The invention relates to a cleaning set for cleaning a surface, preferably for floor cleaning of a floor, comprising at least one base plate with an upper side on which a coupling point for a handle is arranged, and an underside facing away from the upper side, the base plate having a diamond-shaped outline, and at least a mop textile cover.

Cleaning sets with a mop, base plate and possibly a handle are everyday objects that are used and used for cleaning purposes both privately and commercially. The mop in the cleaning set is used for (often damp) cleaning of smooth floors. There are already enough cleaning sets designed for private use, e.g. B. including bucket and mechanism for washing and wringing out the mop. Although these cleaning sets are often used, they are unsuitable from a hygienic point of view, at least in buildings such as hospitals, retirement homes, etc., as the mop does not really get clean when washed out and is wiped with dirty water for a long time. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a cleaning set that enables a particularly quick and uncomplicated change of the mop textile cover, if necessary another cleaning attachment, in particular with just one hand in one movement.

This task is solved by a cleaning set according to claim 1.

The construction according to the invention ensures the necessary adhesion, e.g. B. relative static friction between the base plate and the mop textile cover. Particularly preferably, the cleaning set can include a fork joint, a joint cube that can be rotated in the fork joint about a fork joint axis and has fork joint receiving holes in at least two of its side surfaces, and an adapter with an interface for a handle that can be coupled to the joint cube with another fork joint. If an adapter is to be used for coupling to the handle, which is to be coupled to a coupling eyelet of a handle described above, which allows the base plate to be pivoted relative to the handle by several degrees of freedom, this adapter can of course also have a corresponding coupling mechanism, for example, by placing between the upper part and the lower part of the adapter DE 10 2019 113 870 A1 an articulated cube is used, similar to what was described previously.

In order to achieve a coupling of the handle with a handle on the top of the base plate that can be pivoted about two (pivoting) axes, in another preferred variant the handle itself can also have at least one pivotable part, that is to say there can be a pivot axis in the Handle must be integrated.

Particularly preferably, an arcuate handle can be divided into at least three sections along its longitudinal extent, with the coupling eyelet being located in the middle section. This middle section is then pivotally coupled to the two outer sections of the handle about a pivot axis running in the direction of the longitudinal extent of the handle (which then forms the second pivot axis), which in turn are each firmly connected to the top of the base plate. It is preferably also possible for the middle section of the handle to be lockable between the two outer sections of the handle in a basic position in which the axis runs through the coupling eyelet parallel to the top of the base plate, for example by means of suitable locking means. With a little increased effort and/or by actuating an integrated release device (e.g. pressure on a detent spring or the like), it can be swiveled out of this basic position (again).

Preferably, the underside of the base plate can cover the entire outline, i.e. H. the entire outline length should be flat and essentially flat.

Because the base plate lies flat against the floor everywhere on the side facing the floor when used as intended (at least indirectly via the mop textile cover), the base plate can be used to exert even pressure on the floor over the entire length of the outline edges when cleaning. This significantly improves the cleaning result.

In particular, pressure can also be effectively exerted in the area of the acute-angled corners of the diamond-shaped base plate.

The base plate can preferably comprise a diamond-shaped outer frame, between which a material-saving inner lattice structure with lattice struts for stabilization and stiffening runs or is formed.

Compared to a base plate made of solid material, material and weight can be saved. However, the necessary stiffening or stabilization can still be achieved through the grid structure.

Preferably, the lattice structure can be designed in such a way that the lattice struts converge in a star shape at three positions on one of the diagonals.

At a middle position of the three positions, they can form an overlapping central surface that runs into one another, at which the coupling point for a stem is located. At the two off-center positions, they can each form an overlapping, converging fastening surface into which the through holes are made.

Preferably, at least the oblique lattice struts of the lattice structure can each protrude from the frame or outer frame at the same angle, so that overall a uniform honeycomb structure is created.

Particularly preferably, the lattice struts can be hollow on the inside in order to save even more material and weight.

The base plate 10 is further constructed from a diamond-shaped outer frame 13, between which a lattice structure 14 or lattice struts 14 run. The lattice struts 14 are arranged evenly distributed so that they stabilize the structure evenly. The diamond-shaped outline 10g of the base plate 10, more precisely of the outer frame 13, includes two acute-angled corner regions 10a, 10b with an internal angle α ( Figure 4 ) and in between two obtuse corner areas 10c, 10d ( Figure 3 ), which of course lie opposite each other due to the diamond shape. The respective acute-angled corner regions 10a, 10b are connected in a stiffening manner by a lattice strut in the longitudinal direction 55L along a long diagonal 57 and the respective obtuse-angled corner regions 10c, 10d by a lattice strut in the transverse direction 55Q along a short diagonal 56. Cavities are left between the lattice struts 14, so that the construction requires significantly less material and, above all, saves weight compared to a base plate made of solid material. In addition, the lattice struts 14 themselves are made hollow, which further saves material and weight.

In addition to the two diagonal lattice struts 14, further lattice struts 14 run obliquely (approximately at 45° angles) to the two diagonals 56, 57 within the outer frame 13. The obliquely extending lattice struts 14 open into the in three places at a 45° angle both diagonals 56, 57. At a central point that forms the diagonal intersection 58, a reinforced central surface 12a is created for the coupling point 12. A reinforced fastening surface 15a, 15b is thereby formed at the remaining two off-center locations approximately halfway between the diagonal intersection 58 and the respective tip of the respective acute-angled corner regions 10a, 10b of the base plate 10. Towards the outside, the lattice struts 14, which run obliquely between the diagonals 56, 57 and the outer frame 13, run into the outer frame 13. The lattice-like construction or the lattice structure 14 thus saves material and weight, as mentioned, and is also extremely stable.

At this point it should be mentioned that the mop textile cover 40, which will be explained in more detail below, also has two acute-angled corner regions 40a, 40b with an internal angle β and two obtuse-angled corner regions 40c, 40d to match the shape or outline 10g of the base plate 10, i.e. in its textile base area 40g is adapted to the base plate 10. An interior angle β can preferably be essentially identical to the above-mentioned interior angle α of the acute-angled corner regions 10a, 10b of the base plate 10, possibly minimal, i.e. a few degrees larger.

The base plate 10 further comprises a top side 11, on which the already mentioned coupling point 12 for the handle 60, more precisely the relevant end 61 of the handle 60 (which is close to the ground when in use) is located. At the coupling point 12 there is an articulated coupling mechanism 90 (see Figure 4 ). Part of the coupling mechanism 90 here represents a fork joint 17 on the base plate 10. This stands vertically upwards from the base plate 10 on the top 11 and, with its two parallel "fork tines" or legs spaced apart in the longitudinal direction 55L, forms one each Pen (see Figure 5 ) a first fork joint axis 96 or longitudinal axis of rotation 96. This allows the second fork joint 94 with the adapter 93 to be rotated about a second fork joint axis 97 or transverse rotation axis 97. For coupling to one end 61 of the handle 60, the adapter 93 itself has an adapter element 95 on a side facing away from the fork joint 94, which can be designed for a respective handle type. The adapter element 95 includes in Figure 1 and 5 a sleeve with a simple internal thread for solid material handles or handles 60 with a matching external thread at the end 61. These are mainly found in the American region. In Figure 4 an alternative variant of the adapter element 95' is shown, in which it has a conical fitting section 98 and a conical thread section 99. These allow coupling with hollow stems or stems 60, which do not have an extra external thread at the end 61. Such stems are particularly common in Europe.

On the back of the top 11, i.e. on an underside 21 of the base plate 10, the mop textile cover 40 is arranged in use and is releasably fastened.

So that the mop textile cover 40 adheres securely to the underside 21 of the base plate 10 even when in use - ie, for example, during lateral wiping movements and when lifting slightly, for example. B. to wipe the next step or the next room behind a threshold - the base plate 10 has a hook strip 22 as an adhesive element 22, preferably a Velcro element 22, at least in a central area ( Figure 3 ). The mop textile cover 40 in turn adheres to this hook strip 22 with a fleece strip 42 as a counter-adhesive element 42, preferably a counter-Velcro element 42 ( Figure 1 ). This very simple solution already ensures a solid hold between the base plate 10 and the mop textile cover 40. Alternatively, a material could also be selected for the mop textile cover 40 (at least on the top 41 or inside 41) which adheres to the hook strip 22. For the underside 51 of the mop textile cover 40, i.e. the side of the mop textile cover 40, which comes into contact with the floor to be cleaned during use, the same material can be used provided it is suitable as a cleaning material for the floor.

For an even more solid, better grip, the mop fabric cover includes 40 in Figure 1 In addition, on a first acute-angled corner region 40a of the textile base area 40g on a top side 41 or inside 41, an insert pocket 43. This consists of a substantially triangular material section, which is attached to the mop textile cover in the first acute-angled corner region 40a, forming a "pocket". 40 is sewn on so that the first, acute-angled corner region 10a of the base plate 10 can be inserted or threaded into it. In addition, the mop textile cover 40 comprises a first quick-release element 45, here in the form of an elongated, flexible piece of material 45, in particular in the form of a textile Velcro tab 45l, more precisely one, on a second acute-angled corner region 40b opposite the first acute-angled corner region 40a of the textile base surface 40g Velcro strip 45l, which is fixed to another hook strip 16 as a counter-coupling element 16 of the base plate 10 on the top 11 of the base plate 10 (see Figure 1 ). The base plate 10 can be used as an anchoring means 18k, 18s on the base plate 10, a cleat 18k (see Figure 2C ). In the two fastening surfaces 15a, 15b already mentioned above, two through holes 25 are formed as parts of second quick-release elements 25 from the top 11 to the bottom 21 through the base plate 10.

As shown in the exploded view Figure 5 can be seen using a further exemplary embodiment of a cleaning set 1 according to the invention with a cleaning attachment 70, can be done with these in a very simple way, e.g. B. by screwing, the cleaning attachment 70, here z. B. attach a brush plate 70, as a further variant, for example for cleaning a rougher floor covering, to the bottom of the base plate 10. In this case, the brush plate 70 replaces the mop textile cover 40. Such a brush plate 70 is available, for example. B. even with particularly stubborn dirt. The shape of the brush plate 70 is adapted to the base plate 10 and accordingly has a diamond-shaped base surface 70g as well as an upper side 71 with two internally threaded holes 72 and a lower side 73 with bristles 74. The through holes 25 mentioned above are therefore used to fasten the brush plate 70 to the base plate 10 using two suitable screw elements 80, here wing screws 80, so to speak threaded rods with wing nuts. However, the invention is not limited to such wing screws alone. Likewise, other comparable screwing means or cylindrical clamping or expanding means are also possible, which can be clamped or expanded within the through holes.

The wing screws 80 are used for fastening from above, i.e. H. a top 11 of the base plate 10 is guided through the through holes 25 and screwed into the internally threaded holes 72 on the top 71 of the brush plate 70. The base plate 10 and the handle 60 enable convenient guidance and cleaning of the floor with the brush plate 70.

In addition to the brush plate 70 shown as an example as a possible cleaning attachment 70, a selection of other cleaning attachments (not shown), such as. B. a sponge element or a pad plate can be attached to the base plate 10 in the same or at least a similar manner.

According to a further exemplary embodiment of a cleaning set 1 according to the invention, as an alternative - as in Figure 6 shown - a holding plate 75 with a holding element 79 attached to an underside 78 of the holding plate 75 for releasably coupling the mop textile cover 40 to the base plate 10 in the same or at least a similar manner. The holding plate 75, which has a diamond-shaped base surface 75g adapted to the diamond-shaped outline 10g of the base plate 10, represents an alternative solution for indirectly attaching the mop textile cover 40 to the base plate 10, as in Figure 6 shown.

The holding plate 75 with holding element 79, preferably adhesive element 79, in particular Velcro element 79, is a plate which, in comparison with the one in Figure 5 The brush plate 70 shown is very similar except for the bristles 74 on the underside 73 of the brush plate 70.

In contrast to the brush plate 70, the holding plate 75 - instead of bristles 74 for cleaning the floor - here essentially has a holding element 79 on the entire underside 78 for the releasable coupling of the mop textile cover 40, so that the mop textile cover 40 is suitable for the When cleaning a floor, it can be attached to the holding element 79 very quickly and can be removed just as quickly. When producing the holding plate 75, these can be integrated into it, preferably by means of injection molding. This has the advantage that the base plate 10 could then basically do without a counter-coupling element for the first quick-release element and could only function as a “base plate”. Furthermore, when using such a holding plate 75, a mop textile cover 40 can be provided without insertion pockets or without a first quick-release element.

In order to further improve the hold of the mop textile cover 40 on the hooks of the holding element 79, an upper side 41 of the mop textile cover 40, i.e. H. a side of the textile cover 40 facing the adhesive element 79 in the coupled state, with at least one, preferably several fleece strips, in particular provided over the entire surface with a fleece surface as a counter-adhesive element.

For cleaning with the holding plate 75, it is screwed to the base plate 10. Here too, the wing screws 80 for fastening from above, ie a top side 11 of the base plate 10, are guided through the through holes 25 and screwed into suitable internally threaded holes 77 on a top side 76 of the holding plate 75. A mop textile cover 40 is then attached to the underside 78 of the holding plate 75. Cleaning is then carried out until it is dirty to a certain extent or a certain floor area has been cleaned. The mop textile cover 40 can then be easily removed from the adhesive element 79 of the holding plate 75 with one hand in a very short time and a new, fresh mop textile cover 40 can be put on or attached.
