Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de préparation d'aliments (10), en particulier un appareil de surface de cuisson, comprenant une unité de capteur (12) qui est utilisée pour recevoir des données d'image d'une zone de préparation (14), comprenant une unité de capteur supplémentaire (16) qui est utilisée pour recevoir des données d'image supplémentaires de la région de préparation (14) et comprenant une unité de commande (18) servant à analyser les données d'image. Afin d'augmenter la commodité pour l'utilisateur et d'obtenir une reproduction précise d'un processus de préparation d'aliments, selon l'invention l'unité de commande (18) sert également à analyser, dans au moins un état de fonctionnement et en plus des données d'image formées en tant que données d'image 3D, les données d'image supplémentaires afin de générer un jumeau numérique d'une situation ayant lieu dans la zone de préparation (14), en particulier d'un processus de préparation d'aliments ayant lieu dans la zone de préparation (14).
