Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Tabakfüllmaterials für einen Aromainhalator vom Heat-not-Burn-Typ, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:
    das Hinzufügen eines Antioxidationsmittels und einer Flüssigkeit zu einem Tabakmaterial, um eine Tabakmischung herzustellen; und
    das Trocknen der Tabakmischung, um ein Tabakfüllmaterial herzustellen; und
    das Belassen der Tabakmischung und des Tabakfüllmaterials unter einer Bedingung, die eine Reaktion zwischen dem Antioxidationsmittel und dem aus dem Tabakmaterial stammenden Nitrit unterdrückt, bis das Einbringen des Tabakfüllmaterials in einen Aromainhalator vom Heat-not-Burn-Typ abgeschlossen ist,
    wobei das Belassen durch Durchführen des Trocknens der Tabakmischung unter Bedingungen erreicht wird von:
    (a) einer Erhitzungstemperatur von 50 bis 110°C;
    (b) einer Erhitzungszeit von 1 bis 10 Minuten; und
    (c) einem Feuchtigkeitsgehalt von 25 bis 400 Massen-% zu Beginn des Trocknens.
  2. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1, wobei das Tabakfüllmaterial in Form eines Tabakformkörpers vorliegt.
  3. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei das Tabakfüllmaterial in Form von Sheet-Tabak vorliegt.
  4. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das Antioxidationsmittel mindestens eines, ausgewählt aus der Gruppe, bestehend aus Gallussäure und Erythorbinsäure, ist.
  5. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei eine Menge des Antioxidationsmittels 0,25 Massen-% oder mehr, bezogen auf das Tabakmaterial, beträgt.
  6. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei eine Menge des Antioxidationsmittels 10 Massen-% oder weniger, bezogen auf das Tabakmaterial, beträgt.
