Description
- La présente invention concerne le domaine de la ligne d'admission d'air d'un moteur à combustion interne. Plus particulièrement, l'invention a pour objet un ensemble comprenant un filtre à air et une vanne de dosage d'air.
- On connait du document
un filtre à air de moteur thermique comportant un corps creux et un couvercle fermant le corps creux. D'autres dispositifs analogues sont connus des documentsFR3069892 US 2014/262572 A1 ,US 2003/070647 A1 et . DansKR 2002 0012970 A , le couvercle est amovible pour permettre un remplacement de la cartouche filtrante logée à l'intérieur du corps. Le filtre comprend un joint d'étanchéité interposé entre la sortie d'air filtré présente sur le couvercle et une entrée de boitier papillon. Cependant L'opération d'entretien de la cartouche nécessite le démontage du couvercle et de ce joint. Plusieurs facteurs tels que les chocs thermiques, les vibrations et la pression impactent la forme du joint et ces déformations rendent difficile l'utilisation de ce même joint sans obtenir une fuite d'air entre le boitier papillon et le couvercle, or une parfaite filtration et un débit d'air suffisant sur un moteur sont des conditions primordiales pour sa longévité, pour une consommation énergétique normale.FR3069892 - L'invention vise à remédier efficacement à ces inconvénients en proposant un ensemble comprenant :
- un filtre à air comprenant un couvercle, ce couvercle comprenant une ouverture,
- une vanne de dosage d'air comprenant une entrée d'air filtré,
- un joint d'étanchéité disposé entre l'ouverture et l'entrée d'air filtré,
- des moyens d'indexation du joint d'étanchéité -par rapport au couvercle,
- Diverses caractéristiques supplémentaires peuvent être prévues, seules ou en combinaisons :
- Selon une réalisation, la languette s'étend radialement par rapport au plan du joint.
- Selon une réalisation, la nervure est portée par la vanne de dosage d'air ou par le couvercle.
- Selon une réalisation, le filtre à air comprend une cartouche filtrante avec un joint d'étanchéité positionné suivant une circonférence de la cartouche filtrante, le couvercle comprenant en outre une nervure venant en appui sur le joint d'étanchéité.
- L'invention a aussi pour objet un moteur à combustion interne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ensemble selon l'une quelconque des variantes précédemment décrites.
- D'autres particularités et avantages apparaîtront à la lecture de la description ci-après d'un mode particulier de réalisation, non limitatif de l'invention, faite en référence aux figures dans lesquelles :

Fig 1 ] est une vue en perspective d'un filtre à air pour une ligne d'admission d'un moteur thermique selon la présente invention. - [
Fig 2 ] : est une vue en coupe longitudinale du filtre à air de lafigure 1 . - Les
figures 1 et 2 montrent ensemble 1 comprenant un filtre à air 2 pour une ligne d'admission d'un moteur à combustion interne. Un tel moteur peut équiper un véhicule automobile. Le filtre à air 2 pourra être fixé sur la caisse du véhicule ou sur une pièce du moteur, comme par exemple un couvre-culasse ou un déshuileur. L'ensemble 1 comprend encore une vanne de dosage d'air 3 encore classiquement désigné comme le boitier papillon. - A cet effet, le filtre à air 2 comporte un corps creux 4 dans lequel est logée une cartouche filtrante 5, par exemple de forme sensiblement parallélépipédique. Le corps creux 4 du filtre à air 2 comporte, sur une de ses faces latérales, un dispositif de fixation 6 avec la pièce du moteur correspondante, de type dispositif de verrouillage à quart de tour.
- Un couvercle 7 ferme le corps creux 4 de façon amovible pour permettre un remplacement de la cartouche filtrante 5. Avantageusement, le couvercle 7 est réalisé en une seule partie.
- Le corps creux 4 et le couvercle 7 sont par exemple réalisés dans un matériau plastique rigide, notamment en polyamide.
- Plus précisément, le couvercle 7, est destiné à venir fermer une première ouverture 8 du corps 4 s'étendant dans un plan P1 sensiblement horizontal et une deuxième ouverture 9 du corps creux 4 s'étendant dans un plan P2 sensiblement orthogonal au plan P1, autrement dit vertical.
- Le couvercle 7 est fixé au corps creux 4 à l'aide d'au moins un dispositif de fixation dont le démontage peut être effectué manuellement sans outil, tel qu'une charnière emboîtable 10. Comme on peut le voir sur la
figure 2 , la cartouche filtrante 5 délimite avec le corps creux 4 une chambre amont d'air sale 11 dans laquelle débouche une entrée d'air 12 destinée à être en communication avec la façade avant du véhicule pour la prise d'air. Une chambre aval d'air propre 13 est également délimitée par la cartouche filtrante 5 et le couvercle 7. Afin d'assurer l'étanchéité de l'ensemble, un joint 14 est interposé entre le corps creux 4 du filtre à air 2 et le couvercle 7. Ce joint 14 est positionné suivant une circonférence de la cartouche filtrante 5. Ce joint 14 de forme rectangulaire s'étend suivant le plan horizontal P1. Ce joint 14 est par exemple réalisé dans un matériau à base de mousse polyuréthane. Un autre joint d'étanchéité 15 est interposé entre la chambre aval d'air 13 du couvercle 7 du filtre à air 2 et une entrée d'air filtré de la vanne 3 de dosage d'air. Ce joint d'étanchéité 15 se situe autour de la deuxième ouverture 9. Ce joint 15 de forme annulaire s'étend suivant le plan vertical P2. Ce joint 15 assure une étanchéité entre le filtre 2 et la vanne 3 de dosage d'air. Ce joint 15 est avantageusement un joint à lèvres mais pourrait en variante être d'un autre type, comme par exemple un joint torique. - Conformément à l'invention, il est prévu des moyens d'indexation du joint 15 par rapport au couvercle 7. Ces moyens d'indexation se composent ici d'une partie mâle se présentant sous la forme d'une languette 16 faisant saillie du joint 15. La languette 16 est prévue pour se loger dans une partie femelle se présentant sous la forme d'une encoche 17. La languette 15 s'étend radialement par rapport au plan de joint. De préférence, cette encoche 17 est aménagée sur la vanne 3 de dosage d'air. Cette encoche est portée par une nervure 18. Cette nervure entoure au moins partiellement le joint 15.
- Néanmoins, en variante, la nervure 18 et l'encoche 17 pourraient être portées par le couvercle.
- Afin de maintenir en position le joint 14 entourant la cartouche filtrante 5; il peut être prévu d'aménager dans le couvercle 7 deux nervures 19, 19'. Ces nervures sont disposées de sorte à venir en appui sur les côtés formant la largeur du joint 14 de la cartouche filtrante 5, afin d'empêcher le déplacement de la cartouche filtrante 5 et éviter le passage de l'air non filtré.
- L'indexage permet au joint du filtre à air de retrouver sa position initiale après un démontage/montage et après chaque opération d'entretien.
- Ainsi, l'invention, permet d'éviter de remplacer le joint étanchéité lors de chaque opération d'entretien de cartouche. C'est un joint réutilisable grâce à son indexeur, ce qui permet d'avoir moins de pièces en Après-Vente à stocker et à gérer. L'invention permet une meilleure durée de vie de la cartouche grâce à son entretien régulier, l'accessibilité, ergonomie démontage/montage.
Claims (5)
- Ensemble (1) comprenant :- un filtre à air (2) comprenant un couvercle (7), ce couvercle (7) comprenant une ouverture (9),- une vanne de dosage d'air (3) comprenant une entrée d'air filtré,- un joint d'étanchéité (15) disposé entre l'ouverture (9) et l'entrée d'air filtré,- des moyens d'indexation du joint d'étanchéité (15) par rapport au couvercle (7),caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'indexation comprennent une partie mâle coopérant avec une partie femelle, la partie mâle étant une languette (16) en saillie du joint d'étanchéité (15), la partie femelle comprenant une encoche (17) portée par une nervure (18) entourant le joint (15).
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la languette (16) s'étend radialement par rapport au plan du joint (15).
- Ensemble (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la nervure (18) est portée par la vanne (3) de dosage d'air ou par le couvercle (7).
- Ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le filtre à air (2) comprend une cartouche filtrante (5) avec un autre joint d'étanchéité (14) positionné suivant une circonférence de la cartouche filtrante (5), le couvercle (7) comprenant en outre une nervure (19, 19') venant en appui sur cet autre joint d'étanchéité (14).
- Moteur à combustion interne, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ensemble (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
