Claims (7)

  1. Türblatt mit einem Türblattrahmen und Platten, die die Türblattbreitseiten bilden und eine Isolierung zwischen den Platten aufweisen,
    wobei der Türblattrahmen aus einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden im Wesentlichen kastenförmigen Profil, vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen quadratischen oder rechteckigen Profil, und einer Metallhalbschale gebildet ist;
    wobei eine Metallhalbschale mit dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden im Wesentlichen kastenförmigen Profil verbunden ist,
    wobei die erste der Platten auf der Metallhalbschale angeordnet ist, während sie einen Großteil davon überlappt, und die zweite Platte auf dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden im Wesentlichen kastenförmigen Profil angeordnet ist, während sie einen Großteil davon überlappt,
    wobei die Metallhalbschale im Wesentlichen U-Profil-förmig mit zwei U-Schenkeln und einem die U-Schenkel miteinander verbindenden U-Steg ist.
  2. Türblatt nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend Isolierung, die zwischen den Platten oder innerhalb der Profile oder beides angeordnet ist.
  3. Türblatt nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine Platte, wobei die Platte das gesamte Türblatt bedeckt oder das Türblatt teilweise bedeckt, wobei der Rest des Türblatts Elemente umfasst, die aus der Gruppe ausgewählt sind; bestehend aus Fenster, Glasscheibe, Füllung, Leerraum.
  4. Türblatt nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, ferner umfassend eine Platte, wobei die Platte aus Metall, Metallblech, glattem Metall, Holz, Holzimitat, Kunststoff gefertigt ist, Aussparungen aufweist, Vorsprünge aufweist oder eine Kombination davon.
  5. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Türblatts nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bereitstellen von mindestens vier Türblattrahmenholmen, wobei jeder Türblattrahmenholm aus mindestens zwei Türblattrahmenholmprofilen zusammengesetzt ist,
    - das erste von mindestens zwei Türblattrahmenholmprofilen ist ein aus Kunststoff bestehendes im Wesentlichen kastenförmiges Profil,
    - die zweite von mindestens zwei Türblattrahmenholmschalen ist eine Metallhalbschale,
    - Bilden jedes Türblattrahmenholms durch Verbinden der Metallhalbschale mit dem aus Kunststoff bestehenden im Wesentlichen kastenförmigen Profil,
    - Anbringen der Türblattrahmenholme aneinander, um einen Türblattrahmen zu bilden,
    - Anbringen von Platten an den Türblattrahmenholmen.
  6. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Türblatts nach Anspruch 5, ferner umfassend einen Schritt zum Füllen mindestens eines Profils mindestens teilweise mit Isolierung.
  7. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Türblatts nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, ferner umfassend einen Schritt zum Verstärken der Ecken des Türblattrahmens mit Eckwinkeln aus beliebigem Material, vorzugsweise entweder Metall oder Kunststoff, in Abhängigkeit von der Situation und Entscheidung des Designers.
