wie Stabilisatoren (G) oder Additive (H), können vor oder mit den Füllstoffen (E) zugegeben werden. Falls Katalysator (F) eingesetzt wird, wird dieser ab- schließend homogen eingerührt. Dies geschieht in der Regel un- ter vermindertem Druck, um die pastösen Massen blasenfrei zu machen. Für die Vernetzung der erfindungsgemäßen Massen reicht der üb- liche Wassergehalt der Luft aus. Die Vernetzung der erfindungs- gemäßen Massen erfolgt vorzugsweise bei Raumtemperatur. Sie kann, falls erwünscht, auch bei höheren oder niedrigeren Tempe- raturen als Raumtemperatur, z.B. bei -5° bis 15°C oder bei 30°C bis 50°C und/oder mittels den normalen Wassergehalt der Luft übersteigenden Konzentrationen von Wasser durchgeführt werden. Auch das direkte Zumischen von Wasser oder wasserhaltigen Sub- stanzen ist möglich. Vorzugsweise wird die Vernetzung bei einem Druck von 100 bis 1100 hPa, insbesondere beim Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also etwa 900 bis 1100 hPa, durchgeführt. Ein weiterer Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Form- körper, hergestellt durch Vernetzung der erfindungsgemäßen Mas- sen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Massen können für alle Verwendungszwecke eingesetzt werden, für die unter Ausschluss von Wasser lagerfä- hige, bei Zutritt von Wasser bei Raumtemperatur zu Elastomeren vernetzende Massen eingesetzt werden können. Die erfindungsgemäßen Massen eignen sich ausgezeichnet bei- spielsweise als Abdichtmassen für Fugen, einschließlich senk- recht verlaufender Fugen, und ähnlichen Leerräumen von z.B. 10 bis 40 mm lichter Weite, z.B. von Gebäuden, Land-, Wasser- und Luftfahrzeugen oder als Klebstoffe oder Verkittungsmassen, z.B. im Fensterbau oder bei der Herstellung von Vitrinen, sowie z.B. zur Herstellung von elastischen Schutzüberzügen, einschließlich solcher für der ständigen Einwirkung von Sonnenlicht, Regenwas- ser, Süß- oder Meerwasser ausgesetzte Oberflächen, oder das Gleiten verhindernden Überzügen oder von gummielastischen Formkörpern sowie für die Isolierung von elektrischen oder elektronischen Vorrichtungen. Ferner eigenen sich die erfin- dungsgemäßen Massen auch zur Herstellung von Beschichtungen von Oberflächen, die mittels Pinsel oder Roller aufgetragen werden oder auch aufgesprüht werden können. Die erfindungsgemäßen Massen haben den Vorteil, dass sie leicht herzustellen sind und sich durch eine sehr hohe Lagerstabilität auszeichnen. Des Weiteren haben die erfindungsgemäßen Massen den Vorteil, dass sie eine sehr gute Handhabbarkeit bei der Anwendung zeigen und bei einer Vielzahl von Applikationen ausgezeichnete Verar- beitungseigenschaften zeigen. Insbesondere zeichnen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Massen durch Ausbildung von glatten, aminhaltigen und füllstoffarmen Ober- flächen aus, die geringe bis keine visuell störenden Effekte nach dem Glätten mit Glättmitteln oder Wasser zeigen, wie etwa weiße Schlieren, und der Entwicklung von Algen- und Schimmel- bildung entgegenwirken. Die erfindungsgemäßen Massen haben den Vorteil, dass sie auch unter unterschiedlichen klimatischen Bedingungen gut aushärten. Damit ist die Vernetzung unabhängiger von der Umgebungstempera- tur und der Luftfeuchtigkeit. Gleichzeitig bilden die erfin- dungsgemäßen Massen ausreichend schnell eine sog. innere Fes- tigkeit aus (Kohäsion), die verhindert, dass die teilvulkani- sierten Massen z.B. durch Schrumpf oder durch Bewegungen im Un- tergrund aufreißen oder Blasen bilden und damit ihre Dichtfunk- tion verlieren würden. Sofern nicht anders angegeben, werden die nachstehenden Bei- spiele bei einem Druck der umgebenden Atmosphäre, also etwa bei 1000 hPa, und bei Raumtemperatur, also bei etwa 23°C, bzw. bei einer Temperatur, die sich beim Zusammengeben der Komponenten bei Raumtemperatur ohne zusätzliche Heizung oder Kühlung ein- stellt, sowie bei einer relativen Luftfeuchtigkeit von etwa 50 % durchgeführt. Des Weiteren beziehen sich alle Angaben von Teilen und Prozentsätzen, soweit nichts anderes angegeben ist, auf das Gewicht. Die Hautbildungszeiten werden an 1 cm dick ausgespritzten Dichtstoffraupen bestimmt, in dem man mit einem frisch gespitz- ten Bleistift der Härte HB in regelmäßigen Abständen die Ober- fläche im flachen Winkel berührt. Bleibt dabei nach langsamem Hochziehen kein Material mehr an der Bleistiftspitze hängen und eine feine Haut zieht sich ab, wird die Zeit notiert. Nach ei- nem Tag wird die Qualität der Vulkanisation auch noch anhand der Klebrigkeit der Oberfläche und der Einreißfestigkeit der Dichtstoffraupen (sog. Fingernageltest) überprüft. Die Durchhärtung wird mittels der sogenannten Keilmethode be- stimmt. Dabei wird das Material in einem von 0-10 mm tief ein- gefrästen Teflonblock gleichmäßig eingebracht und täglich durch Hochziehen der Raupe vom flachen Ende her geprüft. Die Tiefe, bei der die Raupe am Boden noch klebrig hängen bleibt, wird no- tiert. Für die Untersuchung der mechanischen Eigenschaften der ausge- härteten Massen wird die Paste auf einer schlecht haftenden Un- terlage in dünnen Schichten mittels Spatel oder Rakel aufge- bracht und bei 23°C und 50% relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit über 14 Tage ausgehärtet. Bevorzugt werden dazu Teflonformen verwendet, die 2 mm tief ausgeschnitten sind und mit der Masse vollständig gefüllt werden und mittels Rakel die Oberfläche vor Härtung gleichmäßig geglättet wird. Die mechanischen Werte werden gemäß der ISO 37 an S2-Prüfkör- pern bestimmt. Die Shore-A-Härte wird gemäß ISO 868 bestimmt. Die Bewertung der Wirkungsweisen von Mikroorganismen erfolgt in Anlehnung an ISO 846, Verfahren B, wobei W Wachstumsstärke, H Hemmzone und V Verfärbung entspricht. Beispiel 1 560 g Polymer-Gemisch (A1), bestehend aus 476 g Polydimethylsi- loxan mit Dimethoxyvinylsilylendgruppen und Dimethoxymethylsi- lylendgruppen im Molverhältnis 2:1 und einer Viskosität von 90 000 mPas und 84 g Trimethylsilyl-endterminiertes Polydime- thylsiloxan mit einer Viskosität von 100 mPa·s, 129,6 g trime- thylsilyl-endterminiertes Polydimethylsiloxan mit einer Visko- sität von 1000 mPa·s, 2,4 g Octylphosphonsäuremischung zusam- mengesetzt aus 25-30% Trimethoxymethylsilan und 70-75% Octyl- phosphonsäure, 32,0 g einer Vormischung (BC1) bestehend aus 10,2 g Vinyltriethoxysilan, 3,2 g N-Aminoethylaminopropyl-tri- methoxysilan und 18,6 g N-Aminoethylaminopropyl-triethoxysilan wurden in einem Laborplanetenmischer für eine Dauer von 3 Minu- ten bei 300 Upm und einem Druck von 200-300 hPa homogenisiert. Anschließend wurden 72,0 g einer hydrophilen, pyrogenen Kiesel- säure mit einer spezifischen Oberfläche von 150 m2/g langsam bei einem Druck von 900-1100 hPa eingemischt und 5 Minuten bei 800 Upm bei einem Druck von 200-300 hPa dispergiert. Abschlie- ßend wurde die so erhaltene Paste mit 4,0 g eines Zinnkatalysa- tors, bestehend aus 17 % Dioctylzinnoxid und 83 % eines Umset- zungsproduktes aus Aminopropyltriethoxysilan und Ethoxy-termi- niertem Methyl-Silsesquioxan 3 Minuten bei 300 Upm und einem Druck von 200-300 hPa aktiviert und blasenfrei gerührt. Die so hergestellte Masse wurde zur Aufbewahrung in feuchtig- keitsdichte Gebinde abgefüllt und vor den weiteren Prüfungen 24 Stunden bei 23°C gelagert. Die erhaltenen Massen wurden danach wie oben beschrieben unter- sucht bzw. 14 Tage bei 23°C und 50% rel. Luftfeuchtigkeit ver- netzen gelassen und die Mechanik, Shore-Härte und Wirkungswei- sen von Mikroorganismen bestimmt. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 1. Beispiel 2 (nicht erfindungsgemäß; Vergleichsbeispiel) Die in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Arbeitsweise wird wiederholt mit der Abänderung, dass anstelle von 32,0 g der Vormischung (BC1) 16,0 g Vinyl-triethoxysilan und 12,0 g N-Aminoethylaminopropyl- trimethoxysilan und anstelle von 129,6 g 133,6 g trimethyl- silyl-endterminiertes Polydimethylsiloxan mit einer Viskosität von 1000 mPa·s eingesetzt werden. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 1. Beispiel 3 Die in Beispiel 1 beschriebene Arbeitsweise wird wiederholt mit der Abänderung, dass anstelle von 560 g nur 556 g Polymer-Ge- misch (A1) sowie 4,0 g eines Additivs PO-EO-Block-Polymer, Po- lymerisationsprodukt aus Propylenoxid und Ethylenoxid (käuflich erhältlich unter der Bezeichnung „GENAPOL PF 40“ bei der Clari- ant Produkte (Deutschland) GmbH) eingesetzt werden. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 1. Tabelle 1: Beispiel 4 300 g eines Polydimethylsiloxans mit Dimethoxyvinylsilylend- gruppen und einer Viskosität von 100000 mPa·s, 106 g eines Trimethylsilyl-endterminierten Polydimethylsiloxans mit einer Viskosität von 1000 mPa·s, 25,0 g eines entaromatisierten ali- phatischen Mineralöls (käuflich erhältlich unter der Bezeich- nung „Hydroseal G 400 H“ bei der TOTAL DEUTSCHLAND GMBH), 1,5 g eines Octylphosphonsäure-Stabilisators, zusammengesetzt aus 25- 30% Trimethoxymethylsilan und 70-75% Octylphosphonsäure, 20,0 g der in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Vormischung (BC1) wurden in ei- nem Laborplanetenmischer für eine Dauer von 3 Minuten bei 300 Upm und einem Druck von 200-300 hPa homogenisiert. Anschließend wurden 45,0 g einer hydrophilen, pyrogenen Kieselsäure mit ei- ner spezifischen Oberfläche von 150 m2/g langsam bei einem Druck von 900-1100 hPa eingemischt und 5 Minuten bei 800 Upm bei einem Druck von 200-300 hPa dispergiert. Abschließend wurde die so erhaltene Paste mit 2,5 g eines Zinnkatalysators, einer Octyl-Organozinn-Mischung, ca. 17% Dioctylzinnoxid enthaltend, 3 Minuten bei 300 Upm und einem Druck von 200-300 hPa aktiviert und blasenfrei gerührt. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 2. Beispiel 5 Die in Beispiel 4 beschriebene Arbeitsweise wird wiederholt mit der Abänderung, dass anstelle von 106 g nur 101 g des Trime- thylsilyl-endterminierten Polydimethylsiloxans mit einer Visko- sität von 1000 mPa·s sowie 5,0 g einer Fungizidpaste, 2-Butyl- 1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-on enthaltend (käuflich erhältlich unter der Bezeichnung „DENSIL™ DN“ bei der Lonza Group Ltd.), einge- setzt werden. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 2. Tabelle 2: Beispiel 6 300,0 g eines Polydimethylsiloxans mit Dimethoxyvinylsilylend- gruppen und einer Viskosität von 100000 mPa·s, 133,5 g eines Trimethylsilyl-endterminierten Polydimethylsiloxans mit einer Viskosität von 1000 mPa·s, 1,5 g einer Octylphosphonsäure-Sta- bilisators, zusammengesetzt aus 25-30% Trimethoxymethylsilan und 70-75% Octylphosphonsäure, 17,5 g der in Beispiel 1 be- schriebenen Vormischung (BC1) wurden in einem Laborplanetenmi- scher für eine Dauer von 3 Minuten bei 300 Upm und einem Druck von 200-300 hPa homogenisiert. Anschließend wurden 45,0 g einer hydrophilen, pyrogenen Kieselsäure mit einer spezifischen Ober- fläche von 150 m2/g langsam bei einem Druck von 900-1100 hPa eingemischt und 5 Minuten bei 800 Upm bei einem Druck von 200- 300 hPa dispergiert. Abschließend wurde die so erhaltene Paste mit 2,5 g eines Zinnkatalysators, einer Octyl-Organozinn-Mi- schung, ca. 17 % Dioctylzinnoxid enthaltend, 3 Minuten bei 300 Upm und einem Druck von 200-300 hPa aktiviert und blasenfrei gerührt. Die Ergebnisse finden sich in Tabelle 3. Beispiel 7 Die in Beispiel 6 beschriebene Arbeitsweise wird wiederholt mit der Abänderung, dass anstelle von 300,0 g nur 295,0 g des Poly- dimethylsiloxans mit Dimethoxyvinylsilylendgruppen und einer Viskosität von 100000 mPa·s und 5,0 g einer Fungizidpaste, 2- Butyl-1,2-Benzisothiazolin-3-on enthaltend (käuflich erhältlich unter der Bezeichnung „DENSIL™ DN“ bei der Lonza Group Ltd), eingesetzt werden. Patentansprüche
1. Vernetzbare Massen enthaltend
(A) Organyloxygruppen aufweisende Organopolysiloxane aus Ein- heiten der Formel
RaR1b (OR2) cSiO(4-a-b-c) /2 (I) , wobei
R gleich oder verschieden sein kann und einwertige, SiC-gebun- dene, gegebenenfalls substituierte, von aliphatischen Kohlen- stoff-Kohlenstoff-Mehrfachbindungen freie Kohlenwasserstof f- reste darstellt,

2. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei Organopolysiloxanen (A) um im Wesentlichen li- neare, organyloxyterminierte Organopolysiloxane der Formel
(OR2) 3-f-hR1 fRhSi- (SiR2-O) g-SiR1 fRh (OR2) 3-f-h (IV) handelt, wobei R, R1 und R2 jeweils gleich oder verschieden sein können und eine der oben angegebenen Bedeutungen haben, g gleich 30 bis 5000 ist, f gleich 0, 1 oder 2, ist und h gleich 0, 1, 2 oder 3, ist, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Summe f+h≤3 ist und die Verbindungen der Formel (IV) mindestens einen Rest R1 und mindestens einen Rest OR2 aufweisen.
3. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass es sich bei Organopolysiloxanen (A) um (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2 (MeO)2ViSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2, (MeO)2MeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiViMe(OMe), (MeO)ViMeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiViMe(OMe) oder (MeO)ViMeSiO[SiMe2O]200-2000SiVi(OMe)2 handelt.
4. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei Organosilici- umverbindungen (B) um Tetramethoxysilan, Methyltrimethoxysilan, Dimethyldimethoxysilan, Vinyltrimethoxysilan, Vinyl-methyl- dimethoxysilan, Phenyl-trimethoxysilan, Phenylmethyldimethox- ysilan, 1,2-Bis(trimethoxysilyl)ethan, Tetraethoxysilan, Me- thyltriethoxysilan, Dimethyldiethoxysilan, Vinyltriethoxysilan, Vinyl-methyldiethoxysilan, Phenyl-triethoxysilan, Phenylmethyl- diethoxysilan, 1,2-Bis(triethoxysilyl)ethan oder deren Teilhy- drolysate handelt.
5. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei den Organo- siliciumverbindungen (C) um 3-Aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, 3- Aminopropyl-triethoxysilan, 3-Aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilan, 3-Aminopropyl-methyldiethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopro- pyl-trimethoxysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-triethox- ysilan, N-(2-Aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-methyldimethoxysilan, N- Phenyl-3-aminopropyl-trimethoxysilan, N-Phenyl-3-aminopropyl- methyldimethoxysilan, N-Phenyl-3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilan oder N-Phenyl-3-aminopropyl-methyldiethoxysilan oder weitere N- Alkyl- oder N,N-Dialkyl-Derivate des 3-Aminopropyl-trimethox- ysilans, 3-Aminopropyl-triethoxysilans, 3-Aminopropyl-methyl- dimethoxysilans oder 3-Aminopropyl-methyldiethoxysilans oder deren Teilhydrolysate handelt, wobei es sich bei den genannten N-Alkylresten um Methyl-, Ethyl-, n-Propyl-, i-Propyl-, n-Bu- tyl-, i-Butyl-, t-Butyl-, Cyclohexyl- oder die verschiedenen verzweigten oder unverzweigten Pentyl- oder Hexylreste handelt.
6. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1,5 bis 1:3 liegt.
7. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1,6 bis 1:2,6 liegt.
8. Vernetzbare Massen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um solche handelt enthaltend (A) Organopolysiloxane aus Einheiten der Formel (I), (B) Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (II) und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, (C) basischen Stickstoff aufweisende Organosiliciumverbindungen der Formel (III) und/oder deren Teilhydrolysate, gegebenenfalls (D) Weichmacher, gegebenenfalls (E) Füllstoffe, gegebenenfalls (F) Katalysatoren, gegebenenfalls (G) Stabilisatoren und gegebenenfalls (H) Additive, mit der Maßgabe, dass das Gewichtsverhältnis von Komponente (B) zu Komponente (C) im Bereich von 1:1 bis 1:5 liegt.
9. Verfahren zur Herstellung der vernetzbaren Massen gemäß ei- nem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeich- net, dass alle Bestandteile in beliebiger Reihenfolge miteinan- der vermischt werden.
10. Formkörper, hergestellt durch Vernetzung der Massen gemäß einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
