Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines synthetischen Kerosins mit den Schritten:I) Katalytische Olefinerzeugung durch Umsetzung von Oxygenaten zu einem olefinhaltigen Stoffgemisch,II) Abtrennung einer olefinhaltigen Fraktion aus dem olefinhaltigen Stoffgemisch durch Absorption mit einem Absorptionsmittel,wobei ein verbleibendes Kreislaufgas zu Schritt I) zurückgeführt wirdIII) Katalytische Oligomerisierung der im Schritt II) erhaltenen olefinhaltigen Fraktion zu einem Oligomerisat,IV) Katalytische Hydrierung des Oligomerisats,V) Abtrennung des Absorptionsmittels nach Schritt III) in einer Trenneinheit (Va) und/oder nach Schritt IV) in einer Trenneinheit (Vb),wobei bei der Absorption in Schritt II) Ethylen mit dem Kreislaufgas zurückgeführt wird, undwobei anschließend das Absorptionsmittel aus Schritt II) direkt zur Oligomerisierung in Schritt III) und/oder zur Trenneinheit (Va) geführt wird sowie eine entsprechende Anlage und die Verwendung der Anlage im Verfahren.The invention relates to a process for producing a synthetic kerosene with the steps: I) catalytic olefin production by converting oxygenates to an olefin-containing mixture of substances, II) separation of an olefin-containing fraction from the olefin-containing mixture of substances by absorption with an absorbent, with a remaining cycle gas being added to step I ) is recycled, III) catalytic oligomerization of the olefin-containing fraction obtained in step II) to form an oligomer, IV) catalytic hydrogenation of the oligomer, V) separation of the absorbent after step III) in a separation unit (Va) and/or after step IV) in a separation unit (Vb), whereby during the absorption in step II) ethylene is recycled with the cycle gas, and whereby the absorbent from step II) is then passed directly to the oligomerization in step III) and / or to the separation unit (Va), as well as a corresponding system and the Use of the system in the process.
