Abstract
Scrollpumpe mit einem feststehenden Spiralzylinder in Form einer ersten Wand (16) mit einer ersten Wandhöhe (H), wobei sich die erste Wand (16) von einem inneren Ende (58) zu einem äußeren Ende (60) spiralförmig aufweitet, und einem beweglichen Spiralzylinder in Form einer zweiten Wand (18) mit einer zweiten Wandhöhe (H), die sich von einem inneren Ende (58) zu einem äußeren Ende (60) spiralförmig aufweitet und mit der sich spiralförmig aufweitenden ersten Wand (16) verschachtelt ist. Erfindungsgemäß ändert sich die erste Wandhöhe (H) und/oder die zweite Wandhöhe (H) zwischen ihrem inneren Ende (58) und ihrem äußeren Ende (60).Scroll pump with a fixed spiral cylinder in the form of a first wall (16) with a first wall height (H), the first wall (16) expanding spirally from an inner end (58) to an outer end (60), and a movable spiral cylinder in the form of a second wall (18) with a second wall height (H) which expands spirally from an inner end (58) to an outer end (60) and is nested with the spirally expanding first wall (16).
