Scharnier (1), insbesondere Möbelscharnier, umfassend - ein Anschlagteil (2), mit welchem das Scharnier (1) an einem feststehenden Möbelteil (3) befestigbar ist,- wenigstens einen Gelenkhebel (4),- einen Scharniertopf (5), welcher über den wenigstens einen Gelenkhebel (4) schwenkbar an dem Anschlagteil (2) angeordnet oder anordenbar ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Gelenkhebel (4) mit dem Scharniertopf (5) über wenigstens eine Gelenkachse (6) gelagert ist, wobei der Scharniertopf (5) an einem bewegbaren Möbelteil (7) befestigbar ist,- wenigstens eine Dämpfvorrichtung (8) zur Dämpfung einer Relativbewegung zwischen dem Anschlagteil (2) und dem Scharniertopf (5) zwischen einer Offenstellung (9) und einer Schließstellung (10) des Scharniers (1), wobei die wenigstens eine Dämpfvorrichtung (8) einen Lineardämpfer (11) mit einem Kolben (12) und einer translatorisch bewegbaren Kolbenstange (13) aufweist, wobei der Lineardämpfer (11) zumindest bereichsweise, vorzugsweise vollständig, außerhalb des Scharniertopfes (5) angeordnet ist, und- wenigstens ein, vorzugsweise einstückes und/oder von dem wenigstens einen Gelenkhebel (4), besonders bevorzugt zumindest in der Offenstellung (9) räumlich, gesondertes, translatorisch bewegbares Betätigungselement (14) zur Betätigung der wenigstens einen Dämpfvorrichtung (8),wobei das wenigstens eine Betätigungselement (14) zum überwiegenden Teil, vorzugsweise vollständig, innerhalb des Scharniertopfes (5) angeordnet ist.Hinge (1), in particular furniture hinge, comprising - a stop part (2) with which the hinge (1) can be fastened to a fixed furniture part (3), - at least one articulated lever (4), - a hinge cup (5) which is or can be arranged pivotably on the stop part (2) via the at least one articulated lever (4), wherein the at least one articulated lever (4) is mounted with the hinge cup (5) via at least one joint axis (6), wherein the hinge cup (5) can be fastened to a movable furniture part (7), - at least one damping device (8) for damping a relative movement between the stop part (2) and the hinge cup (5) between an open position (9) and a closed position (10) of the hinge (1), wherein the at least one damping device (8) has a linear damper (11) with a piston (12) and a translationally movable piston rod (13), wherein the linear damper (11) is at least partially, preferably completely, outside the hinge cup (5) is arranged, and- at least one, preferably one-piece and/or spatially separate from the at least one articulated lever (4), particularly preferably at least in the open position (9), translationally movable actuating element (14) for actuating the at least one damping device (8), wherein the at least one actuating element (14) is arranged predominantly, preferably completely, within the hinge cup (5).
