FIG. 1 andFIG. 15 , an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a floor brush assembly including ahousing 3, a rolling brush, a spraying plate, and a scraper. Thehousing 3 has afront part 101, and arear part 102 opposite to thefront part 101. The rolling brush includes a first rollingbrush 201, and a second rollingbrush 202. The first rollingbrush 201 is disposed at thefront part 101 of thehousing 3, and the second rollingbrush 202 is disposed at therear part 102 of thehousing 3. The first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 are driven to rotate at a high speed to clean a floor. With this double rolling brush arrangement, it is possible to ensure cleaning efficiency. The spraying plate includes afront spraying plate 301 and arear spraying plate 302 that are disposed in thehousing 3. Thefront spraying plate 301 faces towards the first rollingbrush 201, and therear spraying plate 302 faces towards the second rollingbrush 202. The scraper includes afirst scraper 401 and a second scraper 402 that are disposed at a lower end of thehousing 3. Thefirst scraper 401 and the second scraper 402 are located between the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202. Thefirst scraper 401 is at least partially in interference fit with the floor, and afront suction port 1 is defined between thefirst scraper 401 and the first rollingbrush 201. The second scraper 402 is at least partially in clearance fit with the floor, and a rear suction port 2 is defined between the second scraper 402 and the second rollingbrush 202. With this arrangement, dirt existing between the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 on the floor can be cleaned up, thereby avoiding the dirt from residue on the floor. - Specifically, the
first scraper 401 is in an arc shape protruding towards the first rollingbrush 201, and has a lower part extending vertically downward. In this way, the dirt on the floor can be quickly scraped off. Meanwhile, the residual dirt scraped off from the floor can be quickly collected through thefront suction port 1, thereby improving cleaning quality of the floor. - Specifically, the second scraper 402 extends obliquely downwards towards the second rolling
brush 202, which can facilitate the dirt scraped by the second scraper 402 from the floor being quickly collected through the rear suction port 2 to improve the cleaning quality of the floor. More specifically, the second scraper 402 includes twoinclined surfaces 403 arranged in parallel and ahorizontal bottom surface 404 for connecting the twoinclined surfaces 403. Theinclined surface 403 close to the second rollingbrush 202 is capable of allowing the air to flow smoothly, which is more convenient for the dirt to be collected along theinclined surface 403. Thehorizontal bottom surface 404 is capable of easily being in clearance fit with the floor to avoid the scraped dirt from being pushed back and forth. Thus, it is possible to ensure that the dirt is collected along the rear suction port 2. - In order to facilitate quick and stable installation of the
first scraper 401 and the second scraper 402, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, thehousing 3 has afront bottom plate 103 and arear bottom plate 104 that are disposed at the lower end thereof. Thefront bottom plate 103 has afirst scraper 401 provided at an end thereof facing towards the first rollingbrush 201, and therear bottom plate 104 has a second scraper 402 provided at an end thereof facing towards the second rollingbrush 202. - In this embodiment, the
housing 3 has a front evenly-spreadingplate 501 and a rear evenly-spreadingplate 502. The front evenly-spreadingplate 501 is located at a rear part of the first rollingbrush 201 and is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the first rollingbrush 201. The rear evenly-spreadingplate 502 is located at a front part of the second rollingbrush 202 and is in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the second rollingbrush 202. When the water is sprayed onto the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 by thefront spraying plate 301, the front evenly-spreadingplate 501 is capable of evenly spreading the water on the first rollingbrush 201, and the rear evenly-spreadingplate 502 is capable of evenly spreading the water on the second rollingbrush 201, to ensure that the water is evenly distributed on the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202. Thus, the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 are fully and thoroughly wetted, which improves cleaning performance of the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202. - Specifically, a lower end of the front evenly-spreading
plate 501 is higher than a lower end of thefront spraying plate 301, and a lower end of the rear evenly-spreadingplate 502 is higher than a lower end of therear spraying plate 302. In this way, when evenly spread by the front evenly-spreadingplate 501 and the rear evenly-spreadingplate 502, the water can continue to flow on the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202, which improves utilization rate of the water, and prevents the water from directly falling on the floor. - In order to protect the first rolling
brush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202, thehousing 3 also includes a front rollingbrush cover 105 and a rear rollingbrush cover 106. The front rollingbrush cover 105 is located above the first rollingbrush 201, and the front evenly-spreadingplate 501 is arranged on an inner surface of the front rollingbrush cover 105. The rear rollingbrush cover 106 is located above the second rollingbrush 202, and the rear evenly-spreadingplate 502 is arranged on an inner surface of the rear rollingbrush cover 106. With this arrangement, the front evenly-spreadingplate 501 and the rear evenly-spreadingplate 502 can be mounted simply and stably in the present disclosure. - The
front spraying plate 301 has a firstsewage wiping member 601 provided on a lower end thereof. The firstsewage wiping member 601 faces towards the first rollingbrush 201 and is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the first rollingbrush 201. Therear spraying plate 302 has a secondsewage wiping member 602 provided on a lower end thereof. The secondsewage wiping member 602 faces towards the second rollingbrush 202 and is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the second rollingbrush 202. The dirt and excess liquid attached to the first rollingbrush 201 are wiped off by the firstsewage wiping member 601, and the dirt and excess liquid attached to the second rollingbrush 202 are wiped off by the secondsewage wiping member 602. The wiped dirt and excess liquid may be collected to avoid staying on the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 for a long time. Thus, it is possible to improve the cleaning quality of the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 on the floor. - Specifically, the first
sewage wiping member 601 is close to thefront suction port 1, and the secondsewage wiping member 602 is close to the rear suction port 2. In this way, the dirt and excess liquid wiped off from the first rollingbrush 201 by the firstsewage wiping member 601 and the dirt and excess liquid wiped off from the second rollingbrush 202 by the secondsewage wiping member 602 can be quickly taken away by an airflow from thefront suction port 1 and the rear suction port 2, respectively. - Another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a cleaning device including the floor brush assembly in any one of the above embodiments.
- Referring to
FIG. 2 , an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a floor brush. The floor brush includes ahousing 3, a first rollingbrush 201, a second rollingbrush 202, a rotation shaft structure 4, a motor 5, and a spraying mechanism. - The
housing 3 is configured to accommodate the first rollingbrush 201, the second rollingbrush 202, and the spraying mechanism. Thehousing 3 is in a shape of a hollow cuboid as a whole, and has a front part and a rear part opposite to the front part along a short side direction of the cuboid. The first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 are disposed at the front part and the rear part of thehousing 3, respectively. Each of the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 is in driving connection to the motor 5. The motor 5 is capable of driving the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 to rotate when in operation to performing a rolling cleaning on the floor. The rotation shaft structure 4 is rotatably connected to thehousing 3 for driving thehousing 3 to rotate on a horizontal plane as a whole, so as to improve steering flexibility of the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 during cleaning. - The first rolling
brush 201 is arranged in parallel with the second rollingbrush 202. A straight line passing through a center of the rotation shaft structure 4 and perpendicular to the first rollingbrush 201 and/or the second rollingbrush 202 is taken as a rolling brush axis. The spraying mechanism is located between the first rollingbrush 201 and a second rollingbrush 202 and disposed at a side of the rolling brush axis, and the motor 5 is located between the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 and disposed at another side of the rolling brush axis. The spraying mechanism and the motor 5 are arranged at left and right sides of the rolling brush axis, respectively. Thus, it is possible to improve space utilization rate inside thehousing 3 and avoid interference between the pipe of the spraying mechanism and the line of the motor 5. - The spraying mechanism is configured to spray the water to wet the first rolling
brush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 to allow the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 to clean the floor in a wet mode. The spraying mechanism includes afront spraying plate 301, arear spraying plate 302, a pump 8, at least one solenoid valve 9, afront delivery pipe 10, arear delivery pipe 11 and a clean water delivery pipe 12. Thehousing 3 has a fixingbase 13, and the pump 8 and the solenoid valve 9 are fixed in thehousing 3 by the fixingbase 13. Thus, it is possible to prevent the pump 8 and the solenoid valve 9 from loosening and displacement due to collision or vibration on the cleaning device during its operation. - The
front spraying plate 301 is adjacent to the first rollingbrush 201 to spray the water to the first rollingbrush 201. Therear spraying plate 302 is adjacent to the second rollingbrush 202 to spray the water to the second rollingbrush 202. Thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302 are arranged in parallel. Thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302 spray the water independently to the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202, respectively, to ensure that wetness of the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 can be independently controlled in different cleaning situations. Thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302 may have, but not limited to, a flat plate-like structure. Further, each of thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302 has a same length as to the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202. A plurality of spraying ports is evenly distributed in a length direction of each of thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302. Each spraying port is aligned with the first rollingbrush 201 or the second rollingbrush 202. When clean water is pumped onto thefront spraying plate 301 or therear spraying plate 302, each spraying port is capable of spraying the water to a corresponding region of the first rollingbrush 201 or the second rollingbrush 202, thereby ensuring all regions of the surface of the first rollingbrush 201 or the second rollingbrush 202 can be evenly sprayed and wetted by the water. - The pump 8 is connected to the
front spraying plate 301 by thefront delivery pipe 10 and connected to therear spraying plate 302 by therear delivery pipe 11, respectively. The pump 8 also includes an inlet end and an outlet end. The inlet end of the pump 8 is connected to a clean water tank by the clean water delivery pipe 12. The outlet end of the pump 8 is connected to thefront delivery pipe 10 and therear delivery pipe 11. When the pump 8 is in operation, the clean water is pumped from the clean water tank to thefront delivery pipe 10 and therear delivery pipe 11 to implement independent water supply to thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302. The pump 8 has an axis extending along the inlet end and the outlet end and perpendicular to the first rollingbrush 201 and/or the second rollingbrush 202. Therefore, an inner space of thehousing 3 can be fully utilized to place the pump 8. - The pump 8 also has a control circuit board provided therein. The control circuit board is configured to change an operating power of the pump 8 to adjust pumping volume of the clean water to the
front delivery pipe 10 and therear delivery pipe 11. When the operation power of the pump 8 is greater, the pumping volume of the clean water to thefront delivery pipe 10 and therear delivery pipe 11 is also greater, and correspondingly, spraying volume of thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302 is also greater. Conversely, the smaller the pumping volume of the clean water to thefront delivery pipe 10 and therear delivery pipe 11 is, the smaller the spraying volume of thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302 is correspondingly. - At least one solenoid valve 9 is disposed in a flow path of at least one of the
front delivery pipe 10 and therear delivery pipe 11. The solenoid valve 9 is capable of changing the delivery volume of thefront delivery pipe 10 and/or therear delivery pipe 11 by adjusting its own valve opening. When the solenoid valve 9 is in a fully closed state, thefront delivery pipe 10 and/or therear delivery pipe 11 will not delivery the water at all. In this case, thefront spraying plate 301 and/or therear spraying plate 302 is in a state where the water is stopped spraying. When the solenoid valve 9 is in a fully opened state, the delivery volume of thefront delivery pipe 10 and/or therear delivery pipe 11 can reach a maximum value. In this case, thefront spraying plate 301 and/or therear spraying plate 302 can spray the water on the front rolling brush and/or the rear rolling brush with the maximum spraying volume. When the valve opening value of the solenoid valve 9 is changed, the delivery volume of thefront delivery pipe 10 and/or therear delivery pipe 11 will also be changed correspondingly. In this case, the spraying volume of thefront spraying plate 301 and/or therear spraying plate 302 will also be changed synchronously. In this way, a ratio of the spraying volume of thefront spraying plate 301 to the spraying volume of therear spraying plate 302 can be controlled, so that the first rollingbrush 201 and the second rollingbrush 202 may achieve different spraying wetness. - With continued reference to
FIG. 2 , the spraying mechanism also includes a three-way adapter 14. The three-way adapter 14 includes an inlet end and two outlet ends. The inlet end of the three-way adapter 14 is connected to an outlet end of the pump 8. One of the outlet ends of the three-way adapter 14 is connected to thefront spraying plate 301 and/or therear spraying plate 302, and the other of the outlet ends of the three-way adapter 14 is connected to an inlet end of the solenoid valve 9. An output water path of the pump 8 is divided into two parts by the three-way adapter 14 to deliver clean water to thefront spraying plate 301 and therear spraying plate 302, respectively. - One end of the clean water delivery pipe 12 is connected to an inlet end of the pump 8, and the other end passes through the rotation shaft structure 4 and is connected to the clean water tank. When the floor is cleaned by the floor brush, the floor brush is driven by the rotation shaft structure 4 to rotate on a horizontal plane, and at the same time, the clean water delivery pipe 12 also rotates synchronously, which effectively prevents a normal pumping of the clean water from the clean water tank by the pump 8 due to a bending of the clean water delivery pipe 12.
