Abstract
The pull-out storage box with automatic switch function includes: an external component (1), wherein the external component (1) includes a box body (11), and the top of the box body (11) is provided with a top cover (12); a pull-out component (2), wherein the pull-out component (2) is slidably connected to the box body (11), and the pull-out component (2) includes a withdrawable storage cabinet (21). One side of the storage cabinet (21) is fixedly connected to a lateral shield board (22), and two sliding covers (23) that is able to open and close are provided at one side of the lateral shield board (22) and located at the top of the storage cabinet (21).
Description
- The present disclosure relates to the technical field of storage boxes, in particular to a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function.
- Storage boxes are the tools used to store and collect things, which are usually called organizing boxes, or collecting boxes.
- Storage boxes include different types such as open-type and closed-type, and pull-out closed storage boxes can store items for easy carrying. At the same time, they cannot be directly viewed from the outside and have certain hidden protection, making them widely used.
- In existing technology, a pull-out storage box has a large gap between the storage area and the box body for convenience to pull-out, lacking the sealing protection for objects that need to be stored, making it inconvenient to store and carry items which need to be sealed.
- Therefore, it is necessary to provide a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function to solve the above technical problems.
- This present disclosure provides a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function, which solves the problem of the pull-out storage box lacking sealing protection ability for objects that need to be stored, making it inconvenient to store and carry items which need to be sealed.
- To solve the above technical problem, a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function is provided by the present disclosure, which includes an external component, wherein the external component includes a box body, and a top of the box body is provided with a top cover;
- A pull-out component, wherein the pull-out component is slidably connected tothe box body; the pull-out component includes a withdrawable storage cabinet, one side of the storage cabinet is fixedly connected with a lateral shield board, two sliding covers that is able to open and close are provided at one side of the lateral shield board and located at a top of the storage cabinet, and two limit strips are fixedly connected at a top of the sliding cover;
- A guide inclined plate fixed to a bottom of the top cover;
- A connecting component, wherein the connecting component is provided on the lateral shield board for connecting the lateral shield board and the two sliding covers; the connecting component includes a limit sliding slot, two limit sliding blocks are slidably connected tothe limit sliding slot, and one side of the limit sliding block is fixedly connected to a limit sliding plate.
- Preferably, both sides of the box body are provided with mounting slots, and the bottom of the top cover is fixedly connected with mounting pieces used in cooperation with the mounting slots.
- Preferably, the storage cabinet is slidably connected to the box body, and the two limit strips are respectively arranged on both sides of the guide inclined plate.
- Preferably, the limit sliding slot is arranged inside the lateral shield board, and the limit sliding plate passes through the lateral shield board and is fixedly connected to the sliding cover.
- Preferably, there are two of the guide inclined plates fixedly connected at the bottom of the top cover, and the guide inclined plate is slidably connected to the limit strip.
- Preferably, the pull-out storage box further includes a linkage component, wherein the linkage component is provided at a bottom of an inner wall of the box body; the linkage component includes a conveyor belt, one side of the conveyor belt is fixedly connected with a pull-out plate, and a bottom of the storage cabinet is fixedly connected with a linkage base.
- Preferably, the conveyor belt is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the box body, the linkage base is fixed at a top of the conveyor belt, and one end of the pull-out plate passes through the box body.
- Compared with related arts, the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by this present disclosure has the following advantageous effects:
- This present disclosure provides a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function. By setting two sliding covers above the storage cabinet, the sealing ability of the storage cabinet is improved, avoiding the gap between the box body and the pull-out storage cabinet too large. Moreover, the two sliding covers will automatically open when the storage cabinet is pulled out, and will automatically close when the storage cabinet is pushed towards the inside of the box body, making the operation simple and convenient for use.

lateral shield board 22 and the two slidingcovers 23; the connecting component 5 includes alimit sliding slot 51, two limit sliding blocks 52 are slidably connected to the inside of thelimit sliding slot 51, and one side of the limit sliding block 52 is fixedly connected to alimit sliding plate 53. - The items can be stored inside the
storage cabinet 21, which can be pulled out of or pushed into the inside of thebox body 11. Two limit strips 24 located at the top of the slidingcover 23 are tilted arranged, and each slidingcover 23 is equipped with twolimit strips 24 at the top. The inclination of thelimit strip 24 is consistent with that of the guide inclinedplate 3. - Both sides of the
box body 11 are provided with mountingslots 6, and the bottom of thetop cover 12 is fixedly connected with mountingpieces 7 used in cooperation with the mountingslots 6. - As shown in
FIG. 6 , when pressing down on thebox cover 11, the mountingpiece 7 can be pressed into the mountingslot 6 to facilitate the assembly of thebox body 11 and thetop cover 12. - The
storage cabinet 21 is slidably connected to thebox body 11, and the twolimit strips 24 are respectively arranged on both sides of the guide inclinedplate 3. - As shown in
FIG. 4 ,FIG.5 ,FIG. 6, and FIG. 7 , the limit strips 24 and the guide inclinedplate 3 are arranged correspondingly, and the guide inclinedplate 3 is located between the twolimit strip plates 24. - The
limit sliding slot 51 is arranged inside thelateral shield board 22, and thelimit sliding plate 53 passes through thelateral shield board 22 and is fixedly connected to the slidingcover 23. - The size of the limit sliding block 52 exceeds the opening size of the
limit sliding slot 51, so that it will not detach from thelateral shield board 22. - There are two of the guide inclined
plates 3 fixedly connected to the bottom of thetop cover 12, and the guide inclinedplate 3 is slidably connected to thelimit strip plate 24. - Two guide inclined
plates 3 below thetop cover 12 are symmetrically arranged. - The working principle of the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by this present disclosure is as follows:
- When the user needs to storage items, first pulling the
lateral shield board 22 away from the direction where thebox body 11 is located, and thelateral shield board 22 drives the slidingcover 23 to move away from thebox body 11. During the movement of the slidingcover 23, as thelimit strip 24 can only move along the direction of the guide inclinedplate 3, the slidingcover 23 will also move in the direction of thelimit strip 24 towards the slidingcover 23. - Through the sliding of the limit sliding block 52 inside the
limit sliding slot 51, thelimit sliding plate 53 and the slidingcover 23 can only slide horizontally with the limit sliding block 52. Therefore, when pulling thelateral shield board 22 outward, the two slidingcovers 23 will move away from each other, at this moment, thestorage cabinet 21 is shown up and open, and the items can be placed inside thestorage cabinet 21. - When placing the items inside the
storage cabinet 21, pushing thelateral shield board 22 towards the direction where thebox body 11 is located, causing thestorage cabinet 21 and the slidingcover 23 to move towards the inside of thebox body 11. Due to the limit strips 24 being limited by the guide inclinedplate 3, the two slidingcovers 23 move in the direction close to each other with the twolimit strips 24, and finally fit together. - Compared with related arts, the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by this present disclosure has the following advantageous effects:
- By setting two sliding
covers 23 above thestorage cabinet 21, the sealing ability of thestorage cabinet 21 is improved, avoiding the gap between thebox body 11 and the pull-outstorage cabinet 21 too large. Moreover, the two slidingcovers 23 will automatically open when thestorage cabinet 21 is pulled out, and will automatically close when thestorage cabinet 21 is pushed towards the inside of thebox body 11, making the operation simple and convenient for use. - Please refer to
FIG. 8 ,FIG. 9 , based on the first embodiment of the present application, a pull-out storage box with automatic switching function is provided, while the second embodiment of the present application provides another pull-out storage box with automatic switching function. The second embodiment is only the preferred implementation of the first embodiment, and the implementation of the second embodiment will not affect the individual implementation of the first embodiment. - Specifically, the difference between the pull-out storage box the automatic switching function provided in the second embodiment from the first embodiment of this disclosure is that the pull-out storage box based on the automatic switching function further includes:

box body 11; the linkage component 8 includes a conveyor belt 81, one side of the conveyor belt 81 is fixedly connected with a pull-out plate 82, and the bottom of thestorage cabinet 21 is fixedly connected with alinkage base 83. - The conveyor belt 81 is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the
box body 11, thelinkage base 83 is fixed at the top of the conveyor belt 81, and one end of the pull-out plate 82 passes through thebox body 11. - The working principle of the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by this present disclosure is as follows:
- When the pull-
out plate 82 is pulled away from the direction where thebox body 11 is located, the conveyor belt 81 rotates counterclockwise and drives thelinkage base 83 to move together. Thelinkage base 83 drives thestorage cabinet 21 to move towards the outside of thebox body 11. However, when the pull-out plate 82 is pushed towards the direction near thebox body 11, the conveyor belt 81 rotates clockwise and drives thelinkage base 83 to move together, and thelinkage base 83 drives thestorage cabinet 21 to move towards the inside of thebox body 11. - Compared with related arts, the pull-out storage box with automatic switching function provided by the present disclosure has the following advantageous effects:
- By setting up a pull-
out plate 82 that can be pulled or pushed to drive thestorage cabinet 21 to move together, there is no need to pull thelateral shield board 22, which adds another way to open thestorage cabinet 21. This not only makes the operation more convenient, but also adds fun. - The above description is only embodiments of this present disclosure and do not limit the scope of the present disclosure. Claims (7)
- A pull-out storage box with automatic switching function, characterized in that, comprising :an external component, wherein the external component comprises a box body, and a top of the box body is provided with a top cover;a pull-out component, wherein the pull-out component is slidably connected tothe box body; the pull-out component comprises a withdrawable storage cabinet, one side of the storage cabinet is fixedly connected with a lateral shield board, two sliding covers that is able to open and close are provided at one side of the lateral shield board and located at a top of the storage cabinet, and two limit strips are fixedly connected at a top of the sliding cover;a guide inclined plate fixed to a bottom of the top cover;a connecting component, wherein the connecting component is provided on the lateral shield board for connecting the lateral shield board and the two sliding covers; the connecting component comprises a limit sliding slot, two limit sliding blocks are slidably connected tothe limit sliding slot, and one side of the limit sliding block is fixedly connected to a limit sliding plate.
- The pull-out storage box with automatic switching function according to claim 1, characterized in that both sides of the box body are provided with mounting slots, and the bottom of the top cover is fixedly connected with mounting pieces used in cooperation with the mounting slots.
- The pull-out storage box with automatic switching function according to claim 1, characterized in that the storage cabinet is slidably connected to the box body, and the two limit strips are respectively arranged on both sides of the guide inclined plate.
- The pull-out storage box with automatic switching function according to claim 1, characterized in that the limit sliding slot is arranged inside the lateral shield board, and the limit sliding plate passes through the lateral shield board and is fixedly connected to the sliding cover.
- The pull-out storage box with automatic switching function according to claim 1, characterized in that there are two of the guide inclined plates fixedly connected at the bottom of the top cover, and the guide inclined plate is slidably connected to the limit strip.
- The pull-out storage box with automatic switching function according to claim 1, characterized in that the pull-out storage box further comprises a linkage component, wherein the linkage component is provided at a bottom of an inner wall of the box body; the linkage component comprises a conveyor belt, one side of the conveyor belt is fixedly connected with a pull-out plate, and a bottom of the storage cabinet is fixedly connected with a linkage base.
- The pull-out storage box with automatic switching function according to claim 6, characterized in that the conveyor belt is arranged at the bottom of the inner wall of the box body, the linkage base is fixed at a top of the conveyor belt, and one end of the pull-out plate passes through the box body.
