Definitions
- the technical solution concerns a loop strap for connection with two carabiners, mainly for mountaineering, all forms of sport and traditional climbing, work and movement at heights and rescue forces.
- linking straps for at least two carabiners on the market, where they always consist of at least two lugs and a linking part. They are made of different materials, most commonly from textile straps folded differently on top of each other, or by interconnecting different materials such as textile and metal, textile and plastic and the like. Also known in the prior art there is the patent application No. US 2018/0001144 , wherein the loop is made of a strap having 4 layers in its central part and the two loops are made of two layers of strap.
- the aim of the technical solution is to provide a strong and lightweight two-mesh express loop that is easy to manufacture.
- This task is fulfilled by the design according to the present application, whereby the loop is made of a single piece of textile strap which is folded so that the central part of the loop consists of at least 5 layers of strap and the side lugs consist of at least two layers of strap.
- the strap, thus assembled, is sewn together in its central part at the sides and in at least two places across. This gives a strong central part of the loop and sufficient strength to the side lugs.
- a strap 1 is folded in such a way that the central part 2 of the strap 1 consists of five layers of the strap 1 and the side lugs 3a and 3b consist of two layers of the strap.
- the layers of strap 1 are sewn together with two stitches 4 and the entire central part 2 of strap 1 is sewn together with stitches 5 on both sides of strap 1 .

Abstract
The aim of the technical solution is to provide a strong and lightweight two-mesh express loop that is easy to manufacture. This task is fulfilled by the design according to the present application, wherein the loop is made of a single piece of textile webbing (1) which is folded so that the central part (2) of the loop consists of 5 layers of webbing and the side loops (3a, 3b) consist of two layers of webbing. The strap, thus assembled, is sewn together in its central part at the sides (5) and in at least two places across (4). This gives a strong central part of the loop and sufficient strength to the side loops.
Description
- The technical solution concerns a loop strap for connection with two carabiners, mainly for mountaineering, all forms of sport and traditional climbing, work and movement at heights and rescue forces.
- There are currently many linking straps for at least two carabiners on the market, where they always consist of at least two lugs and a linking part.
This task is fulfilled by the design according to the present application, whereby the loop is made of a single piece of textile strap which is folded so that the central part of the loop consists of at least 5 layers of strap and the side lugs consist of at least two layers of strap. The strap, thus assembled, is sewn together in its central part at the sides and in at least two places across. This gives a strong central part of the loop and sufficient strength to the side lugs.
- The technical solution will be explained in more detail by means of the drawings showing the twisted strap before stitching in
Figure 1 and the stitched product inFigure 2 . - A
strap 1 is folded in such a way that thecentral part 2 of thestrap 1 consists of five layers of thestrap 1 and the side lugs 3a and 3b consist of two layers of the strap. In thecentral part 2, the layers ofstrap 1 are sewn together with twostitches 4 and the entirecentral part 2 ofstrap 1 is sewn together withstitches 5 on both sides ofstrap 1.
Claims (1)
- An express loop composed of a single piece of strap (1), characterized in that the strap (1) is folded in such a way that the central part (2) of the strap (1) consists of five layers and the side lugs (3a) and (3b) consist of two layers of strap (1), wherein in the central part (2) the layers of the strap (1) are sewn together by at least one stitch (4) and the entire central part (2) of the strap (1) is sewn together by stitches (5) on both sides of the strap (1).
