Claims (15)
- Collecteur de système de chauffage/refroidissement (1) comprenant un manchon (2) ayant deux ouvertures (3, 4) dans une paroi, au moins un agencement (5) de pièces fonctionnelles à l'intérieur du manchon (2), et un moyen de fixation pour monter les pièces fonctionnelles sur le manchon (2), le moyen de fixation comprenant une première partie (7) et une seconde partie (8), et ayant une géométrie de raccordement (13) pour aligner la première partie (7) et la seconde partie (8) du moyen de fixation l'une par rapport à l'autre, caractérisé en ce que la géométrie de raccordement (13) est située à l'extérieur du manchon (2) et un espace entre la première partie (7) et la seconde partie (8) du moyen de fixation est située à l'intérieur du manchon (2).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (7) et la seconde partie (8) du moyen de fixation sont reliées l'une à l'autre à l'extérieur du manchon (2) au moyen d'un raccord à vis (9, 10).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la première partie (7) et la seconde partie (8) du moyen de fixation sont montées sur le manchon (2) à partir des côtés opposés du manchon (2), une seule des parties (7, 8) comprenant un élément fonctionnel qui peut être actionné depuis l'extérieur du manchon (2).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément fonctionnel est un élément soupape (14) guidé dans un boîtier (15) qui est monté sur la première partie (7).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la seconde partie (8) comprend un siège de soupape (23), l'élément soupape (14) pouvant être déplacé dans le siège de soupape (23).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un ressort (21) agit sur l'élément soupape (14) dans le sens de l'ouverture, le ressort (21) s'appuyant sur la seconde partie (8).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'élément soupape (14) comprend une tige creuse (19) et le ressort (21) est guidé dans la tige creuse (19) .
- Collecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un limiteur de débit est situé dans la seconde partie (8), le limiteur de débit comprenant un élément limiteur (30) et un ressort limiteur (31) agissant sur l'élément limiteur (30) dans le sens de l'ouverture.
- Collecteur selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le ressort limiteur (31) s'appuie sur l'élément soupape (14).
- Collecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des ouvertures (3, 4) a une forme non circulaire et le moyen de fixation fait saillie dans cette ouverture (3, 4) avec une géométrie adaptée à la forme non circulaire.
- Collecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la géométrie de raccordement (13) forme un moyen d'alignement.
- Collecteur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une pièce de raccordement (26) est montée sur le moyen de fixation de manière inclinable.
- Collecteur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement (26) comprend dans le moyen de fixation une tête (27) ayant au moins partiellement une forme sphérique.
- Collecteur selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la tête (27) est pourvue d'une bague d'étanchéité (28).
- Collecteur selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de raccordement (26) est maintenue dans le moyen de fixation au moyen d'un élément de maintien (29) s'agrippant sous la tête (27) et étant inséré dans le moyen de fixation depuis l'extérieur.
