Claims

Patentansprüche Gürtel (G1-G5) zum Halten einer Hose, mit einem Gurtband (1a-1c) und mit wenigstens einer Gürtelschnalle (8a-8l), welche aus wenigstens einem Schnallenteil (3, 6) zum Halten des Gurtbandes (1a-1c) besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gürtel (G1-G5) durch ein einfaches oder mehrfaches Zusammenlegen des Gurtbandes (1a-1c) über seine gesamte Länge hinweg gebildet ist, wobei das Gurtband (1a-1c) an der Gürtelschnalle (8a) oder an dem Schnallenteil (3, 6), von diesen lösbar, gehalten ist. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gürtel (G1-G5) an einem ersten Ende (E1), an dem das zusammengelegte Gurtband (1a-1c) einen schlaufenartigen Bereich (9) ausbildet, mit diesem schlaufenartigen Bereich (9) durch Materialausnehmungen (3a, 3b) der Gürtelschnalle (8a-8l) oder eines ersten Schnallenteils (3) der Gürtelschnalle (8a) geführt ist, wobei ein dem schlaufenartigen Bereich (9) gegenüberliegendes, freies Ende (E2) des Gürtels (G1-G5) ebenfalls durch Materialausnehmungen (6a, 6b) der Gürtelschnalle (8a-8l) und/oder durch Materialausnehmungen (6a, 6b) eines zweiten Schnallenteils (6) der Gürtelschnalle (8a) geführt ist. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gürtelschnalle (8a-8l) zwei Schnallenteile (3, 6) aufweist, die jeweils wenigstens zwei Materialausnehmungen (3a, 3b; 6a, 6b) zum Hindurchführen des Gurtbandes (1a-1c) aufweisen, wobei die Schnallenteile (3, 6) lösbar miteinander verbunden oder verbindbar sind. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gurtband (1a-1c) freie Gurtbandenden (7) hat, die jeweils eine über die gesamte Breite (B) des Gurtbandes (1a-1c) verlaufende Anschrägung (7a) aufweisen. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschrägungen (7a) des zusammengelegten Gurtbandes (1a-1c) in die gleiche Richtung weisen. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gurtband (1a-1c) in einem Bereich (7d) von freien Enden (7) jeweils durch wenigstens ein weiteres Material überzogen und/oder durchsetzt ist. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gurtband (1a-1c) in einem Bereich (7d) von freien Enden (7) jeweils magnetisch ausgebildet ist, derart, dass sich die freien Enden (7) des zusammengelegten Gurtbandes (1a-1c) gegenseitig anziehen. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gürtel (G1-G5) an seinem freien Ende (E2) mit einer Kappe (10) überzogen ist. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Gürtelschnalle (8c, 8d, 8e) wenigstens eine Materialausnehmung (81) aufweist, die länglich ausgebildet ist und sich, von einem Rand (82) der Gürtelschnalle (8c, 8d, 8e) ausgehend, in Richtung zu einem gegenüberliegenden Rand (83) erstreckt, wobei die Materialausnehmung (81) senkrecht zu einer Längserstreckung (I) der Gürtelschnalle (8c, 8d, 8e) verläuft. Gürtel (G1-G5) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei nebeneinander angeordnete Materialausnehmungen (81) vorhanden sind, die von gegenüberliegenden Rändern (82, 83) der Gürtelschnalle (8d, 8e) ausgehen. Verfahren zur Ausbildung eines Gürtels (G1-G5) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche aus wenigstens einer Gürtelschnalle (8a-8l) und einem Gurtband (1a-1c) oder aus wenigstens einem Schnallenteil (3, 6) und einem Gurtband (1 a-1 c), wobei das Gurtband (1a- 1c) über seine gesamte Länge hinweg einfach oder mehrfach zusammengelegt und ein dadurch gebildeter, schlaufenartiger Bereich (9) an der Gürtelschnalle (8a bis 8j) oder an einem ersten Schnallenteil (3) lösbar befestigt, vorzugsweise hindurchgeführt wird, wobei der Gürtel (G1-G5) an seinem, dem schlaufenartigen Bereich (9) gegenüberliegenden, freien Ende (E2) an der Gürtelschnalle (8a-8l) oder an einem zweiten Schnallenteil (6) ebenfalls lösbar befestigt, vorzugsweise hindurchgeführt wird.
